I visited your store located in Greenville , this is my first time visiting this store but ross is usually my go-to place for my shopping needs. However, my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated with the behavior of the store manager and made me want to take my money elsewhere in general. On March 2nd, I was shopping at your store when I encountered the store manager, who was extremely rude and unprofessional in her approach towards me. I would give this store zero stars if I could !I went into a dressing room and left my car keys in my shopping cart while I was trying on select items. when I came out the cart was gone and I asked the store manager for help but she said the cameras showed nothing and she could not assist me in looking for it or making an announcement that they were lost . Not only did she refuse to help me with my queries, but she also went on to ignore me and engage in conversations with her co-workers instead. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but also unacceptable, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Furthermore, when I tried to escalate the issue with her , she showed no interest and continued to be dismissive of my concerns. I believe that this kind of behavior from a store manager is intolerable and sends a wrong message to customers who are loyal to your brand. As a customer, I expect nothing but the utmost professionalism and courteousness from your staff, and especially from the store manager. However, this experience has left me questioning whether I should continue to shop at your store. I sincerely hope that you will take action against the store manager and ensure that all your employees are trained to provide excellent customer service. Looking forward to a prompt resolution.

Any good comes to a harsh end right there. The young-ish girl behind the counter could possibly be excused for her awkward combination of timidity and holier-than-thou attitude. The place has a RIDICULOUS return policy! Seven days after purchase PERIOD. No exchanges or store credit even. My little grandmother got a purse for Christmas that couldn't have been less of her style. I questioned the girl about the policy since it was a gift and the dumb seven day policy was a little out of her control. She called her manager who came over from another store in the strip. I don't know about you, but nothing raises my ire quicker than being talked down to. If you add in calling me "dear" or "hon" when you're a) younger than me and b) being worse than snide and condescending just skip Halo. I don't mind paying a little extra in a "boutique" setting because it usually includes extra care and better service. You'll get none of that there. It's absolutely buyer beware!
