Even those who have withheld adjudication for insignificant charges, or other non-violent crimes. People go through the court process, complete their sentences and pay their dues. Bealls hires them, puts them to work, lets invest themselves in their jobs and two weeks later --hands them a letter firing them for vague arbitrary reasons because we live in a right to work state. Either do the background check up front ** just BE HONEST ** do not hire anyone before you do your due diligence if you only want to hire the pure and pristine people. STILL I do not wish to spend my hard earned money at a place that thinks it's too good for good people who made a bad choice. I choose people over things every time...so Bealls can keep their things because we can get those anywhere and preferably someplace they treat people like they are of value! ADDITIONALLY Beall's hiring tactics of "interview today -start tomorrow'" also mean that at any given time you are most likely paying more because they are not willing to do their due their due diligence and complete background BEFORE putting someone to in the store meaning career criminals have every opportunity to rob US blind as ultimately WE PAY the higher prices for Beall's capitalist greed. So they throw away decent folk who made a mistake versus letting wolves into the henhouse all day everyday and blame it on customer theft when its the very people they invited into their backroom, into their registers and into our pockets! It was pretty busy but we managed to stop at the stores we wanted like children's place and Victoria's Secret etc. they have a wide selection of name brand stores and also had a cute boutique that was going out of business they had some really nice beaded purses and clothing for sale. Overall, Ellenton premium outlets is a nice place to shop and has good prices definitely a better deal than your average mall.

So I was recently actually looking for some things for my friends baby shower and I happened to…read morehave a couple of gift cards left over from my birthdays and Christmas and such so when I originally came to the place, I asked the lady if she could give me the balance on my gift cards so that I knew how much I had to either add with or spend, and she told me in order to do that I need to make a purchase, so no big deal I went to actually go find some stuff I wanted to buy and in the process of doing so I have looking around to get like help from someone who work there or like employees or whatever and like literally two out of the three ladies that were working like not only ignored me when I spoke directly to them, but instead of helping me directly went to helping a totally different person that was in his speaking to them so needless to say I ended up getting extremely frustrated and leaving without buying anything now I don't claim to be like the richest person in the world but I definitely don't think I look like homeless or anything. They have very similar sections of other similar stores with clothing, housewares, beauty and health, purses, shoes and jewelry. I have found they have a higher quality item that I really like. We have bought some housewares and clothes and found them great. They also have interesting items for holidays and specialties! I do recommend TJ Maxx and will definitely be back. Service has been great and there hasn't been the long lines like other stores.

He was most helpful on trying to help us find the shoes my daughter wanted and for us to take advantage of the buy one get one 50% off sale. The shoe was not available in store but he let us know it can be ordered and delivered to our home. With the help of I believe his manager, Alyssa we were able to find my daughter two pairs of shoes to her liking. Vince and Alyssa went above and beyond and provided us with such a great shopping experience. We did not feel rushed, they both were nothing but accommodating to our needs. Thanks so much Vince and Alyssa for the great customer service! You both were awesome!

For the most part, this is one of the better Walmart locations, but the one star is because of how…read morethey respond. We like their seafood selection and buy the salmon a lot. But recently we bought it, cooked it, and while eating it, I bit down on a large plastic washer of some kind (see image). After many emails to Walmart and to the packaging company, Beaver Street Fisheries in Jacksonville, basically what I got back from the fishery was "thanks for letting us know, glad you're okay" and what we got back from Walmart was "check with the store and ask for a refund". Seriously??? Someone could have choked on that and if it was a child, could have been really bad, and basically get a "thanks"?!?!?! Good store, unbelievably insensitive management, at both places.
