Call in to get a refill its says it will be ready after 4pm. Go in at 4:45 and its not ready. Several times I've been told they have to order my prescriptions so I end up waiting longer. One particular one insurance want me to use something different so that took a few days. When I saw that Walmart had already charged my insurance for what insurance would except I went in to get it and told they had to order it. Pharmacist told the no they could give me a couple days and they would order the rest. Seriously... One particular female pharmacist really needs to keep her negative comments to herself. A comment she made to me was by no means encouraging. I'm done with this place. I will find a different pharmacy to work with, they are just as bad as some of the doctors at Scott and White in Temple. She usually stands by the self check out area (from the grocery side.)It's not the first time she was rude to me but she also did it one time when me and my mom was there also. So Out of all the people that was in the self check out area she came up to me and said i have to pay for my items. Very disappointed with how this Walmart location handled a situation I was in with a cashier. Her name is KIM and is older with longer grey hair, and wears glasses. I was there with my two YOUNG kids a few weeks ago, and she got very heated because I left two bags behind, and she had to remind me / went after me so I didn't leave them - which I was greatful for and said thank you both times. Mind you I could tell she was annoyed from the very start, I felt very negative cold energy from her from the moment I encountered her. She did not smile, did not ask how my day was, and she just seemed over all very annoyed. To be honest the only thing that I was able to think about is this girl is either racist, or is completely judging me because I was using WIC. Anyways - the second time I was almost out the door she says "IT'S NOT MY JOB TO REMIND YOU ABOUT YOUR BAGS". I then said thank you for your kindness, and almost left, but decided I should have never been treated like this, and wanted to make sure managment knew because I was sure I would not be the last person she would treat like this. Very disappointed in Walmart Copperas Cove cancellation and refund process. Placed a large order on Tuesday Nov. 25 at 2.30 pm for a same day delivery. The order came to over $375.00. As of 6:30 pm, their automated response could only show "delayed". I called WM and they couldn't guarantee I when it would get delivered. Called WM corporate and they suggested canceling the order which I did. We went shopping at 8:30 pm to get what was needed. Problem? When anyone places an order for delivery, WM automatically places a hold on your card or bank card. But if you need to cancel, especially when they are at fault, it "can take up to 7 days". Kind of confusing about the delay since financial transactions are processed immediately and magically through cyber space and time. Except when they have to refund. read more

I decided to write a review. Mind, it's been two years since I've darkened the doors of Walmart. Went in with a friend who insisted on going in. I didn't think it could get worse but it really has. The floors are once again black with dirt. Still zero customer service. Walmart is still apparently telling its employees to not conversate or be polite with customers. The store smells. Walmart cuts off the roaming lights so much so often for so long I can't see a thing which is probably so we don't freak out over the filth. The door Nazis were still present I noticed. The newest thing-Walmart apparently wants you the customer to pay to check yourself out when you're not even an employee! What a joke. I noticed Walmart is still playing the location and price game too. I located the same exact item in three different locations within the store and all three had different prices. I also noticed that Walmart still isn't enforcing a dress code as people of Walmart and apparently of Copperas Cove were in full force in pajamas, slippers, as well as clothes so minimal there was no guessing and clothing so tight it was sickening. Mind this wasn't just the customer base that looked like this but the staff as well. I wasn't certain if the one staff member was a part time hooker or not with the way she had herself on display. By the way Walmart, I would also suggest that you give your employees a hygiene course because wow, the body odor made me gag at checkout. By far the best online delivery service I have received from a Walmart. I live in Killeen, placed my order yesterday for delivery today. It came to me bagged with care, then the delivery driver placed it carefully at my door. Whoever bagged my items did a fantastic job. My deliver driver got a bigger tip it was $10 I changed it to $15 never tipped that high. So thank you to the person that bagged my items and my delivery driver. They had me sit for two hours just to be told that my tire rotation could not be completed because apparently I need two new tires. I wish I was told that the service couldn't be done before I sat outside in the heat just to be told with an attitude that nothing could be done. I attempted to make a return of a large/heavy item. After unloading it from my car I went in to find that the service/return desk didn't open for another hour. No where are alternate service desk hours posted (on-line, in front of the store or are the return desk itself). No one was able or willing to assist and I obviously left a little frustrated to make my return at a later time. The greeter was extremely apologetic, which I appreciated, given that it wasn't anything she could readily fix. The store needs to do a better job communicating. read more

