I had to stop into this walmart for a late night pick up of a few groceries. I thought that since I was going at an odd hour of the night to pick a few things out that I would be in and out pretty quickly. I was wrong. The lines for the registers were longer than I've seen them during busy times during the day. There was only two registers open, in what I thought was considered a 'super' walmart. I also wasn't the only person who seemed annoyed by this. The lines were moving, but at a snail's pace. I went about my shopping and hoped that by the time I was finished and reached the registers to check out that the slow down would have been cleared out and I could pay and be on my way. After tossing in my last few items into my cart I approached the front of the store only to see the same two lines stretching out of the registers. I won't bore you with the rest of the details about waiting in a line just to pay for my groceries, but clearly this store needs to hire more employees for the night shift. Everything else about the walmart is great though, clean store, fully stocked shelves. But please walmart, hire more staff to work the registers at night. read more

WALMART REGAL NAILS )report So I walk in I'm to sign personal information so as I'm stuck in the store they can call me when my spot is finally ready at last !!!!! I clearly said " just petite " and they sat me down in the manie area ( which they have wood Butox killing chairs) anyway and I thought,Okay this must be their prosess but she started painting my nails instead!!!! Then I told her kindly ( her name is rose btw) the mistake and she sat me down ,on a massage chair .i went to go press the controls, and she said it didn't work at all!!! I love this Walmart! Not only is it huge and have a wonderful selection of all things possible but the staff is phenomenal. You can find every day general merchandise and electronics as well as fresh produce and other food items. They also have a great clearance section and several aisles of arts and crafts supplies. Their selection of items is overwhelming and can have you consumed for days. It is worth the drive out there for me if conducting big DIY project. read more

I truly wish I could give the staff negative stars. I was shopping at this overly packed store at midnight. There were a lot of employees everywhere stocking shelves. There was also an incredibly loud non-stop beeping sound on the pharmacy side of the store. I asked 4 different employees if they were going to turn it off. They looked at me and said it was some sort of chair(?) that had a low battery. Maybe it was one of those motorized carts? They all just looked at me then went back to work without explaining why no one would deal with it. I gave ip after spending 30 minutes to find some medical supplies, none of which they had nor were they restocking. They were items that should have been in stock but that's another puzzled post. I decided I would give it one last try and told my cashier. She said the same thing the others had but finished with "it's alright" I told her it would bother some customers and she just stared at me. I understand it may not be the greatest place to work but when did common sense and caring about helping a customer disappear? Luckily I am from out of town and won't need to go back. To be fair there are probably a ton of amazing people that work there, I may have found the 5 that weren't. read more

WOW! What a difference in his store. Over he past 3 to 4 months I have seen a definite difference in the associate's smiling and saying "hello can I help you?". In addition, there are more checkouts open with associates who interact with the customer. I am sure there is new management in charge! If you are reading this, go back to Walmart on John's Lake Road. Doug Fellers a loyal Walmart shopper who was paying more at Publix, because of the past standards and conditions. Not any more!! It's back to Walmart....lower prices AND a great experience!!!! read more

I think the selection here is above average. However, I have had such horrible luck with the clerks. No one is ever around to help answer questions in the aisles, but last night several male workers were congregating in the toy section w the only young female employee in the store. The check out process is arduous and too insufferable. read more

I do my best to avoid this store. The employees are of no help. Half don't understand english . The lines are always ridiculously long. Most of the shoppers are rude and non english speaking. There is no excuse me or anything like that.Just stop in an isle with your whole family and a cart and talk on your phone. Then make faces when other shoppers cant get by. I shop at Target when possible. A little more money but worth it. Better store. Better class of people. read more

Let me tell you, I hate Walmart. I try to avoid going to any Walmart location at all costs. But this location may change my mind about how I consider all Walmarts. There is another store closer to me than this one but I honestly think if I have to go to a Walmart, I would rather go to this one. We were in the area and had to pick up a few items which was why we stopped here instead of the one closer to our house. First thing I noticed was how clean and well put together the store was. A carpet was placed in the entry with all of the Easter lilies displayed on it. The lines weren't outrageously long with only two lanes open and all the tourists were missing! Talk about refreshing! You weren't maneuvering around tourists or getting angry because people have just stopped in the middle of the aisle with no regard for anyone else in the store or people that leave their cart in the middle of the aisle and walk away. There was hardly anyone in the store and because of this I ended up buying way more than I intended to. Probably the best part of the whole visit was meeting Richard in electronics. Unlike most of your common Walmart workers who are cranky and causing you more aggravation than you expected, Richard was incredibly kind and funny. He talked to my husband and I for a few minutes while checking us out. He scanned all of our items not just the one thing we needed in electronics, not to mention he even let me shop a little while longer and convinced my husband to let me buy whatever I wanted. He definitely changed the opinion I had formed that all Walmarts are the same. This one is different from the rest or at least the one closest to me. If I have to go to a Walmart, I'll travel a little farther from home to go to this one. read more

I ordered a vacuum on line from this store. After receiving an email with the time for my pick up, I went to the store. The line for this service was very long with two people helping customers. No one had record of my order-the workers cannot look for orders on a computer- they're forced to use a small screen phone to scan hundreds of orders. They attempted to call & verify my order- only to reach a non person line- the phone was placed on counter for 35 min- no reply. My order was NEVER pulled. I took the LAST vacuum off the shelf & returned to the CS counter to have original order cancelled & pay at reg ck out. Was told the WALMART site that customers order from for pick up is actually a third party company- not a Walmart Co.-so these orders are OUTSOURCED? Per agent: if you purchase vacuum here you will be double chgd. No way to just cancel. A credit on my cr card was done 24 hrs later. WALMART the outsourcing co you use is ruining your reputation of good customer service. You can do better. Hire more people & give them the tools the job requires. Will not order on line again. read more

I love the store. But there is a lady in the jewelry department who is just absolutely rude if u disagree with her.

pharmacy has the worst customer service ever. they answered my phone call and left me on hold for 50 minutes and when finally got back to the phoone, the pharmacist arrongantly told that they went on break. my question to anyone reading this is why should anyone put someone on phone hold and went on break. my rating of them with this type of act is minus zero read more

Walmart in Clermont, Johns Lake Rd.....is no longer the customer friendly store it was meant to be by Sam Walton. The food prices are higher than most stores, especially produce, the employees do seem to be miserable..... including the managers. Their "uniforms" are washed out, sloppy and drab looking. The best think about this store is it is "super" in size only. Some of those cashiers, etc. are lucky to even be hired by walmart...they must have some hidden talent that is not obvious to the customers. Walmart you should be ashamed to tolerate the appearance as well as the attitude of most of the employees!!!!!! read more

During the day, it's alright. Miserable and unhelpful employees. At night, these old ladies are horrible. I kmow they've been there for years, but they have such bad humor! There's a lady who grunts and groans and stomps away when she needs to do a price check. Either pay these employees more or give them a refresher course on customer service. read more

Checkout is miserable. Used to do all my grocery shopping to save a few bucks but not worth the hassle and long lines at the register. 30 checkout lanes and two open. Very poor managed. Rather go to Publix and pay a few more dollars and save the hassle. read more

Got my tire fixed in a flash, price was a little high, but glad to get the dummy off, only thing though they could have cleaned and shined my tire when they put it on.... read more
