Walmart employee Mark (old man who has a huge underbite) decided he wanted to be really rude to me again. Yes he's been rude before in a separate incident that involved a return in customer service. I don't know what has gone wrong in his life that he has to be this bitter and disgusting but you guys need to find a new role for him that does not involve customer service. I simply wanted to get a price change due to a different Walmart location having an item at $25 that this location has at $28, a $3 difference! He proceeded to cut me off mid conversation and was escalating the situation rather than just being a nice human being. He looks like he probably doesn't get any constructive feedback so I implore you to have a sit down with him and explain to him how to actually interact with customers. I called trying to get ahold of somewhere here trying to find out if they give out unused boxes since I heard they're one of the stores the apparently "used" to do this. But, since nobody answers their phoned(at LOCATIONS) had to drive there to find out that that they don't anymore. The least they could do is answer their phones and save people a trip instead of just letting it ring indefinitely. read more

Order grocery delivery. The driver uploaded a solid black picture and stole $210 worth of groceries. I called the store and they said they hire a third-party for delivery so it's out of their hands. Walmart owns that third-party company. They gave me a number to call and I've called and they said that they'll have to investigate for up to 10 days and then possibly return my money. I will go out of my way to drive to this Walmart any day. I could drive to cranberry, Monaca, Butler or Chippewa. I really don't live close to any. The closest is Cranberry Twp nightmare parking lot and always busy. Baden is clean, not crowded, parking lot is not busy, and friendly. It is the best kept secret in the area. It is pretty well stocked. One downside it is a little smaller but they usually have what I need. I would give 5 start but no one is perfect. read more

You've been to one Walmart, you've seen them all. At least, that's what I always say. This is a brand new store located just east of the old Northern Lights Shopping Center. It's almost depressing driving here. You turn off Ohio River Boulevard right next to a now closed and should be condemned old Wendy's location. Pass through the deteriorating old Northern Lights, onto a brand new paved street that winds up a hill to this hidden location. I can not understand why Walmart would add a store here, there are already two stores nearby, one in Cranberry Twp and another in Monaca. The new store is not overly huge. But they do have a nice selection of plants and a nice variety of flowers in the garden center. The make up area has a better selection then my local store. And in the grocery department, I found items that have been out of stock in the Cranberry store for months. Everything is neat and clean. Yes, I know, they have only been open 2 weeks. But I hope they are able to keep it up to this high standard. And seriously, I think I will probably drive the 7 extra miles to shop at this store, rather that drive 1 mile to the store near my house. Just a note, at this time, do no use the address that the Yelp app takes you to. You will end up in a residential neighborhood. read more

The only Walmart that doesn't stress me out when I go there. I like shopping, but I hate crowds and all. I don't really go to Walmart since Covid, but my dad goes once a week, no issues. It's nice to have a Walmart closer by because the closest one used to be Monaca. This Walmart is pretty quiet, so no horrible crowds. Has a subway, if you want to eat there. read more

If you are human, you've probably already been to one of the many Walmart stores. I have a love-hate relationship with any Walmart, it's always so busy unless you go in the middle of the night. I do particularly like the newest store they built in Baden a few years ago, I felt like it was a hidden gem. While Its not as busy as the Monaca Walmart, it is getting busier every year. A little tip, I always go to the lawn and garden section to check out because there's not as many people in the line back there. Besides all of my social anxiety..HAHA... It is the go to for low prices, and basically anything you need from clothes, to home goods, electronics, kids toys, to groceries. I do love the good deals they always seem to have. There is also a Subway in the front of the store with a little sitting area if you get hungry :) read more

Maybe i'll come back to this location when the management and employees actually start enforcing the mask policies. I felt so uncomfortable going into this walmart. Everyone had a mask on while waiting in line to enter the store, but as soon as I got inside, I saw people walking around without masks on. Management included. It's ridiculous. There is even a sign outside the entrance that states facemasks *must be worn* over the nose and mouth. It was very upsetting seeing that. People walking around who took their masks off, constantly touching their face and adjusting their glasses and rubbing their noses, then touching everything they were looking at. I even thought to myself it's not safe to be in the store with covid still in the area if they are treating their mask policy like that. And management doesn't care? Incredible. Nothing like seeing the manager, who is supposed to be enforcing the mask policy, wearing her mask with her nose exposed defeating the entire purpose of wearing a mask in the first place. read more

Monaca Walmart customer service Wendy was fine and helpful but there were three people there including Wendy. One was idol and the other was tagging return merchandise to go back to their department but there were 4 people in line. I know that that is part of their jobs but I don't think it's appropriate to be doing that when people are waiting read more

