Tried curbside...they lost my order. Today I tried the delivery service. My "doordash" delivery driver showed up with my groceries scattered all around her back seat. They "said" one of my items were out of stock but as soon as my order was delivered I went to the store to find the "out of stock" items....If walmart cannot commit to having their own delivery trucks like Krogers I cannot commit to their delivery service....Krogers here I come...stay away from Walmart...so sad read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I was checking out in the self checkout with a car repair item that took me 20 minutes to find. Nothing was wrong with me checking out until all of a sudden a Walmart employee came, looked at my items, asked me if I was 18 or above (which I said yes to bc I was and had proof), then turned to my little sister who I had with me at the moment and asked her, which she said no because she was under 18. She then rudely stated I couldn't purchase my item, pushed me aside, took it off my checkout items list, and before I could say anything snatched it away. So I went to customer service, told her my problem and that I really needed the item in order to fix my car (it was just a JB weld kit available to anyone on the shelf), and asked her if I could please get it since I am old enough. I wasn't able to get it bc my drivers license was expired and she couldn't just look at the date or the photo of the renewed one on my phone. First off, why can't an adult with ID not purchase something on the shelves available to anyone if they have a younger minor with them? If a full grown man walked into the store with his little son, he should be able to purchase a tool needed to fix his car. It was handled very rudely and quite unprofessionally and I hope that others aren't treated the way I was in the future. read more

She worked with our insurance to ensure we knew what they would pay and what would be out of pocket. She gave us a timeline and what to expect. She explained the warranty and what it covered. Everything right from the Halloween aisles are all 75% off!!! Came away with some really neat fall decorations. Very happy with that. Needed coffee today, and that aisles was oddly empty. Not full like it usually is. Thanksgiving stuff is all in the center aisles. Prices have not gotten any cheaper. read more

This is a pretty decent Walmart compared to the ones close to me in Charlotte. I found the store to be decently well stocked with the things I needed today. I'm staying in Cleburne for a week and found the canned and jarred stuff I wanted. I won't buy fresh food at Walmart but the basics? Sure. Clean, tidy and nicely laid out. I also found the memory card reader I needed so that I could get the video off my dash cam. Not bad for $10. Could the store have been better? Yeah, the parking lot needed some cart work. went into the service center to buy a battery this morning,i bought my battery but the girl running the register was not very friendly,her attitude toward us as customers was unacceptable. I know nobody cares about customer service anymore,but i would think if someone came into my store and spent 170.00 i would at least tell them thank you. My son and I were visiting for Easter from Spring, TX and we thought this Walmart is very nice. The produce all looked fresh all shelves looked stocked. I don't mind checking out my own items. There were two management personnel by the door and they were very friendly as we were living. read more

I called regarding a ongoing issue with Walmart.com not accepting my debit card I've used for over 5 years on this account!! The issue is with Walmart.com not retaining my CVV code on my debit card. We have tried many resolutions with no resolution and as a result, the charge is declined. My credit union PENFED has contacted WALMART due to the volume of PENFED customs that are experiencing the same issue since December. This is not with my account, but with WALMART changes made in December. I have made eight calls to Walmart CS and two calls to Walmart payment center. NOTHING HAS CHANGED. Between Jan 15th - 19th. I spent a total of 564.00 on Walmart.com and had to use a credit card, because the site will not process my bank card correctly. I spend average 250.00 - 350.00 a week with Walmart and most of my Christmas was purchased in Walmart.com. We keep our credit card balance low and our credit rating excellent. It is a big inconvenience to me as a customer to use my credit and then go pay the credit card with my bank card. I will not purchase anything else from Walmart.com until this issue has been resolved. I put together a order last night on Walmart tried my card and it would not go through. I called and spoke with Rochelle Walmart.com CS to take my payment over the phone which is what I was advised to do by a previous supervisor with Walmart.com. Rochelle explained they are not allowed to take the payment for security reasons. I moved my purchases to Amazon and my local Kroger. I will continue to purchase through AMAZON, KROGER, and HEB. Walmart has left me with no other choice. I have done all I can do as a consumer to make Walmart aware of this and try all the resolutions Walmart CS and I could think of to try. I am done!! Don't waste my time and money. No longer one of Walmart's biggest fans. I will also copy and post this message on FACEBOOK and GOOGLE. read more

