[REVIEW # 2,000! :D] I'm pretty familiar with Sam's given we have one pretty close to home. So, being here and the need came up, it was a good thing it was conveniently on our way home. (It was sorta a last minute calling-and-audible thing in the car.) It was pretty crowded on a weekday afternoon, but we got lucky with parking. (Right up front!) We needed to get a few things for dinner (we were currently a dozen peeps packed in Big Bro's house for a few days) so bulk was the way to go. We found everything we needed, and with the scan and go option, checking out was at ease. We couldn't leave without making a stop at the café. Mom had her usual hotdog and drink combo, and I had my pizza and drink combo. What a bargain: less than $5 to feed us both! And it's not like they're snack sizes: they were meal sizes! FUNNY FACT: I finally found something smaller in Texas vs California. I was surprised as I expected it to be much bigger compared to the Sam's I normally go to. Great run! Good to know they're here. I am disable and can not make it to the store. I need answers to help me order my groceries. I have called 7 times no one answers and I am on hold for over 15 min. then hung up on. I was visiting Killeen with my dad this past weekend (rainy weekend) and my dad encountered a hidden pothole while leaving a parking lot that was covered with rainwater. The impact dented the wheel and all air was immediately lost in the tire. After replacing the wheel with the spare, we noticed immediately that the spare was also flat and needed air. We went to the Tire and Automotive part of Sam's Club where the technicians assisted my dad with remounting the tire on the spare wheel so that it could properly be inflated, as well as giving helpful directions to a nearby auto salvage yard to get an affordable wheel so that we could safely return to Houston later that day. We managed to get the wheel fixed at Texas Tires Killen a few hours later. read more

I was going for pokemon cards overnight! I waited till 8 am the store opens and I'm about to get some of them. Then a worker tells me I don't have a ticket and wait if they might have leftovers. I said okay that fine ill line up with the people that didn't get a ticket. Then it's my turn and I want to buy some and a bald manager rude asl comes up to me and tells me your household got some even though I had 2 memberships for DIFFERENT households. I told him that it was a different household, and he said I had to get out the store because my household got some. I told him that I didn't want to, and they told me before to line up for leftovers and there was some left. Rude manager and his workers are scalpers. I walk out and some worker trying to sell me the same stuff for double the price. I can't with those people now my cousins aren't getting nothing because those scalper workers! Also to make everything Worst I wanted to take off an adult off the membership and i told her a certain name and she take it out and then she rips my aunts/the other household's card. Now my aunt has to make a card because the workers cant do a simple task. Waited all that time to get nothing and to deal with scalpers and stupid people. read more

When we came to Killeen, my Mom wanted me to sign up here at Sams Club. We have Costco Memberships and Sams Club was a brand new thing for us. We signed up because there is no costco anwhere in town. Got their membership and started shopping. You pay your membership fee and you can get started. I also returned months later and purchased a computer. I got it because the computer we have is now old. Im happy with that purchase. I was able to get a warranty and so far so good it has been a wise purchase. I was able to do the things I needed to do when it comes to working for stuff online. I like that I can buy things in big batches. Its easy to get here and I can find anything I want. read more

I'm happy to return to the area to see there's a Sam's here and I don't need to go to Temple. I haven't gone while it's been crowded and it could be that what's crowded to others isn't crowded to me. I use the app for check out which is extremely helpful. I just scan as I go. Never a mess, the employees are nice and helpful and the meat is great. What I can't find at a butcher I can find here. I come here often and barely go to HEB or Walmart. I live in Cove this time around but it's way better than driving to Temple. read more

I've had more good experiences than bad. I normally do the pick-up, and only once did it take an extremely long time for my items to come out. Other than that, the process takes less than 10 min. I do like that they have a fuel station here, which of course gets crowded and people are not always considerate of those in line. I called 5 times they don't answer they forgot my toilet paper when it came to a pick up order. I just realized it when I got home. Now I have to drive 30 minutes to just to go over there and make a complaint about the no answer to there phone call. The call rings for 3 minutes then disconnects saying call failed. read more

I love Sam's! My favorite part is how quick we can checkout without waiting in a line!!! Sam's has this very up to date approach on how they do everything when I comes to membership (instant access when you sign up, membership card is within the app!), purchases, ordering online and and even giving you the ability to scan as you grab and checkout on your phone when you're complete! When you checkout out, they scan the QR Code your purchase produces and then BAM! You are good to go. No long line wait in Sam's! They even have a wonderful assortment of beverages: drink protein drinks, to electrolyte water, and even juice for the kiddos! Also, gas here is affordable! I've been a very long time member of Sam's and I like this one. I don't really know where everything is just yet, still learning the inside of it but there is definitely more products/merchandise here than the one I grew up going to which is understandable because we are in the states and I'm sure there's just much more they can get their hands on versus what can be shipped to the one back home in Hawai'i. I will say that the Food Court part is pretty quick with their service. I love the self check out lane when it's time for me to scan my items. Haven't really gone here enough to get a better picture of the stores aisles and locations of the produce and all that but when I do I'll give a better review/update. read more

