Absolutely ridiculous!!!! I ordered about $125 worth of stuff on Black Friday and 12 of my items they wouldn't ship. So we had to come to the store and pick it up. First we waited in a line of cars for 45 minutes just to get into one of 20 parking spots they have set aside. Now we have been sitting here in the parking spot for an hour and a half and still don't have our stuff! I will never ever ever ever ever buy stuff that has to be picked up from Walmart EVER again! Automotive Dept. should be closed at this particular shop at the Walmart Supercenter, it's difficult to identify who works there and who are just visiting so many people visiting and chatting with each other outside of the bay doors. Uniform tops I think should be mandatory, preferably with employee's name. I called first to see if I needed an appointment to have a slow leak repaired. I was told by the employee (female) that she did not have any one scheduled and if I could get there pretty quick that someone could look at it. I arrive 10 minutes later, and a male employee tells me that it would be a long wait. A fellow pulls up with his filthy lyrics blasting, gets out of his car which had a Florida plate, comes over and daps the employee checking me in up. His car was there when I left. Honestly, I have noticed employee problems at this store each time I come here for tire rotations. Those in back either or complaining to the people who schedule their work or they are genuinely lazy. Things ran a bit smoother whenever the Red headed supervisor was there, but she has been MIA on my last three visits. I do not plan to go back to this automotive shop again. read more

You cannot purchase 3 ounces of over the counter cough medicine without an ID. After talking to the pharmacist the cough medicine is not a state controlled substance. The medicine can be found in the cold and cough section of the store. You can purchase the same exact medicine at other stores with no ID. This is a ridiculous policy that needs to be reviewed. read more

This Walmart Supercenter is located conveniently located just off Interstate 20 at Exit 93 in Covington, GA. It is not hard to see the signs from the interstate. My visit here was on July 26, 2019. This Walmart Supercenter is pretty much like all the others I have visited in various locations, both locally and out of town. The reason for stopping in was to to get some travel and a few other small items, as we were headed to MS at the time. Timing was good as it wasn't too busy at 10:30 am. Time was taken to look at clothing options too since this is an out of town store for me. Each area tends to have some different items, so it was worth at least taking a look. Finding items was not so much an issue as the layout was similar to other locations. There was some staff around stocking some of the aisles, but it had no effect for me. After finding the items needed and looked at for this stop, it was time to go to check out. Of course, like many other Walmart locations, they focus on the self checkouts by not having any regular registers open, so check out was through the self check out. Overall, based on my experience, this is just your average Walmart Supercenter. If you are looking for stuff, this is a place to look since they tend to have better prices most of the time. read more

We had an awful experience this fine thursday afternoon. I am so disappointed in the Walmart staff here at industrial blvd. We asked TWO employees to open up the fitting rooms because nobody was on duty. They said they would make the call so someone could help us so we went back and waited about 15 minutes until we just walked away. I went to get new tires today.I usually bring my car here with no problems, but things have changed. When I got there today they said they were closed for and hour for lunch so to come back at 2:10. I said ok, then she informed me there would be a very long wait on oil change because they had 2 cars ahead of me. I told her I didn't need and oil change. She said ok. So I left and came back. The lady working at that time(2:10) said they are not doing tire service at all today. So I asked when they do tire, she said I have no idea. Only when they get an employee to show up and she has no idea when that will be next week. She really did not care and just wanted me to leave. So I did. Well for starters, it was about 8:55pm on a Tuesday Night when I got here. The place looked closed. For real deal. The isles were packed with product boxes waiting to go on shelves. But the worst was... as always... the check out lines. Or should I say LINE (singular). They had one check out line open with a crap ton of people waiting. I'm currently standing Iine at the money services now. There are only 4 people in front of me and they have been working with the first customer since I've arrived which was has been 15 minutes already. I was harassed by assistant manager Bill today 10/29/22. While I was trying to decide on a pizza crust, Bill and I had a few words about how he can help and how that was all the pizza crust they had and I said okay and thanks. Bill seemed to be concerned that I would not put up the pizza crust I was looking at. Bill continued to stand and hover over me, even after I told him multiple times to please stop hovering over me and to leave me alone because I was uncomfortable. I let him know I was not moving or deciding on an item until he walked away from me. He refused to leave until I called my spouse on the phone and was explaining the situation and how uncomfortable I was. Then as I'm continuing to grab a few things to hurry and leave, I mentioned to my spouse that I should find his name (at the time I didn't have it) so I can report him to the manager for harassment since I asked him more than once to leave me alone and I guess he overheard me because Bill and Lisa, a team lead, were standing at the end cap of the aisle talking and Bill pointed to me saying that's her, I could hear him say something about harassment. So I walk by them to the next aisle, and Bill pokes his head down that aisle and I immediately broke out crying and started shaking because of how I was being treated by an ASSISTANT MANAGER! My mother notices how upset I am, and she wants to go find him and I plainly pointed out that he was just standing right there talking to Lisa, and I pointed at her. Lisa proceeds to jump into our conversation and says "don't put my name in your mouth! I don't know what you're talking about" (she put her own name in my mouth by running hers). So my mother and I proceed to tell her that we ain't got no problems with her, but that she was just standing there talking to Bill. So while we are walking away, Lisa proceeds to walk behind us very loudly saying "don't put my name in your mouth". Until finally I just left my buggy beside Lisa to put up all the groceries and I walked out. Both of them are very unprofessional and corporate has been notified and let me know that their behavior, especially Bill's, is NOT in the employee code of conduct and agreed that I was being harassed. read more

