I went here after getting off work, about 20 min before they closed. I was greet right away... loved that! They have a plethora of jerky! It all looked amazing. They also make their own dry rub sauces as well as carry others. The best part is they carry locally grown produce and protein that is both freshly packaged and frozen. I was only there for a moment and that was the only time I was able to go, but I will definitely have to check out the local protein as the cuts looks wonderful. I ended up opt-ing for the Alabama white sauce instead because the heat level was better. There wasn't much smoke on the chicken...that would be my only "negative" feedback-maybe that's the point or maybe they are using electric smokers? Wings: Were lightly fried and lightly tossed in sauce of my choice, which was the mesquite bbq...zero complaints on the taste and consistency of the wings.
