I had a couple questions about some sausage he has and allergens for someone in the family and was able to answer everything for me. Plus he had beef bacon, where I'm from it's hard to find. With delivery and tip, I paid almost $45 for two brisket sandwiches. I am sorry to report I was more than disappointed. 1) I got a chopped beef sandwich full of fat and what I think was gristle whereas I expected sliced brisket on a bun. 2) When ordered I selected delivery at 11:45 am. Delivery was closer to 12:30 pm. 3) the sandwiches were not freshly made. Obviously been made hours or days ahead. The pickles and onions I ordered on the sandwiches were limp and tasteless. So nasty that in the end I pulled just the meat off the buns, scraped off the pickles and onions and just ate the meat.
