Worst grocery pickup service. Always delayed, slow, wrong and spoiled items. I have tried different times and days. Usually I have to get out and go into the store to find an employee to bring my groceries out. They just don't care! read more

It's a typical Walmart. Most of the time I can find what I want or need. The store is pretty tidy most of the time. The pharmacy is great, very polite and knowledgeable. The bakery and produce section looks really nice every time I go there. read more

Tried phoning the Tire and Lube Express department for almost an hour. Poor reception caused the associate to hang up the first time. Was transferred 6 times from customer service due to no one answering the phone in TLE. Twice when I did get through, someone picked up the phone and hung up. Finally when someone answered I explained that I had a used tire that I needed to be mounted to a rim and was advised they can do it for $10. I brought rim and used tire to the tire bay for an associate to spin the tire in his hands about 3 times then say, "yeah... We can't mount it here. It's a used tire. You know, with all the lawyers and doctors and how they are? Um? Yeah. You know Firestone is another place you can try." I tried explaining that Firestone is more expensive and that I was told I could bring in the used tire and it would done for $10. He then tells me that it's actually going to be $20 after "everything is said and done." This guy just didn't look like he wanted to put a tire on a rim. Regardless if it is policy or not, Walmart associates need to get on the same page with their policies. I was told one thing by one TLE associate, then told another thing by a different TLE associate. So I wasted time and fuel, as well as going to miss about an hour from work tomorrow morning waiting on other shops to open at 9am because I could have gone somewhere else earlier today if I was given the correct information or if the associate wanted to do his job and mount the tire. Would recommend calling other local small businesses first before contacting the Walton's. read more

I want the Walmart recently got a gallon of paint the guy in the department says he usually doesn't do this job he says he's usually on the floor not behind the Paint Department I put it in my car on the ground on the carpet apparently nothing was not closed it got on my carpet it got on my floor and on my seat when I was taking it out now I called Walmart and talk to the manager and said that and I want in person and they said that they were only going to pay for half of it do you get it detailed they're just trying to cover their hide because they were saying it was my driving that made it open no the guy didn't do it right read more

If I could this place NO STARS, I would ! My mother, who's in her 60's, phone was stolen at the register and they had no compassion !! The cashier Watched as someone pick up her phone and walk away. Then she has nothing to say when confronted! One of the managers told my mom that it isn't "Walmart's property," so it's not their concern ! How do you tell someone that ?!! Also it's NO LOST PREVENTION at night!! So all the crazies are invited to come to Walmart on 28, bc you can easily steal from anyone without repercussions!!! read more

I usually don't shop at Wal Mart. But I recieved a Wal Mart gift certificate and needed a couple of items. I like the store as they have almost anything you want but the customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Having worked in retail I know how customer service works and these people are the most unfriendly people. The one lady at the self checkout needs a serious attitude adjustment. I have never used the self checkout so when I made an error in scanning, I looked at her for some help and she rolled her eyes in disgust. She never said a word. read more

Worst customer service, 2 recent orders i placed online to be picked up at the store were not ready on promised day. 1st order i decided to go to the store as I'm waitin at the pick up register there were 4 employees talking for nearly 10 minutes they kept looking at me and didn't bother to ask if i needed help, finally 1 asks "are u waiting on something?" I replied "actually no, I'm so intrigued by y'alls conversation keep going" she goes oh no we're done! WTF seriously? Then i asked the one behind the counter I was there to pick up my order. Ended up selling me another item bcuz the one i had ordered was nowhere to be found. 2nd order within same week still showing "processing" status for pick up date and outside pick up hours...this walmart is a joke!!!!! read more

As an update to my review of a week ago when I was accused of stealing Walmart's precious bags in front of the cashier, I went back to Walmart yesterday to, again, purchase cat food. As always I purchased the extra large cans of wet cat food - the 22 oz. cans. I asked the cashier if she wanted to bag them or if it was okay with her if I bagged them at the car. She said it was fine for me to bag them if I wanted to do that, then gave me 4 bags to use for 28 cans of cat food! I told her I needed at least 3 more as those cheap bags couldn't hold more than 4 cans. She gave them to me but not enough to double bag them (the 4 bags meant she couldn't figure out simple math for the 28 cans). Then as I was leaving 2 of the door-guarding ladies stopped me to check my cart! The older lady said that the cat food not being bagged caught their attention! So I gave them my receipt and then they asked if I had purchased 36 cans of cat food. I told them no, there was 28. She counted the line items on the receipt and said that was okay but did I buy other things? Well, yes and they are in the bags! I asked her why she needed to know that since the cat food was the problem. She said she wanted to make sure I wasn't charged incorrectly! Like I would have been fine with being over-charged at the check-out! I told her that I was getting tired of Walmart workers not using their brains and me having to pay the price for it. She said that they were just doing their jobs and I replied that no, not really since 2 of them were using all their time and attention on my 28 cans of cat food and in the meantime dozens of other shoppers had went out the door with very full carts and no one was checking them. I told her they had checked the cat food which was the supposed problem to start with so nothing else (a whole 6 more items) needed to be checked, to give my receipt back and I'd never shop there again. Yet the idiots in this country think there should be a minimum wage of $15 for workers with $5 brains! read more

Would not even give them one damn star management don't know what the hell they wee doing i applied for a Walmart card at the Walmart in Greenville and was approved with a credit line of 1000 dollars well I wanted some work done on my car and was going to charge it to the card went back to the service and nobody was there waited about 30 mins got very frustrated and left note I did not make a scene I'm originally from Anderson so I just left and decided to go to the Walmart nearby which is this one , finally got help and when I was approved at the previous Walmart they gave me a temporary card so I went to use that to pay after all the work was done on my card it kept getting denied so they called a manager she made me call the credit place in which I did saying I had a credit limit of 1000 then she acted like she didn't know what to do , so she talks to a person with credit and they said they could not accept the Walmart Credit card because it was not applied with them therefore when we asked if they could they said yes in other cases piss pore management and representatives would not recommend to anyone read more