Not only has Walmart completely killed small and local businesses around the country....but this one in particular really blows. While on some things they may have lower prices, I still find myself having to buy most of my non food items online. As for food...well, we make do with what is available. When you live in an area with no shopping variety, there isn't much you can do....and this Walmart knows it. Not once have they had enough check out lines open, and not once has the store been remotely clean. Their bathrooms are deplorable....words can't describe how gross they are. I have moved around a lot...and have shopped at Walmarts all over the country. The employees at this one are particularly poor. They are poorly trained, have zero customer service skills, and all in all, do NOT know how to do their jobs. Updating... because things have been worse the past year. Not so bad as to drop it down to a 1 star as it's a good standard Walmart, but the checkout line issue is just terrible. During slow hours when I am there the wait in line is usually at least 8 people. During busy hours I have been in lines that were more than 25-30... where they had maybe 6 lines open. I mean, the lines stretched back from the check-out, across the wide walkway, and into the product sections behind. I make sure I take my phone with me so I'll have something to do while I wait, because you never know just how bad it'll be. Once a month or two I get lucky and only have to wait behind a normal line of 4 or so customers... but yeah, that's rare. read more

Of the Wal-Marts in the greater Fort Hood area, this is one of the better ones. The employees are generally helpful and the store is normally in a better condition than most other Wal-Marts. One positive thing about this location is that it is in a good area and you don't feel unsafe leaving your vehicle in the parking lot. The attached gas station also generally has lower fuel prices than other nearby gas stations. This location gets 4/5 stars because it generally gets things right but still has some of the basic issues all Wal-Marts have. read more

Went to this WalMart last night. One of the items I wanted to buy was tomatoes. There were absolutely no tomatoes in any bin. What's with that? They typically have only 2 or 3 registers open which makes for long check out times. The self scan check out isle machines are always turned off. Finding an associate for help in several of the departments is tedious, at best. I have stopped using this store for groceries, altogether. The HEB Plus store a couple blocks away puts this store to shame. Lots of checkers, plenty of help when needed, stocked well, better prices, and they even have baggers!! read more

It hurt me to Even put one star. My son-in-law and my daughter bought aTV today from this Walmart store. After they brought it home they realized that something was not right with this TV. Not only did it not have feet it did not have a remote control. So they took it back. They were told that this TV was not the same TV on the Box so it could not be returned. First I asked an employee in the very section I should have found a baster and he was clueless, but thankfully another customer found one and chased me down to give it to me, then as it had no tag when I asked the self-checkout "helper" on Wednesday the 25th around 3-4pm she immediately age-shamed me, by saying I should have the app and know all of this better than her, an employee, said I was probably taught it in school because of my age and even after she finally did her job she continued to go up to my husband and I and dumped out her purse about how she had terribly ungrateful kids who were either doomed to burn in hell or suffer the same disrespect she felt. Went to get a hair cut at the Copperas Cove, TX Wal-mart barber shop/beauty salon and was given attitude from one of barbers by their counter who was cutting hair. She ignored me and my wife who were standing almost within arms reach for almost 5 min. When she finally acknowledge our existence, she said WE had a bad attitude! I have been really disappointed with this store. EVERY time I go in here my experience gets worse. The store itself is fairly clean but the bathrooms never are clean. I would rather go to HEB plus the next store, because sometimes when I have gone in there other totally blind individual, I've had to wait 20 to 30 minutes for customer assistance just to help me shop for food. There are the most shopping cart returns there than any Walmart I have ever been to. We had a problem with one of the items not scanning the right price at the self check out. The cashier asked us to go back and take the picture for the correct price of the item for her. Came back, she took the phone to look at the price and tried to adjust it, but in the process she dropped the phone on the floor. She didn't even apologize or say sorry for dropping the phone, but instead she simply stated, "Thanks goodness for the case." Wow! Thanks goodness that the phone's screen did not crack! This Walmart has really fallen down hill. In order to make space for the McDonald's, they no longer carry some merchandise I usually buy (2 whole aisle of freezers for frozen meal were gone).
