I just want to say. I went to this location on July 1rst and I was paying with a digital card. I went to pay out and I messed up something so the very sweet lady whose name was Brenda came over and helped me, she was the only person helping with self check out and it was pretty bust but she was so patient and very helpful. I've been to a couple hundred Walmarts https://www.yelp.com/collection/iEN80LJSkej5A7UvndopUw and this one was OK. - The parking lot was tidy though there were carts in the corrals needing to be brought back. - There was no greeter at my entrance door. - Restroom at the front was mostly clean. - The items I wanted were in stock. - The few open checkout lanes with associates were busy, so I ended up using the self-checkout. - The greeter was back at the door and wished me a good day. Ok , I've tried to just accept this store for what it is but I have to say the staff are great good front service and others . But the quality of their merchandise is ridiculous, home goods , garden , sports and recreation, hardware tools , electronics, kitchen appliances, and food . These are all departments that I have had issues with product quality most of which I have returned the item or exchanged but the food is a big issue , I buy produce and have to throw away half of it in less than a week freezer section totally shut down when reopened increase was just a bucket of cream, milk not making expiration date meat with Grey dry spots chicken goes bad quick bags are swollen, gv bread turns very soggy after a few days and they have a clearance isle like down south except theirs is more of a discount than clearance, 10 cents off is hardly tempting and the list could go on. I think if prices are going to go up some more than 100% we should get better quality and variety of food and products . Look at your recipes because several items will ring up higher do to the constant price increases and try to track your waste it adds up every month . read more

I shop at Walmart all over South Florida and around Lake O. The employees at the Clewiston walmart are very rude. When you ask an employee where an item is located in the store and they point to another walmart employee so you approach that employee who points to another employee. These employees are lacking training in customer service. I refuse to shop at this walmart. I drive over towards the East Coast to go to Walmart. Walmart management needs to visit this store, I am positive you would be appalled at the lack of knowledge from the employees not to mention I seen a male employee smack a female employee on the ass! This Wal-Mart was neat and clean and way better than many of the Wal-Mart's we have visited. Whenever we are in an area we always check out the Wal-Mart's to people watch. It's usually pretty interesting. read more

Very helpful nice greeters. Supplies of food & groceries pretty good. So, a fair start. BUT --Checkout not great -- had cold foods getting warmer while lady clerk was clearing out the money drawer. Long wait. Check out guy seemed clueless. Another (lady) clerk stood TOO close to us as we checked out, drinking her water --think PANDEMIC lady? Then she coughed. Really? After spending a week trying to get my new insurance to work with two different pharmacies, I had a pharmacy technician at this store go above and beyond to straighten it out. After numerous phone calls on our part and by the technician I was able to get my shingles shot the same day. Much appreciated. read more

Way too many lazy people at this location. They leave the carts all over the parking lot and refuse to put them where they belong. I would suggest charging them to use the carts then refund them if they return it to the proper location. Employees are fine as I have never had any issues. Store is clean and organized. read more

The store doesn't have much anymore like 10 years ago. Today I was not having the greatest of days and I needed to grab a few things, and one of the employees working the cashier gave me a ugly attitude all because of a grocery divider that I could not see, the employee continue to give me this attitude throughout the checkout. I went to do self check out everything went well until I have gotten some item from the clearance and the machine wouldn't scan them. What i dislike is not the machine it's the employees they are so rude and nasty and don't care whose around to be so ignorant and don't know how to act and greet the customers. The cashier (RAQUEL) for self checkout can't keep her comments to herself and her disgraceful attitude. She was complaining about how my item wouldn't scan and left me there waiting to attend some else when I was there first. So this Walmart really need to step up on showing and teaching there employees how to behave and how to do the customer service better. read more

I bought some ribs and they were not marked in price. This seems to happen very often in this store. The cashier was extremely rude and said she could not do a price check on the item and I had to do it myself, which meant having to do a very long line again. I was forced to do the line again and go find one with the price. I did not like nor appreciate the complete lack of care for their customers. read more

Srry had to put 5 wanted to b seen. Never have stuff u need there. Also if u buy food watch out for there old potatoes not only do the 2 inch roots shw but the ones u grab sqush in ur hand u can imagine lots of sanitizer. The best for me at the moment they do not carry any of there brand bck cream except arthrits one day n pain relief it only works a tease the best was muscle releif,the money i spent alone thought it should have been enough to keep, but they desided to remove a whole section cuz it looked shorter and they had plenty of room for all before. Never had that problem with them. Just there clothes item for big boobed girl or fat ones too, the shirts n them lieing about small bottoms and selling socks that fall apart, make u itch, and as u put it on ur finger goes threw it, the funny thing it was they were fruit of the loom. Imagine that they have dollar store socks in there store..becareful wat u buy as u can see from veggies to clothes wat are they good for besides the only place in town to buy stuff. Need new supervisors or the bigger person there. Obviously they dnt see how the whole county depends on them. They could give us fresh food and desent clothes can u imagine how much more money they would make. GOD i miss my old Walmart.... read more
