Had an appointment set for tire installation a week in advance. I call to confirm the day of and am told to come in. I take off work to get the work done. I get there and they tell me they are out of weights so no can do. These tires just cost me half a day's work - so about anaother $400. Walmart is incompetent. read more

The selection of goods here is comparable to other Walmart Super-centers. But the experience is like nothing I have ever seen. Yes the employees were rude, but that was to be expected. The self checkout lines were endless though, and moved so slow that I wouldn't go here again unless I was doing some serious shopping. No way will I ever go here back for just a few items. The parking lot was crazy dangerous for pedestrians but what really confused me was when I was leaving from the store to find that employees would only let you leave after checking your receipt line item by line item Costco style. If I could do 0 stars, I would. I hate that something so simple, like batteries, has to be locked up. I began looking for an employee who didn't look too busy to open the cabinet so I began trying to ask a Girl working in the clothing department how I could get someone to open it. As I approached her and waved her down, she smiled and looked away and basically ran away from me??? Whatever not her department, next I asked a cashier who told me they don't have a key and to ask customer service. At this point I was kinda upset that it's so hard to get batteries but I went to customer service anyway where I was immediately yelled at by a rude employee who said Customer service is closed ! This Wal-Mart is closer to where I live. When I do come here there is always a line and some of the things I want are not in stock. I believe if you are a major corporation you should always have things in stock. Customer service is ok here. There is never an employee on the floor and if you do get one they either don't know what you are talking about or they don't know where the item is. Store is a little close to trashy. There are panhandles in the area as well so becareful. This location needs some major improvements. The cashiers here never speak to you I always have to speak to them first. I went to this Walmart because I needed the pharmacy. Man! Such unprofessionalism! First of all, they are incredibly inefficient and unprofessional. The pharmacist literally banked here stupid nails on the counter to catch my attention instead of greeting the customer with a hello or may I help you? What an unprofessional idiot. Then the pharmacist technician was not only rude, but had attitude. She obviously does not like serving people at the counter...Why doesn't she just get the hell out to there and work where she does not have to deliver customer service, like in a warehouse or something. What professionalism that I had to deal with. I will never go back to this location for pharmaceutical needs and will let everyone know. This review is for the Walmart Tire & Lube Express. I visited center on 7/19/15 for an oil change and to replace 2 tires. For both services my bill totaled more than $300. On 8/24/15 - I have my vehicle towed to the dealership because I discover I have no oil. $150.09 later in testing they tell me it's because the mechanic who changed my oil did not replace the dipstick properly. If you think you are going to save a few dollars by using the Tire and Lube Express -- don't. Their technicians are poorly trained and you could end up paying triple in the long run. I then call this Walmart to have this matter solved. I put in 5 calls, I was hung up on 3 times and spent over 25 minutes on hold combined. The end result was that the most I could do was fill out a report in store. The customer service I experienced was by far unacceptable. I'm counting my blessings that my motor did not explode due to this awful incident. read more

The Zombie Apocalypse begins at Walmart... I'm not a fan of Wally World, it's true, but I find myself in one from time to time out of necessity. Tonight was probably my scariest visit to WW ever. We just needed some clamp lights and a couple of folding chairs for our festival booth at the North Texas Irish Festival here in the town they filmed The Good Guys. Apparently it was the night they revived new stock as half the aisles were blocked by freight, making shopping difficult in the least. We persevered and made our way up front. There were only six lanes open and the lines stretched back into the shopping aisles. After a quick survey, we settled into a line. Then began the real nightmare. Ahead of us in line by three was a large black woman (when I say large, I mean much bigger than myself, and I ain't no strippling boy). She was wearing the height of fashion - a dirty red t-shirt stretched almost to bursting, over a black tutu / negligée affair under which were dirty white tights. It looked like she'd been wearing them awhile. She was talking animatedly with someone else in line, all the while eating her way through a container of fresh sliced pineapple. Then, in the middle of all this, she pulls a bottle of something I can only surmise to be perfume and sprays one shoulder, then the other, then between the breasts and then... horror of horrors, her coochie. I'm not making this up... I prayed for brain bleach, for blindness, for swift and sudden death to take from me the image I had just seen. Then an angel arrived. A checker totold us to step into her line so we'd not have to wait anymore. We shifted, then waited another five minutes for her to set up her station. We could have been gone already. We could have been free the shuffling undead. Or not. Poor customer service and a nightmare that will haunt my waking dreams for some time to come... read more

