Had a 10$ money order I needed to cash tonger my wife's medications. I go up to customer service to cash it. She just says yeah, we'll cash that. Then hands me back 6$. Says yea, it's 4$ to cash it. I said that's almost half the FN money order! But couldn't get the money order back. She could have disclosed they charge that price on EVERYTHING! And why do they make it almost impossible to return brand new stuff? Now you get the 3rd degree! Was bringing back car stuff and got attitude for not having my receipt. It's like wtf?!? read more

do not go here we got pick up for groceries and the Cleaner softener got over our food in the bag and we started calling the customer support and they're said we do don't have no proof you bought it now we're $70 down because they don't care read more

This place is the worst. They don't have people to bag your groceries, which isn't the worst thing in the world, but when several of the bags don't make it into your cart I think the least they can do would be to run it out to you in the parking lot after you drive all the way back. read more

I get a lot of money sent to me through the Walmart 2 Walmart and when I go in there in the evenings to pick it up the Customer service desk is always closed. You ask a CSM worker why they are not open and they say everyone that knows how to do it calls off. They say they have a hard time finding people who want to work evenings for the customer service center. Then when you call on the phone no one at customer service never answers the phone and when they do they are rude. The store is great other than what I said above. Let's just say o dread calling the customer service. read more

There tire shop was horrible they had no knowledge of cars tried to tell me my 2 wheel drive vehicle was an all wheel drive so they could make me buy more tires to lazy to do any actually work thank you for making it an easy decision to never shop at this particular Walmart again read more

I waited and came in, the cheese sticks was done but there was no pizza so the woman at the register said she would try and throw one together as soon as she finished her line and it would take 5 mins to go through the oven and I told her that was fine. My daughter and I waited and walked around the store for another 20 mins and as I stood by the pizza counter, the woman named Misty rudely looked at me and said that she does not have time to mess with putting pizza in and she had to get her customers done first. I informed her that I was a customer from 1.5 hours ago and she continued to argue with me. I told her what the other woman told me she was going to do and I was yelled at saying "well it will be another hour" so I said you know what, that is freaking fine with me. She walked away. Then had a call in order right after that and told the person on the phone that she would have their pizza done in 30-35 mins. Like WTF. She has had an attitude with her CO worker as wellEver since I walked in to the store. But once it was all calmed down, she apologized to me and was trying to be very nice. So that is why I gave 3 stars instead of 1 or 2.
