I have shopped this location for 10 years.First name basis with most of the employees.I have…read morepurchased many big ticket items costing thousands of dollars during those years.That all ended monday 8/27/18 with the rude treatment I received from the new mgr.I needed a really short term rental of a mower as my usual young man had left to join the army.I have done this in the past when I only needed a mower for one day,rent one of the repos from the warehouse for only a day or two.Usually the mgr makes me a deal for 35-40 dollars since its in and out and back in again.He told me however it would be usual price and terms and would cost minimum 60.00 take it or leave it.I asked him would he like to reconsider and look at all I have purchased over the years including the other short term mower rentals.He was brand new mgr however and refused to budge. It takes many years to build a relationship with a loyal customer,but he destroyed it in 30 seconds.I will no longer shop there.

My wife had had some experience with Coconis furniture in Zanesville Ohio so we took a drive and went shopping. They told me they had lines they considered good, better and best, and among their best was Flexsteel! We made a few trips, thinking and figuring and had a fantastic sales person. She seemed to hit all the important notes and answered all our questions. After delivery one of the recliner sections wasn't working properly and they send someone to fix it. Here we are just over 4 years from purchase and this is their BEST couch! The finish has worn off on the headrest on one side, the foam in the arm has completely broken down and the non surface vinyl is pealing! I reached out to flexsteel. They sent me to Coconis. I reached out to Coconis and they said no furniture manufacturer warrants upholstery for more than a year and the extend warranty that I paid for would only cover such this as my dog chewing it up!! Coconis also tol me furniture only lasts 5-7 years! my grandfather was in the furniture business. Some of the furniture he sold is still beautiful! I know that was 60+ years ago but have we devolved that far? I bought leather because I DO have dogs. I bought leather because it SHOULD be durable. After the passing the buck that flexsteel did, and the attitude and the shrug of the shoulders pretty much saying I was SOL, I can neither recommend or endorse Flexsteel or Coconis! I know there is quality furniture out there and I'll find it, but my advice is avoid flexsteel and Coconis Furniture. Please share this so everyone can avoid Flexsteel and Coconis.