Typical Walmart - same stuff; same low prices. Atypical Walmart - friendly people and the longest lines I have ever seen. It's a Wednesday evening at 8:30pm and they have 36 check stands, of which ONLY 4 are open. Are you f:%*ing kidding me. I just waited in a 20 minute line to spend $5.63. I live less than a mile from this store and literally dread coming here. Several times I have gone out of my way to go to a different location because this store is just terrible. EVERY time I come there are a handful of regular registers open and lines 10plus deep. Don't come here if you are expecting to make it a quick trip or buy anything cold or frozen. This was mart has 20 regular registers and never use more than 4 at a time if that. Why don't they hire more people! Update: 10/26/16 Boy I swear I am hate this store. Place is ridiculous busy as usual, saw register 15 was open because their light was ON. So I waited 11 min in line only to get told she is closed. She said she tried to tell me ( 7 people in front of me with 100 people in line at the registers and I am supposed to hear someone telling me 50 feet away?) and then some other customer piped up in front of me said her light was off. I told her when I put my cart in the line the light was on and she doesn't need to be talking about something she doesn't know anything about. Did she have gps on my cart? How does she know the exact moment I got into line? I am not stupid, nor would I waste my precious time waiting in a line that was going to be closed. If she was truly closing her line when the lines are already 10 deep then she should have walked over and told me in person - 11 minutes ago. I would have argued with her (it isn't the first time at this store) and told her I got in line when her light was on. Truth of he matter is when I put my cart in that line, the light was on. I went to look for a Snapple Apple (cause I love them so much) and came back to my cart. So if no one saw my cart in line when the light is on while I went to look for a drink - how am I prove it? Simple answer: I don't. (I tell the manager on staff and she said she will talk to her, like I believe that.) I spend so much money in wal mart this is really a slap in the face. So the moral of the story is: don't come to this store to begin with because you might have to prove how long you were in line before they kick you out. Update: 12/2/16 If they don't like the reason you asked to talk with a manager they just apologize and say there is nothing I can do. So there are four regular registers open with 15plus people in EACH line. This isn't being exaggerated. I don't understand it, if this is a known issue WHY IS IT STILL HAPPENING????? If you know you are short people, hire more! Give overtime! Oh yeah wait a minute we are talking about Wal mart - they DONT do that! I am amazed that this store hasn't been able to change anything in 6 months! Wal mart should be docked a pretty penny for making customers regularly suffer through mismanaged stores like this. I went looking for a laptop that was on clearance, yet no one knew where the FIVE that their system showed that they had, were located. At about 12:45, I was introduced to Jessica as the Electronics dept manager(she didn't have a manager badge on). She outright denied that they were in the store without looking. I was dismissed once she saw the price that they were being sold for. I overheard conversations that included reseller(I am not) and that other associates wanted one for themselves. I purchased a car stereo from this location. When I had someone hook the stereo up for me it didn't work, but a used cd popped out. So Walmart sells used merchandise. When I returned the stereo to the store and told one of the employees what happened, he tried to argue with me saying that they don't sell used merchandise. Well if a cd was in the stereo when I purchased it and the stereo didn't work, wouldn't that mean someone returned it and Walmart repackaged it and sold it? So it was used, right dummy? read more

Terribly ignorant, rude and unprofessional staff. Today is Christmas Eve and I decided to make a quick run to this walmart when I realized I needed to pick up a few items. I made it to the store at 6:15 p.m. And there was a group of store associates surrounding the front doors on the outside. Now this isn't unusual for Walmart as their store associates often take breaks and lunches on the outside of the store standing around. I, along with several other customers, could not get through this group. So I asked was the store closed to which a young biracial black/white, freckled with reddish/blond curly hair, heavy set black female store associate standing beside a white male store associate said that they were closed and then inexplicably she mumbled something under her breath which I didn't hear but the white male beside her laughed. So I asked what did she say. Her ignorant, cowardly ass stood there with her eyes bucked at me as if she was afraid to speak. The white male associate who laughed said she said sarcastically 'oh we are just standing out here for our health'. What a moron. As I stated before walmart associates often take their breaks (regular and smoke breaks) and lunches on the outside front of the store. I've seen them do this at every walmart I've ever gone to. So why was tonight suppose to be any different? And why was this unprofessional, ignorant comment even warranted. There was a line of customers who had showed up with no idea the store closed at 6 pm. Walking away I turned and asked one of the men in a blue shirt and a Santa hat if he was the manager. He was standing adjacent to this female. He said yes. I then told him about her rude, unprofessional and snarky comment and I reminded her in front of him that we, as customers, were the ones keeping her employed and to not forget that. used the online grocery for walmart at this store. at first it was great, but then things started missing out of the order and i thought oh they just missed that item. i called the store and no answer; i called their 1-800 number and they did not react at all and gave me a refund. then the final two times i used them, i had several items missing with the final time i had over $100 of items missing. Ummm wonder how so many times items are missing out of my order; I will let you figure it out how the items were up and missing when they were delivered to my car. I went to this store yesterday to buy an iphone case. Very little to chose from, so I didn't one. What was frustrating there are two entrances and one was closed but I had to walk up to the door to read the tiny little sign posted saying that entrance was closed.
