I got bumped into by three people, this was the most uncomfortable shopping experience I have ever had to go through at any Big Box. If the fire department had to do their inspection, I am sure they would agree with me. Store is not safe for customers to walk in and out if emergency. So I told him I'd return the ones I just got. I then went straight to the customer service desk, without even having left the store mind you) and explained to the middle-aged white woman (wish I had gotten her name smh) there the situation. She sighed loudly and said, "well great now we'll have to throw away all this stuff!" And I, somewhat taken aback by her snide tone, said in response, "oh no I'm sorry, but I haven't even left the store with that stuff? I just bought it literally a minute ago?" And she practically snarled at me- "well that doesn't matter. It's policy that I have to throw these away now." So now I hang my head in shame and quietly apologize again. And THEN the entire time she's scanning the pizzas, every few seconds she's muttering stuff like- "unbelievable" "just ridiculous" "I can't believe this" while I awkwardly stand there. I mean what did she want me to do, take home nine pizzas I literally didn't have room for (bc of the nine pizzas that my bf just bought that were already in there)?! I mean maybe her vitriol was actually being directed at the store, but it sure as hell felt personal to me! after she was done scanning I just quietly asked her if that was all and once again she harshly told me "yes." The management of the facility seem to know how to do it right as the mall always has a lot of foot traffic, a seemingly high retention rate of retail stores and hosting family friendly events. Shoppers have access to brands ranging from boutiques (Chico's) to casual (Marshall's). The setup at the town plaza for the outdoor concerts is very accommodating to businesses (accessible for patrons) and attendees (allowing for a seating area as well as a dance "floor"). For the latter, no coolers nor outside alcohol are allowed but camping seats and well mannered doggies are!!! And even better, the concerts are always free and welcoming to all.

Everything was stocked neatly and in order. It was easy to find exactly what I was looking for without having to dig through stuff. Amazing! Seriously, I was impressed as I've never seen any Marshalls stocked this perfect. Wow! I'll definitely be back to this one.