Great membership warehouse club offering a variety of products from groceries, electronics, office supplies and tires. While visiting today I noticed several workers actively restocking shelves. They were friendly and offered help along with a "good morning " greeting. I enjoy shopping at Sam's for snack supplies for our church ministries. I always find other items for myself that I didn't know I needed. :) They also have a bakery that smells amazing! Birthday cakes, cupcakes, premade dinners, fresh produce, cheeses, breads....... It's the perfect place to shop for your home, business and any event you are hosting. This Sam's is located next to the Seton medical building and hospital. After an appointment, you can come to Sam's to pick up your prescription and pick up tonight's dinner. And on your way out of the parking lot, fill up with gas at the Sam's pumps. Their gas is cheaper than other stations. My Sam's membership is completely worth it. And a big shout out to Rochelle who was working the cash register this morning! Very careless curbside pick up. First time I received rotten kiwis. I was told I would have to go inside the club to get a refund. Unfortunately, there's a baby formula shortage going on now May 16, 2022; however, Sam's Club did not disappoint. They had quite a few cases of formula which my son purchased. Sam's Club is clean and very well organized. The staff is friendly and very quick to assist. read more

The Sam's Club in Texas is like the Same's Club in Chicago. I don't know why I thought there was going to be a unicorn walking across the aisles because I was in Texas. This was a very nice location and they had a lot of books and magazines on sale here. I am always fascinated by everything that is sold at Sam's Club and that you can get it in bulk, but hey that's just me. They also had a nice wine selection as well as hard liquor and beer. I didn't buy any of it but I did walk through the selection and they had a slightly lower price then the store on some items. I kind of got separated from everyone because I was tasting different foods around the store. You can get full if you come on the right day. I don't need to buy food in Bulk anymore but if I did I would have a membership to Sam's Club because it is a good store and this location in Texas was great. As always folks... Enjoy!!! read more

Ordered a ALL veggie pizza from their Deli. Got home and it was covered with nasty sausages. Took it back to a very nice CSR who also gave me a $10.00 credit on top of a refund. I've been going to this Sams store for 5 years. My husband and I got a buy one get one phone at their AT&T booth. I still have not received credit for my phone. This review is purely for tires - worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called when they opened to ask about replacing a flat. Was told they had my size tires in stock. When I dropped my car off they asked again the year make and model of the car and said they'd page when they were done. I was never paged, and when I came back an hour later to check, I was told my tire had been repaired. Walked out to my car and my spare was still on. After going back inside I was very rudely told my tire isn't fixable (which I knew already) and they wouldn't be doing anything about it because they don't have tires for me. I love this place! I shop at Sam's every month and i do visit like 2 or 3 times a month. But, this month it's my first. There's so many things to see and they do have great prices. You have to look for the instant savings which they every month. This place is great for bulk stuff, but i do love coming here just to buy the rotisserie chicken, which is awesome!!!! It's super moist and juicy! And it last for days for me...I can spend over two hours just looking around. You also have to love their food court. Their pizza is super good! And the price is right! Customer service really sucks and there's a total lack of concern by management. Often end up here at noon like others on their lunch hour, for quick in and out shopping. They consistently keep one cash checkout line open, even though the store manager said they're supposed to keep two open. Wednesday, I was behind a woman with a full cart and it was a total goat rope. I just left my two items on an adjacent checkout belt and walked out. Fortunately, it's rumored a Costco is coming to Kileen. If true, they should give terrible Sam's a run for their money!! read more

Came to Sam's Harker Heights to order my prescription sunglasses. My wife came with me and ordered contacts. Sam's has always been one of my favorite stores to visit and shop. Today I was called that my glasses were ready. I live in another town so 20 + miles to drive one way. I got here and my glasses were in the wrong frame. STAY AWAY FROM TIRE DEPARTMENT!!! They are thieves because they make you buy things you do not need, and do not provide services you pay for. Don't believe them when they tell you that you need a new battery, a new tire, or new wipers, verify with someone independently, these people will lie to your face. Twice workers refuse to perform flat repair service, make up false rules while compelling to buy new tires from them. In a span of one month I came to repair punctures. The first time the puncture was, in their opinion, not in a right place, and they tired to sell me one prorated tire, and one new tire because "it is bad for alignment not to change two tires at once." That same day I drove to Sam's in Temple and they fixed it no questions asked. Three weeks later the same tire got a nail again, this time smack in the middle, BUT they refused to fix it because the previous fix was not done in their(!) shop. Here was their statement "because you fixed the tire not with us - you voided the warranty with us, so we are not going to fix it. But we will sell you a new tire at a prorated rate." So, fixing it under warranty was not possible, but buying a new tire under prorated warranty price was ok!!! I said that I was to going to pay $100 dollars for a $6 dollar patch job because both tires are still good, and asked to talk to a manager. She only backed her workers, and they would not put on my paper work that they are refusing to perform service due to warranty violation by me. They kept dropping the price for one tire, but not for two, because now they said I did not need two tires, the alignment in new cars works differently. I told them that the second fix a flat does not even fall under warranty rules, but simply under the membership "fix the flat" service provided to all customers "regardless of where the tire was purchased." They still refused. That same day I drop to Sam's in Temple -- and they fixed it no questions asked. read more

We understand good help is hard to find, but the help you have at your 'food court' is beyond redemption. Add to that the rudeness of the people standing in line behind you and you have a perfect storm brewing for receiving the wrong things you ordered. Ordered a pretzel NO SALT, twuce this was repeated to the guy fixing the pretzel. I got TONS of salt and the pretzel was hard as a rock. Time before that, ordered deluxe pizza (which they didn't have), asked if they'd make one and was told no. Either you hire the laziest people in the county, or they are just plain stupid. They certainly don't seem grateful to have a job. Quite the opposite. Your fruit is always really bad, you're always out of the most important items and now, with Covid running amok, your hours are not condusive to people's work schedules. Remember, the ONLY thing you have to offer IS customer service. It will make or break you. I'd give anything for a Costco being closer. read more