This is the cleanest Wal-Mart I've ever seen! Shelves are always stocked, neat and orderly. It's odd, if this store can do it, why can't the others? Also, this store is usually packed! People treat it like it's a shopping mall, but things are usually still in good order. I used self check out and I kid you not, the cashier over the area was so nice, she greeted everyone that walked into the area, and was super attentive to my questions. It was like I had walked into a Wal-Mart twighlight zone. Friendly staff, organized, and clean.... who knew! Oh and they have a clearance isle! I've seen some stores with it, and some without. It's even fun walking up to it because it's neatly decorated with a bright yellow arch and yellow baloons. This isn't even the Wal-Mart closest to my house, but its the one I prefer to patron. read more

Not only that but there is some amazing rule that they've come up with that if they think it's a professional photo I have to come up with the release. This 5 stars is for the guys at the tire center. Today, we had a tire emergency and we looked everywhere. Everyone was closed or wouldn't take us just for one tire (Pep Boys in Conyers). This tire center doesn't close until 7, an hour later than everywhere else. We came a little before closing time. And I'm sure it wasn't easy, but they got the job done right (and quick, too)! If I could give negative stars I would. Let's go thru the things wrong with just my last visit. 1) Why is it that there are never any electric carts available, and if they are, the things are always dead, regardless of the time of day? I got that answer when I decided to go to Walmart at midnight. The employees were racing the things. Guess that explains the carts that jerk so bad that if your backs not hurting when you go in, it will be when you come out. 2) Rude employees: I bought several cases of water. Thankful for the other customer who helped out by putting them in my cart, after an employee walked right by me. But then, as I was checking out, I asked the cashier if someone could follow me out and help me put them in my truck. The cashier said, "It's one in the morning, lady. We don't have anybody t help you. And whose gonna help you when you get home?" I let it go. She finished ringing me up and gave me my total. I said "You know what, I've changed my mind. On all of it. If you're going to continue working with the public, I suggest you change your attitude." As I was leaving, I heard her mutter the B word. I get it. I worked retail for several years. I live 30+ miles from this store but Our local Walmart was out of a product that I needed.So I made the drive, this store was a mess ! If I could give zero stars for the covington walmart pharmacy I would, too many times they have not had a prescrption and didnt call, I made the trip there just to stand in line forever to be told it would be in the next day. Good prices, good selection. Bakery is nice (a large loaf of french bread for $1, good cornbread muffins which they should have a lot more often!). Self-check out is usually pretty fast and unlike Kroger, they trust you to scan the coupon so you don't have to wait for assistance. My biggest complaint? The pharmacy is all the way across the store from the grocery, so if I want deodorant or toothpaste, I have to push the cart all the way across the store both coming and going. read more
