I am NOT a Walmart shopper for a multitude of reasons but I was in this shopping center and literally needed 2 lemons and I had to decide wether I was going in Walmart or in ShopRite and it's THANKSGIVING EVE ... Walmart won! This is a super center with 2 entrances and a massive parking lot. Walking into the store you must go through what I would say are similar to the metal entryways at amusement parks ... I'm assuming it's for theft prevention given you can't exit through them. Fresh produce is the section you literally walk into so I was able to grab my lemons and take a quick spin in a few other sections just to snap a few pics and I must say the sales floor was really neat and there were actually employees available if you needed help. And checkout was a breeze with no waiting ... tons of registers open and self checkout was smooth too. I had no idea Walmart didn't accept any tap to pay options so I actually had to open my purse to get my credit card out which was slightly annoying lol. All in all a smooth trip to a place I never shop and I had to give them a fair rating because they deserve it based on my experience. read more

Everytime I order delivery for my online order it gets delayed until the next day. This is my last time ordering shop from home delivery. I used to order on line and go pick it up but the last few times I waited for over an hour. Today I ordered at 10 am for a 4-6 pm delivery I'm still waiting at it is now 8:30 pm no update. read more

I have to say that I agree with most of the other reviews... This Walmart used to be clean and well kept but it's now a mess... The floors are always dirty and it's like an obstacle course... There are always boxes and pallets in the isles... The hours have changed, they are no longer open 24 hours... Their new hours are 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM 7days a week... If you are in the area I suggest you travel a bit farther to the Cinnaminson Walmart... It's a much cleaner and friendly there... read more

Where do I begin?! In addition to the (mostly) grumpy employees, you have the long check out lines with too few checkers. On this particular trip, I was looking specifically for Ritz crackers for a recipe. I found an employee near the dairy section & excused myself and asked if she knew where to find them (I told her that I looked twice) ... SHE GOT MAD AT ME !!! She says "I don't know - there's an aisle that says CRACKERS!!!" (there wasn't). I looked where she said - "aisle 18 or 19" & low & behold, there they were in the aisle labeled cookies! What?!!! The guy waiting to ask a ? after me ran into me later & we commiserated about miss nasty girl. He told me that a few months ago there was a brawl at self check out & management locked everyone in the store until the police came! Just wanted to reiterate that this store absolutely sucks balls. Needing to make a quarantine essentials run, I head over to this hell hole to pick up necessities, and get back to the house. First, I go to get water. I notice a sign that says "limit 1 per customer," but watch as the selfish assholes that make up the majority of this stores clientele, pile case after case into their cart. I butt in and grab my one case and head over to see if there are any paper towels. The paper towel section is POSITIVELY bare, save for the walmart brand, cheap, almost useless dollar store level rolls that are also limit one per customer. Ok, neither of those things are really WALMARTS fault, but the next thing is: this is maybe the first time that I've EVER, and I mean EVVVVVVVER been in this store, and it wasn't teeming with people. It was actually kind of pleasant to move around, because it was NOT crowded. (ps, not that it helped people keep their damn social distancing. People were still getting way too close and just generally being loud, obnoxious, self unaware ass hats.) I get my stuff, and I foolishly think to myself that I'll finally, for once in my life, be able to get through the line in under 30 minutes!....... WRONG. Oh my god.....there are 3 registers open, plus the self checkout. (side note, i'm at about 30 items, so I have too many for self checkout, but the line was ridiculous for self checkout anyway.) I call the Misses at 2:40 to see if there is anything else we need, as I'm sauntering up to a line. I text her at 2:47, "Not even a lot of people here, but there's only 3 registers." At 2:59 I text, "Haven't moved since I called you." At 3 o'clock, the man at one of the open registers turns his light off. I text the Misses, "2 registers now. This dude just literally closed his register!" At 3:10 I text again, "Now they closed another one! I still haven't moved." At 3:16 I text, "still in line." At 3:30 I finally made it out. FIFTY. MINUTES. (insert hand clapping emojis!) FIFTY MINUTES, to get through the line! Nearly an HOUR, to buy groceries. As they were shutting down register after register WITH LINES OUT TO THE MERCHANDISE!! Insanity. Update**. 7/8/2019 Awful experience how can they run a store with only two lanes open and hundreds of people in line and baby screaming? This is this graceful. Normally, previously, I would have said that most Walmart Shopping Experiences include some Fairly "Interesting" happenings. But at least the lines moved. Not TODAY!! Awful. The Burlington Walmart Super Center definitely can be Ghetto Fabulous on some days, BUT.... I feel like I'm straight Up in THE HOOD. ...the staff does NOT Give A HOOT. DISGRACEFUL. The associates were not helpful. I asked for empty banana boxes, the banana table was almost empty. All it would have taken was a couple of minutes to empty two banana boxes and help me. I don't really know where to start. Not going to go into much detail but the staff at this location are extremely rude. With the exception of the young immigrant gentleman that greets the doors and the man by the name of Raj who checks receipts. One woman in particular I wish I had her name because I would have called her out. She was deliberately rude to me when I asked for assistance locating an item. Eye rolling, shaking her head, no eye contact, etc. To make it look worse for her, I had just got off work so I was still in my military uniform and she preceded to be rude and unhelpful. If this is how you treat your customers and SERVICE MEMBERS, something needs to change. And it needs to happen quickly. Corporate Customer care is now aware of the problems with this Walmart and hopefully some change will come soon. I'm not sure if I even want to go back there ever again. First of all why is the MEAT CASE TOTALLY EMPTY????????? Today I went to my local Walmart Location :Liberty Square Center 2106 Mt Holly Rd, Burlington, NJ 08016 to return some products that I did not have a receipt for. Expecting a gift card for the items that I wanted returned I was told by a sales associate that the computers were down and they could not process returns without a receipt and that was nationwide. As I walked away from the counter I spoke to the greeter who asked me was I able to make a return. I told him no and explain to him what the customer service associate told me. He said that there are others that make it bad for the rest of us. That they steal from other Walmarts and then try to return the goods for cash. I would like to know if I was turned away for a corporate reason or was the a decision made by an uninformed manager. If you are looking to print photos quickly, I'd look else where. I went in at 8:30am to have a single 5x7 printed up. The "one hour photo" said it would be ready at 11am. Little longer than an hour but that's fine. 11:02 I get a text it's ready so I drive over, only to be told no one is working there right now and someone should be in 'a few hours'. This store is constantly dirty, unorganized, cluttered with boxes and in a disarray, no matter what time of day you go there. Carts filled with empty boxes are left on the aisle by associates who are busy running their mouth's blocking the customers ability to shop peacefully. Items are locked up on the shelf to which you have to go ask a sales associate to unlock it and then they want to whisk you to the register even if you haven't finished shopping. I only shop at Walmart a hand full of times a year because of this. The Target 1 miles up the road doesn't operate in the same manner. Wal-Mart needs to get its acts together. read more