Thank goodness for HEB, at least their deli stays open until a more reasonable hour. Unlike walmart that turns you away even though its not 8 yet. So, off the HEB where I will buy all of my groceries along with the deli items. read more

Pickup here is really bad. They are slow, very slow. I have had their computers delete orders, my order being shown as complete and then they are still shopping it when I get there, and almost half the order is missing once done. They need work in their app to correct inventory, and they need work on pickup. Give yourself 30 min to pickup. If you can get in and out in under that, just go in and save the headache. read more

Only 1 lane is ever open. They want you to use self checkout and bag your own items!! Not sure if this is because people make more off unemployment or if it's because Wallmart is Grady as F and won't hire they rather self check out! I'm not quite sure why the original Wal-Mart in Cleburne yelp page has been closed down. The address was changed at some point and was incorrect, the zip code was incorrect, the phone number was incorrect. They've always been on West Henderson Street in Cleburne. I mean heck, I googled that address used in the old page and it came up as being located near Houston, nearly 200 miles away! So yeah, I'm a little curious as to how and why that wound up on the Cleburne Wal-Mart yelp page in the first place. But Yelp says that they have a new page, so I thought I'd come over here to this one and post... or repost... or do something for them. And hey, might get another First Review out of it (not that it matters since I liked my other one, better). Okay... What can we say about The Cleburne Wally World? ... Not really much, I'm afraid. I've already gotten it posted on the old review... so maybe I can just copy and paste that one here? *shrugs* ------------------------------------- The store's been sort of disappointing in the DVD movie department as their manager (I'm guessing a previous one) refused to mark lower prices for new movies on opening week forcing us to head to other Wal-Marts in order to get bargains on movies when they came out. The one they have now seems to have figured it out, though. Also, we used to have to head to Fry's or Best Buy stores in Burleson or Arlington in order to pick up the latest Mystery Science Theater 3000 boxed sets when they came out. As I'll never set foot into another Best Buy after they openly supported CAIR (a known terrorist front group), that narrowed down the list to Fry's (much further away from me). However, they have finally begun stocking MST3K boxed sets with Vol. XXIV and I hope the trend continues with Vol. XXV next month. That'll save us about 70 miles driving. Thanks, new manager at Wal-Mart in Cleburne! I do wish they had a little wider selection of 7.62x39mm ammo, though. They had two types listed in their promo mat in sporting goods, but apparently only had the one box stocked... and it was priced just under $30. Not a very wide selection on the things I need most. Always out of what we need, no matter what time of the day or week we go in. Auto department can't even do a simple oil change without messing things up. Tried to make it our fault, which it wasn't. All I wanted was an apology for how we were treated. All the store manager said was, "I'm sorry you feel that way." That is not an apology and we have not shopped there now for over two months. We will NEVER shop at this Wal-Mart again after our horrific experience with the CSM named Ophelia V. In all my life I've never met someone in Customer service this rude and hateful. Anytime I've needed a csm they have generally been polite and friendly. Not Ophelia. She storms through the store ready to pounce and show her "authority" over the fearful cashiers. I have dealt with her rudeness on several occasions, but this last time was the last straw. When she approached, i politely asked for a different CSM. She got extremely hateful and rude as usual. After bickering back and forth with her about wanting a different CSM, she called me a filthy name in front of my children! I demanded to speak with the store manager, and Ophelia refused to get him or tell me his name. She finally said "you should just go to Wal Mart in Burleson from now on." And walked off. I was in this center last week and the county driven transit for Sr. citizens dropped off several riders. One was an elderly lady who was in a wheelchair and wore a catheter. She was dropped off at the door with no other assistance. She was unable to transfer herself from the chair to the motorized shopping cart. Helpless. Three of the employees were trying without luck to assist her. She was heavy set and it was not easy. They attended to her with great care and dignity even to the point of taking her list and pushing her in the wheelchair to do her shopping. This was beyond the realms of their job description. I was impressed not only with their concerns for this lady but for the store as a whole. Job well done! read more
