While at an appointment, I get a phone call telling me my prescriptions had been filled. Be with the fact that I was at another appointment and could not pick them up. I question my daughter get them for me when she went to pick them up. Staff was much to her than they were to even me. they were very angry about the fact that I had chosen to switch pharmacies. I recently called to ask for a refill on my prescription that I have been on, but wanted a three month supply instead of the one month they had been giving me. I used to receive the three month and it suddenly changed, so I wanted it changed back. I was told they would not do it because they don't make money off of it. I try to support locally owned businesses and being turned away because they can't make $25 (that's what the guy told me it cost him) really left a sour taste in my mouth. I am assuming I spoke with the owner of the company since I don't see why a pharmacy tech would care about what it cost them. I won't be going back again and probably will stick with big chain pharmacies from now on.