This Walmart has never giving me anything other than problems. Multiple times now I have found items that were marked on clearance, rang up on clearance prices, but store associates did not want to give the items to me on clearance prices. I've been called a liar by store associates and had my intelligence insulted by them. The stores general populace of employees is not great. I don't like going to this store even though it is closest to my house, it is always an unpleasant experience, and as of lately, the store has had a terrible odor to it. This Walmart always has everything in stock and for the most part the staff are respectful. It's a very high volume Walmart with a lot of people traffic. At this Supercenter, they need to do a better job of cleaning up the carts, and during the night opening more checkout lines. The only struggle with this Walmart is having to wait in a really long line because they only have 1-2 check out lines. Despite those flaws, this Walmart is clean and always organized. Be careful to check your receipt as the cashiers sometime ring up items twice. read more

This walmart has the most unprofessional "managers" that I have had the pleasure of experiencing. I purchased a defective air mattress. When I went to go return the air mattress, I was told I could only exchange the air mattress for the same or greater value, but I could not get a refund. I understood and was willing to exchange the air mattress. However, they did not have this or any better air mattresses in stock. I explained this to the woman at customer service, and she basically told me there were no other options for me. Jessica, who told me she was a manager, entered the conversation and stated I just have to find a walmart that has it in stock. To this, I replied they could at least inform me as to which Walmart would have it in stock so that I am not traveling all across New Jersey trying to find the air mattress. Jessica refused to help and told me that Walmart's system did not have that capability and that I would have to do that on my own. After some pushback, she did look it up and told me the nearest one in stock was about 50 miles from me, which I did not feel was an acceptable solution. The next morning, I called corporate and reported Jessica and requested a better solution. The young lady I spoke to at corporate was very kind and helpful. She stated that I could go back to the store and ask for a specific manager. They would either be able to order me an air mattress to be delivered at that store, or they could do a one-time courtesy refund. Either of those options was satisfactory. Well, the issue is that I am in the military and was recently stationed in New Jersey. I do know the area very well and provided corporate with the wrong store and therefore they gave me the information for the wrong manager. For that, I take full responsibility. When I went back to the store again, Jessica was very unprofessional and unpolite in her approach. She proceeded to talk about me and the situation to another employee right in front of me as those I was not standing there despite the fact that the employee pointed me out to her. Jessica informed me that she could not help me and directed me to go to the store that I had spoken to corporate about. At that point, I called corporate whilr in the store. Again, the young man was very helpful. He told me to ask for Mr Cooper, who is the manager. I stayed on the phone with corporate for over 30 minutes while Mr Cooper refused to talk to me but instead sent over another employee 3 different times to tell me they could not help me and I would have to go to a different store. At one point, the young man on the phone even told me to inform the employee that I was on the phone with corporate and that he wanted to speak to Mr Cooper directly. Eventually, Mr Cooper did come to me, but no apologies for the inconvenience and no sense of customer service. They finally gave me a store credit. I understand it is the holiday season, and things get hectic, but that is no excuse for nasty behavior, especially coming from those who are supposed to be running the establishment. I pray that Mr. Cooper and Jessica receive the must need training to equip them to be better managers because the employees of that Walmart desire better, and the community that shops there desire better treatment. read more