I moved to PA and am still finding my way around a little difficult but I'd rather go seven miles out of my way to come to this store. The store is organized and clean and I found everything I wanted with no trouble. I also like the store in Monaca but it's so big that I get lost and can't find things. I actually live VERY close to the Cranberry store but don't like it because of all the rude yuppies in that area. The staff is friendly here, the store is clean and what more could you want?? August 26, 2018: Just informed that they will not honor online prices in the store, even if the item is listed as "in the store" on their website. You must order it for pick up to get the online price. Non-food items for pick up take two days. At least.Even if it's a same day pick up, they won't have it ready. Was just informed that the sewing department is not staffed on Sundays. You cannot get fabric cut. There is no one to do it and they won't sell you uncut fabric. read more

it looks like the newly remodeled Walmart.. nice bright lighting & dark gray floors sort of remind me of a warehouse or Sams Club, you know? The separated area for self check out stations were convenient & worked out well... the machine only called for assistance one time and I bought 3 items :) self checkouts & their flaws really bother me. The bakery area was nice and it was easy to grab a box of cookies for the potluck picnic I was attending.. many cookies to choose from. The location is up the hill behind northern lights. You go into Northern Lights to head up here. They've talked about this location for awhile (word travels fast through beaver county bc not much else goes on). It was nice to hear that they started and interesting to think how they were going to build it up that hill. Speaking of the hill, my sister informed me that they don't have a bus stop up there which means a person who works (or desperately wanted to shop there) would need to get off of the bus alllllll the way at the beginning of northern lights by the old wendys, walk through the deserted parking lot, then up this monstrous hill. It would seriously take like a half hour. I really hope a bus stop gets added. in an area that doesn't offer many jobs thanks to the declining (almost nonexistant?) northern lights shopping center & more more businesses getting shut down downtown ambridge, I'm sure it would help a person who really needed it get a job. this Walmart here in Baden is so poorly run these days. I'm not even able to find half of what I'm looking for because this store doesn't carry it. not only that, the management here is so poor. I'm not kidding! it used to be that I could get whatever I want because I had an employee discount, but now I think it's safe to say that this is the worst Walmart I've ever been to or even worked at. I would not recommend that anyone ever shop here, or even consider working at this location. read more

This Walmart is fairly descent. I come here a lot while I'm at work. And they are friendly to when it come to tax exemption because they I have to use for my job to go shopping. They have everything that other Walmart do not have most of the time. read more

A new Walmart for the region ... as though we need yet another Walmart. The other is about 1 mile away in Monaca. But this one is new, and does help with the flow of traffic in/out of the old Northern Lights Shopping Center. Staff seemed fine; goods and food presented well. But I am NOT a fan of self service check out stations that really do not work well. Lift, scan, place on left side and then the machine says "......" SO one has to wait for someone to come by and reconfigure the unit? f8 and be there. read more

This location has a very limited selection and is often sold out of those items. Their pick-up service is the worst. They take forever and load the groceries haphazardly destroying items. I would not recommend this Walmart even compared to others. read more

This is the cleanest Walmart that I've ever shopped at. It's a gem for Walmart shoppers. Anytime I've ever shopped here I've been able to locate a close parking space. The shelves have always been stocked well and the overall store is clean and tidy. The only problem that I ever have here is sometimes there aren't enough cashiers and you have to wait longer than usual to checkout. I also hate the plastic bags here, they are really thin and tear easily. I would recommend bringing in your own shopping totes. This store also has the curbside grocery pickup, I haven't used it yet, but love that it's an option... Especially on really cold days or if I am sick or have a sick child. read more

We've waited for this Walmart for an awfully long time. We understand the Giant Eagle in rundown Northern Lights Shopping Center didn't want Walmart to be built. But it is here now and my husband and I really like it. We should've had it long before it was finally built. We LOVE the location, too! It is clean and especially the Ladies bathroom which means a lot. The bakery isn't all that great so I rarely buy anything there. The donuts really suck. The cashiers need training on packing groceries. The plastic bags are small, shallow and thin. The cashiers put 2-3 items in a bag which drives me crazy. I end up with so many bags and make too many trips from my car to my house which is assinine. When I ask for the larger bags which are kept to the right of the cash register - I always get a dirty look. Have NO idea why!! read more

Great location and very clean. This store is pretty new, so time will tell, but it's on top of a hill behind a shopping plaza. The parking lot is very quiet and the store has never been as busy as the others when I've gone. read more

On two occasions now I went to the car repairs , Both times I wanted to get tires , the first time I waited almost one hour before they took my truck in, within a few minutes they came out and said they could not get the tire off the truck it was stuck so I went to the local garage and he man kicked the tire and it came off. Saturday I went to get tires again on the back , he said he was too busy while walking around with coffee in his hand and I only saw one person sitting in the chair, I think maybe because they are low paid they may not want to do this type work it is just my opinion but now twice I could not get my tires at walmart in baden, I am surprised at this garage and think management needs to look into this store more, It seems like a slow store and not very busy but they dont seem to have a good consumer care to me.I went over to Monaco and bought the other items I need and loved it. the store seem so different how it is run. this is sad becasue they the Baden store need business. two times now not happy with that store and it garage. read more
