While shopping in store, an employee handling pickup orders turned a large cart into our aisle and hit my 2 year old's finger as he was holding our cart. The employee did apologize and seemed sincere but it seems I'm always dodging these pickup order employees and their carts. I couldn't find a way to share this concern directly, so I'm leaving this review in hopes that store safety and awareness around customers will improve. read more

I have ordered my groceries 2 different times. The first time they left them at a random house not mine. It took like a week to get my money back! I decided to give it another chance but this time I checked ask for a code. Well I was told they would be here at 9am it is now 4pm I have been here all day waiting. I called and they said it is delayed and may not be here until 11pm. I changed it to pick up and they still won't have them ready until 9pm! Last time I will ever order. I am very pleased with my curbside grocery orders in the past few months - both with regards to placing of and the pick up experience. Like Instacart, Walmart grocery pickup now allows you to choose your ideal substitution item (though from a limited list curated by the store) so that the customer has some control over this. The actual curbside pickup has been smooth with the app check-in and also within reasonable speed. We usually come by earlier in the day, but one time we came in the evening and there were a good number of cars already. We just assumed it might take some time and when it came our turn, the staff checked in with us and apologized for the wait. It might have been just a quick one line greeting to someone, but I really appreciated this gesture. Plus, it was understandable given the number of other cars waiting. Oh also, Walmart has good quality organic produce (vs. nearby grocer competitors, including wholesale - whom seem to lack the inventory and not much luck with freshness) - I especially recommend the greens: spring mix salad, romaine lettuce, and green onions! read more

This Wal-mart has friendly service and a speedy check out. I come here for everything like getting a haircut, buying groceries, and sometimes taking out dinner. Even though Wal-mart is a huge chain and they all sell the same stuff, this one stands out as one of the good ones in my book. read more

The reason for the 5 stars are for a young lady in customer pick up area named Emily. I had an issue with my order and one person told me some things that weren't correct. I called back and spoke to Miss Emily and she took charge, fixed the problem and, in a very positive and professional manner, took care of me and made sure I got what I ordered correctly and with a big smile. I went tonight to make various purchases and was waylaid by one of the cable TV guys in the electronics section. I asked him not to speak to me several times but he persisted to the point of rudeness. I was in sales and even sold cable door-to-door and this guy was awful. Tell the GM: I was there to shop for a Google Chrome but just walked away. Will take my business elsewhere. I came there to shop not be sold - retail stores are not to have pushy salesmen. read more

I normally never have a problem at Walmart. Went to purchase 3 gift cards to finish up lash minute Christmas shopping. We don't do much for people in the family, but mostly get gift cards. I went to purchase 3 gift cards and the check out machine is saying that I reached my limit of gift cards. There was NOTHING where the gift cards were hanging up on that I could only get 2 gift cards at a time. I was pissed because this was for my family member to give them a little something else for Christmas... we pressed the assistant button 2 different times and no one came. Finally a customer had to yell saying that customers needed help at the self check out. I can't remember the ladies name, she then proceeds to look at us and the other customer with a nasty look on her face. She had looked at us previously when she was putting random stuff away when she saw that me and another customer needed help... the other customer and his wife we all waited about the same time, the machine ate the money and never gave them back their change and they were in a hurry so they had to call maintenance. I then asked a different employee if she had ever heard of us only being able to purchase 2 gift cards at a time, I don't know her name either and she said she worked there for 25 years and she has never heard of that. The bakery makes great cakes, but never seems to have the decoration kits in and never has the plastic cake servers.

Ridiculous of the time you have to stand in line to receive a money order! I have never seen such bad customer service in a while. It's only one cashier in the money center on one of the busy weekend ever that's Mothers Day you would think it would be two people doing the money center smh.... Old lady that worked at the register in the garden on 01/11/18 was very rude. I wanted to buy a wallet but I didn't know that it didn't have a price tag on it and instead of trying to find a solution she just shrugged and said "it don't have a tag so I can't do anything with this".