It seems like every time I am at this Walmart the lines are obnoxiously long. I have been during the week early afternoon a few times over the past couple months. The check-out lines looks like it is a Black Friday!! So you get to know the people in line and we are wondering the same thing. Where are all the cashiers why is it always so awful checking out at this Walmart. I have also noticed that the frozen food sections are always half empty. Hopefully before the Christmas rush this store will hire more cashier and people to stock the shelf's properly. If I could give this store zero or less stars I absolutely would! This is the most ghetto, tragic, unprofessional, deplorable excuse for a store I have ever had the displeasure of shopping from. Majority of the people who work there are rude ignorant teenagers who act as if it's my fault they work for Walmart They get their bad attitudes from their supervisors though because I needed soap out of the department they've locked and he told the girl simply "I'm not coming down there she needs to get different soap". They only ever have three or less checkout lines and nothing is ever stocked yet I see a store full of employees walking around either playing with each other or on their phones. Worst store I've ever shopped in, nothing is ever in stock, there are always such long lines takes min 40 mins to check out, the produce is old and nasty, the bread old. They never have meat in stock. I always have to wait 20 mins to be served at the deli. The pick up groceries is even worse, they substitute the most ridiculous items like last week gave me peanut butter instead of nutella week before I got hair conditioner instead of shampoo. They are tho of course always out of stock of at least half my list. read more

Burlington store is horrible. First problem is went on a Sunday. All the money Walmart has made through covid yet they can not put any cashier's on. Lines all over the place back into the clothing. After waiting in that line I got to wait in the customer service line because 2 items didn't ring up. Only to find out from the rep her exact words " It does not matter what the shelf tag or signs say. Whatever the item rings up is what I have to pay". Ummm it doesn't work that way and no it was not an item placed on the shelf in the wrong spot. It actually had 10 plus tags advertising the same item different flavors all for the same price. They over charge and hope you don't realize it or won't stand in line to adjust. Rude workers too. read more

This is the worst Walmart I've ever been to and I'm from Philly. First, the aisles are not properly lettered and numbered, which makes things hard to find using your Walmart app. Customer Service sucks. All was going well with my typical Walmart experience. I found all that I was looking for but then came time for the cashier time. I walk up to the cashier who was standing there having a casual conversation with her colleague. I asked if she were ready she told me to go to another cashier. I did because I was thrown off. As the cashier is ringing my items up, I look back at the first cashier and there she was ringing a gentleman up. This was one of those moments that makes you say why? The cashier that ultimately waited on me was super nice and quick. That is all that one expects is courteous, friendly, quick and efficient service. PS. and great prices read more

For the third time, I walked out and left a basket FULL of stuff at the checkout. They NEVER have enough checkers, and the ones they have simply do not care! I am very disappointed at this Walmart. Seems like some employees are poorly trained in customer service. I saw one of the managers who go by the name of Derick yelling at a customer just because she was questioning him why the store was closing its door before the time that their website clearly states. I myself got yelled at by one of their employees just because in the eyes of that employee I was in the wrong line. If an item is locked because of security you'll need to wait for a long time to get an employee to unlock it for you (if you'd find one) lines are long and with only a few cashiers. Prices are often messed up, the sign says one thing but when you are paying it is another price ahh! and then some employees get upset because they have to go an verify the price. Also I'm not sure if it is the system they use but I often got charged twice for the same item and then you have to end up making the long line in customer service to get your money back. Oh boy I have so many bad stories in this Walmart. All I know is that I just got tired of it and decided to never come back to this store and won't recommend it to anyone.
