I got a call from CVS pharmacy, reminding me about my vaccinations that need to be done. I came to CVS as a walk-in and spoke to the pharmacist and he gave me a few pages of paperwork that literally only took a minute to fill out, then he called me in to the room and gave me my injections. Very fast survice and very professional. read more

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. The main pharmacist is completely unprofessional and just nasty. She makes it very clear she doesn't have time nor does she care to answer customer questions. Staff is mean. Pharmacist don't care about their customers and refills. Tried to get 3 doses of a life saving medication but was refused by pharmacist, she even stated back to me that it wasn't a big deal he didn't get it. Corporate took over 5 days and several calls to their complaint line to call me back. Even from there Robert Watson (district lead) was useless. He went as far to close out my complaint saying he tried to reach out to me but couldn't get in touch. That was a lie. Tried to go above his head to Jessica Read (regional Leader) but she had Robert call me. He was the person I was trying to file a complaint against. All in all stay away. I have to commend the GM tonight. I wish I had caught his name. A little girl, maybe 9 at most, asked for a ride home. She had a bottle in hand for purchase. He tried to call staff but no one was available to drive her. I suggested calling the police station, but the little girl cried/seemed frightened when they mentioned it had to be done through calling 911 (ugh). It was dark and very cold tonight (below freezing). He drove behind her to light up the road (she was on bike) and made sure she made it home safely, recognizing she shouldn't get in a car with a man/stranger danger. I cannot commend this man enough. I only wish I did more, but he went really above and beyond. He probably cut his shift short to do so. If anyone knows who the Gm was tonight on 2/29/24, I'd love to pay him forward for protecting this little girl. read more

I have gone to CVS pharmacy since they opened. There used to be nice pharmacists who actually cared. This is no longer the case, the pharmacists who work there are like robots. They barely interact with you and definitely don't seem like they care. It is very unfortunate. read more

I like how you call to get a price check on a physical for your permit and then the robot man hangs up on you after you confirm you want to speak to a employee instead of hearing the one million questions he asks regarding Covid and then listing off every possible store hour and holiday hours known to man so by the time you're done you try to reach out via email by the email they provided and it's saying "this email is not valid" terrible customer service. The young girl at the pharmacy that checks you in for the Covid vaccine couldn't have been more rude, disrespectful and unprofessional! My husband and I went to get our booster and a flu shot. The pharmacy wouldn't take our insurance for the flu shot but would for the Covid booster. They had my husband really confused. They took him in and jabbed him, didn't ask for his vaccine card and never said what they were giving him. Then they said we'd have to go to the Minute Clinic for the flu shot. The lady at the Minute Clinic actually went over and asked the girl to make sure what they gave him. The girl was rude to her too. As we were leaving I asked my husband if they filled out his vaccine card and he said they never asked him for it. So I went up to the girl and told her no one filled it out. She grabbed it out of my hand and said "I'll fill it out!" The other day I was in there picking up a prescription and a lady in her 80's was being told to go to the Minute Clinic to check in. This poor lady didn't know how to do the check in kiosk thing! CVS pharmacy needs to get their act together! read more

Had a very bad experience with the minute clinic in this CVS. I had an appointment, arrived on time and registered as per their procedures. During the registration process I checked all the information to insure completeness. Following registration, I returned to my car waiting for the call. I waited and waited and waited. Finally I went into the store to see what the holdup was only to be met by a very nasty PA who kept stating my appointment did not list a telephone number to call. I told her that all my information was in the registration. Only to,get the same reply over and over. There is no phone number on the appointment. Her continued response on blaming me was both unnecessary and unprofessional. Her only resolve was I had to wait more and "that is the way it was going to be", again very unprofessional and showed very poor customer service. This healthcare provider acted more like a Nurses Aid and than a PA. I will find a more professional place to seek healthcare. read more

I have been going to this pharmacy to pick up a monthly prescription for over 8 months and each time they have screwed something up. One time they left their refrigerator open in the pharmacy (where my medication is stored) and made me go to a whole other store to pick up my prescription. They have filed my prescription wrong which has messed up my insurance and every time I have any type of question they are always SO rude. They couldn't care less about the people who go there, they just want you out of there! The one young female pharmacist or pharmacist tech there is a total b**** with no patience. As soon as she greets you she just comes off extremely unpersonable and can never help me figure out the reason that my prescription is not ready. Every time I go to this CVS I am greeted with negativity and poor customer service. I didn't want to write a review because I thought maybe she was just having a bad day but I have NEVER gone in there and seen her in a good mood. The pharmacy is in shambles and is a freaking disaster. They keep nothing in order. read more

I have always used a competitor for my prescription service. But after this store opened up a couple blocks from my house, it was time for a change. It's so great to use a pharmacy that has a drive up window. Love that. And they are usually very helpful and friendly and my prescriptions are always ready to go. I recently discovered the wonders of the store. I noticed a couple items that I use on a regular basis in a sale flyer. The prices can be great, plus when used in conjunction with a coupon, I often feel I am practically stealing this stuff. Also, they have sale items that garner you money off for your next visit by using your Extra Care Card. I got a $4 one on my last visit. Not everything is cheap, but watch their sale flyers and you can get some excellent deals here. Plus, it's so quick and convenient to run into one of these stores. They are practically everywhere. I am surprised to say that I am a fan. read more

