Lizzy was very rude and very unprofessional when speaking to a customer asking a question.

Went here to do a little shopping. The first thing that I see is that the restroom is cleaner than most Wal Marts. Next is the store is organized and well stocked compared to others in the area. Customer service could be a little better. The team members do not smile much. The team members at the pickup area are not ever happy. I came in here one time while on a road trip. We stopped to *Use The Restroom *Get Some Food (From The Deli) *Pick Up Some Snacks * Get Me A Pair Of Black Shorts As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very mice employee. Then we went to the bathroom. One word... D I S C U S T I N G ! ! ! There was toliet paper All over the bathroom, it smelled HORRIBLE and there was trash everywhere. It also smelled like cigars and the toliet kids weren't cleaned. After the bathroom tragedy, we made our way to the clothing. Got my shorts, no issue there. Next we went to the chips section. Got my bag of takis and my candy bar. No issue there. Then we went to the deli to grab some lunch. The employee seemed like she didn't care AT ALL. We ordered 6 chicken wings and a pound of potato wedges. We got our bags of food, payed and headed out. The bag of potatoes felt pretty light, so I open it to find 4 potatoes wedges. In the chicken wing bag there was only 2 wings. Keep in mind they had more than enough of what we ordered. They charged us for a pound of potato wedges and 6 chicken wings. I want to record an "atta boy" for Amanda, customer service mgr at the Commerce Walmart. She exceeded expectations and worked hard to help on an issue. Thanks, Amanda! I bought a cell phone at the Walmart in March. May, it stopped working right. To get tech support the user has to have the receipt. Guess what -- in move from college to home the receipt got lost. Ooops. Amanda took date and amount from transaction, and searched every register in the store looking for a matching receipt. Even after getting the wrong credit card number, she was able to make a match, print the receipt, and send a copy by fax. YAY! So now I can log into customer tech support and see about fixing my phone. It may or may not work -- separate issue. But the Commerce WalMart did everything they could to make it right. last week, i tried to pick up an item I order from walmart.com. there was no body on the desk from walmart.com service so i requested to see an associate by pressing the screen as instructed. then I had waited more than half an hour. finally, i made a phone call to that store telling them I was at walmart.com service counter while i was at the store. so ironnic. horrible store experience. read more
