It's been ages since coming here and it's more organized than I remember it. I was impressed that their product was also fresh. I went today for someone else and was able to find everything quickly. The only flaw was checkout. It's self check out and then say it's for 15 items or under. Huh? Where do you go if you have more than 15 items and don't want to wait in a huge line for the one register with a cashier thats open?!? Also, one of the items didnt have a tag and the lady couldn't find it so i had to go back to find another. Not the best situation for someone with a disability to have to scan and bag your own items and then have to leave and walk back to have to repeat it because it times you out after a certain time. Anyhow it reminded me why I don't like shopping at Walmart and I'll do my best to avoid it if I can. With all the resources they have, they can do better for people that need help. And they don't even try. read more

I stopped by here around 1:35 PM on a Thursday afternoon for the primary purpose of getting windshield wiper fluid. When walking in the home/pharmacy entrance, you could see Halloween items such as costumes, buckets, and candy. The Birthday aisle with bags was looking scarce for bags. While walking, I saw a huge clearance sign hanging from the ceiling, so you know I had to stop by. I found a desktop organizer for four dollars. I also found a nice candle too! They had a lot of summer items such as toys and water related things on the clearance. Of course, I continued to browse the rest of the store. I looked at the TVs because I want to get one for my office. I didn't find what I was looking for. I did find the windshield washer fluid that I wanted. I got Rain-X, all season, 2 in 1, and it was about $4. On the same aisle, I saw a fuel injector cleaner, and I decided to get one of those too. I then proceeded to make my way to self checkout because my friend was getting impatient. I can spend hours in Walmart, lol. I utilized Walmart pay to pay for my items. I love doing this because it gives a digital receipt that automatically saves on my account. Total, I spent about 35 minutes during this visit. read more

Can't get anyone to answer a phone. Been calling for 2.5 hours. I have tried every extension.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I went to Walmart to grab groceries for the week. We went to self checkout because a ton of registers were open, there was no line or anything. The two workers are staring us down talking and saying horrible things about us because we had more than 15 items in our cart (I counted we only had 16 items). They continued to say horrid things the entire time we were checking out. Not once did they come up to us to tell us that we have more than 15 items and we could go to another register, which would have been completely fine but instead they were very unprofessional. Walmart get your staff in check. If you don't want people using self checkout then have your lazy ass employees get off there ass and actually start checking people out. read more

absolutely no one wears masks inside, i see people wearing no masks i try to keep my distance as much as i can even before the mask mandate was lifted i saw so many people not wearing masks i literally had some lady come near me without one. she called out for her son dylan very annoyed. he was rude to me and didn't wear a mask either! he insulted me! and my daughter. absolutely don't recommend also i had quite a scare once when a BAND came inside the walmart. with no warning whatsoever! I sat here for 2 1/2 hours on May 24, 2021 just to have the gentleman (young) come outside to tell everyone that they are running 4 hours behind so the manager asked us to leave and pick up at a later date. I asked could I reschedule for 7am May 25, 2021. No problem the gentleman said. I come back this morning at 6:50 am only car out here. 7:02 rolls around I call and let the young lady know I'm outside for pick up. Will be out shortly she replies.... next thing I see is her & a coworker come out the door to smoke it's only 7:06 am.... are you freaking kidding me... needl to say I didn't receive everything on my list but was charged for and not substituted with equal value...... I AM TOTALLY ANGRY I don't blame the workers... I actually blame the Store manager and the department head...... read more

Never shop here. Management happy to allow self service checkout to under dispense change. 25 minutes since it happened, manager still not showing up. Completely worthless customer service. The Manager, Walter, could not even bother to greet me or apologize for the 30 minute delay in getting me my change. read more

I don't even know where to start. I called to this store to see if they had a blender "in store". I told the lady on the phone that online it said "In Stock" She then says "It's in stock" I drive over 2 hours to this store to get this blend thats says "In stock" i get to the store and I can't find the blender. So I asked the closes ass. i seen. and i asked her does she work in that department and she said "No" but processed to still help me. She called the department manager to come and help me . I told the department manager that i was looking for the blender and it said "In stock" before i could even fix my mouth to say another word she then said "That isn't also right" So i turn my phone to show her and she quickly says "NO, We don't have that" I said okay I called and the lady said "If it says we have it in store then yall have it" she said "She was wrong we don't have it" I said "Okay then" I Started to walk away then she tells me "You can go check in the blender section and see if we have it" I just walked away. Why tell me to go check something if you CLEARLY said you don't have it. The ONLINE site needs to be up to date so people like me don't travel far for no reason. I'm giving this store 2 stars because of the lady who actually tried to help me. I will NEVER come back to this store. The Store was a messy. And none of the workers smiled. read more

No registers open at 10 pm. Self checkout register require an associate between every two items. One associate for 8 self checkout registers. Ended up walking out with nothing and leaving merchandise. I didn't have an hour to check out read more

Absolutely horrible customer service and terrible food at the deli center that tasted old...employees aren't helpful at all and try their best to ignore you..long lines and merchandise never stocked in the right location. read more

I would honestly give 0 stars if I could. This place sucks. In addition to usually only having 2 cash registers open besides the self-checkout, their customer service is horrible and the people who work there are apparently racist liars. I called up needing a battery about 20 minutes ago and this snooty woman (if you could call her that) answered (with a REALLY obvious BAD ATTITUDE), interrupting me while I was trying to say what I needed and I didn't even tell her the department I needed. What does she say? "We're closed. There's no one back there." Like... back where? i didn't say the department, remember? So I hang up really ticked off and my mom calls back not 15 minutes later and asks if they're open. It was someone else that picked up and this lady said "yes, mam. we're 24 hours." the first one is apparently a liar. I'm convinced it's because she's either really lazy or because I sound white... or both. NEVER go to or call this freaking walmart. you're better off going to Target. This Walmart is typical with long lines at registers that are open (never enough open) & self-check out always a problem. My main complaint however, is that I can't seem to go to this store without being stopped in the parking lot by people (men & women) wanting money. One guy even brings a towel & sits down to stay all day. The last time I was there, a guy even knocked on my window as I was preparing to leave. I am almost afraid to go there alone, but is handy to my workplace. I dread returning, & have avoided doing so thus far. read more