There is something very wrong at this store. I went to get a covid test and my appointment was cancelled. It was a problem with the app. I went to the drive-thru to ask how the person doing the testing was going to call me now that my appointment has been canceled. The person at the drive-thru just wanted me out of the drive-thru. He kept repeating himself and not answering my question. Not only that but he admitted they cancel people's appointments when they are short staffed. Then I pulled into the covid testing area and the nurse practitioner came out and treated me despicably and literally ragefully because I didn't have an appointment. So I decided to go inside and buy a home covid test because I didn't really need a rapid test anyway. I went in and the man behind the counter was arguing ridiculously with a customer and he would not stop. He was extremely patronizing and mocking. It was embarrassing to watch. I ran out. I will never set foot in this evil place again. read more

CVS has emerged as my go-to place for prescriptions, personal hygiene items, and annual flu shots. The chain has a pharmacy system that is excellent in terms of personnel, rx management, and efficiency. And the pricing really cannot be beat anywhere that I can determine. The CVS "card" provide immediate discounts and lots of coupons -- many use the coupon system to their advantage for everything in the store. I am not one of them (unfortunately). CVS chain, nationwide, has now taken all tobacco products out of the store and rebranded itself CVS Health. This is a significant public health enhancement for the nation. Really. A big deal positive corporate decision, and one that consumers need to back by shopping CVS for product and health care. f8 and be there. read more

This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever received in my life!!!!! I called to ask a question regarding testing in minute clinic- the "manager on duty" named Kevin gave me a 1-800 number so I called that and after listening to a recording for 5 minutes- it said they were closed I called CVS store back again and got the same person Kevin- I asked what time the minute clinic closed and he said 530 I said well I called the number you gave me but it says they're closed He proceeded to tell me they were open and to call that number again I asked him if he could physically walk himself back to the store and just get a question I had answered and he refused saying that he couldn't don't do that and to call the 1-800 number - even though I told him I called and got nowhere Whoever overlooks these people needs to get their employees in check!!!! Ordered photo prints on CVS app - app was great! Closest CVS was on Freedom road. Wow... unbelievably bad experience. I waited at least 15 minutes at the photo counter. Nicholas was behind the main check-out counter and saw me waiting. He was waiting on other customers and could have said, 'I'll be right with you' or called another staff member. He eventually did the latter but not to help me. He needed help at his counter. The other staff member eventually waited on me. She couldn't find my photos. Printed another set. But, they were another customer's prints. Eventually found mine in someone else's envelope. Weird thing was my mobile number was connected with another customer's name. And, the store was in a shambles. Never again will I go there. read more

I choose to move prescription over to this pharmacy from giant eagle, because my wife is going through some serious health problems. She is going to need a double lung transplant and may only have a few more years to live. So we started traveling a lot, and just doing things on the spur of the moment like just getting up and enjoying our life by visiting other parts of the Country. The first time I got my prescription filled there keep in mind that my prescription is a narcotic I had no problems, the next month I went to CVS pharmacy with my prescription in hand at Ocean City Maryland locations because we went on vacation. I had to go to three pharmacies before they would fill my prescription. The first pharmacy said I probably would feel better if I did not take this medication it probably is making me feel the way I do,. I didn't know he was my doctor. The following month my son got married and my mother came up from Florida which she is 85 years old. On the spare of the moment we decided to either fly to Las Vegas but that turned out not to happen because the temperature was over 115° on my wife only has 23% lung function living in that would've been awful for her so we decided to go to Paradise Island in Michigan. My doctor said it was OK if I had my prescription filled a few days earlier and after they (CVS) told me that if they talked to my doctor and it was OK they would have no problem with doing that . So I called my doctors office and they said just have them call him in they would OK it because he knows my condition and my wife's condition I do have a serious brain injury from an accident five years ago which sometimes makes me look like I am intoxicated. After speaking with the pharmacist they advised me that they could not fill my prescription because it was company policy not to fill any narcotic medication until the due date. So me and my wife had to cancel our plans to take my 85-year-old mother to paradise island in Michigan because I would have ran out of my medication by the time we returned and if I ran out of my medication I would go into withdrawal because I've taking this medicine so long. Pretty much now we have to plan our vacations around when my medicine gets filled. So I will find another pharmacy that does not judge their customers or profile them. I have been on my medicine for about eight years and never had this problem at my old pharmacy giant eagle and cranberry Township. The only reason why I switch pharmacies because CVS is nationwide and I can fill them even if we travel. So thank you to the pharmacist at CVS for profiling me and making me feel like I was a drug attic. If you have a prescription for a narcotic this is not the place to go they will profile you and they will judge you. And it will not matter what your doctor says because they overrule your doctor. Thank You CVS for making me feel so low. read more

I love this CVS. The store is squeaky clean and the pharmacists really go the extra mile to get to know you and your medications. The store is easy to access and has good hours. Prescriptions are filled accurately every time. I've always been able to get what I needed at CVS. We're really very fortunate to have this CVS in our neighborhood. read more

This pharmacy DISCRIMINATES against anyone who doesn't live in Cranberry!! They advertise that you can get your prescription filled anywhere in the US. This is not true in the Freedom road location. I work 6 days a week, very long hours in Cranberry, however I live in Robinson. I went in to get my script filled today, and I was told by the manager Nicole, and the pharmacist April that they would not fill my prescription because I don't live in Cranberry. They were loud and unprofessional towards me in front of other customers. Who do they think they are? If I did this at y job, I would be fired! I called their corporate number, and they told me that they have had this same problem elsewhere, and that CVS has multiple lawsuits against them across the US for these same issues. This is discrimination and unacceptable customer service!! I work in sales and customer service everyday in one of the largest companies in Pgh, I will make sure I tell every customer we have not to shop at CVS in Cranberry. I will also be telling my doctor not to recommend any of their other patients to use CVS. read more
