If you return after 14 days, you will only receive a store credit. The staff was helpful in setting me up with a dressing room and bringing other items. I will admit that the clothing fit much better than I thought it would. Most times, I am considered plus size, and these types of stores do not cater towards the plus size women of the world. Hip hop music plays loudly but for some reason not distracting to the shopping experience. Mostly like that just what you'd expect from this type of store. This Old Navy location honestly sets the standard for many other ON locations I visit. They are always on point with stock, service, condition and cleanliness. As I have gotten older, my reliance on Old Navy has shifted and now I pop in for their athleisure, shorts and/or pullovers, depending on the season. Service is always stellar here, whether it is being helped on the floor, at the dressing rooms or at the register. Overall, this Old Navy location is one of the best!

By the time they did inform me hoodie was unable to be delivered it was now out of stock! How is it possible to be out of stock from when I originally ordered it. Please explain that crap! Hollister customer service representative refunded me my money and told me I had to go back on-line and keep rechecking to see when hoodie was back in stock and reorder which I did. They use ontrack.com for delivery and they are completely incompetent and useless. On track could not find house and I had to call hollister a second time to see about package and they went in circles stating they could do nothing because package was out to be delivered. Customer service stated I'd have to wait till I was noticed by ontrack package that they aren't able to delivery package again. I work hard for my money and as proud as hollisiter seems to be based on their high prices I expect so much better when giving them my money!!! Such a disservice to the customers and I'm beyond disappointed. I will no longer shop at Hollister as there are plenty of other stores to shop.
