Found me the same frames and replaced the lenses! She was amazing! Walked out with new frames and she even attached a rebate to save me an additional $5.00. I appreciate the optical department so very much. I've used them for years and have always been impressed with their professionalism and courtesy! It was an easy process, seamless on my end actually, they just communicated pharmacy to pharmacy and then I just went and picked it up. All three consistently have terrible attitudes. They either seem to hate their jobs, dislike dealing with customers, or both. I dread coming here knowing there's a good chance I'll have to interact with one of them, but unfortunately it's often unavoidable. In a time when good jobs can be difficult to find, you would think employees would put more effort into providing basic customer service. For the record, I am Black myself, so let's not turn this into a race issue. I only mentioned race because I don't know all of their names and wanted to identify the specific employees I'm referring to, not anyone else who may work there. These employees are consistently unpleasant and would probably be better suited for positions that involve less direct customer interaction, such as produce, stocking, or the meat department. Their attitudes make what should be a simple shopping trip far more frustrating than it needs to be.

The men's clothing had some special swim trunks and greg norman golf shirts that would have people turning heads upon wearing them. As for the giftcards, they carry doordash/ubereats cards along with famous chain eateries such as PF Changs and Outback. Also there's Texas Rangers tickets on sale; I may have to get in on this deal next time I'm in the DFW area. I also like the wine selection and any food deals they have. Of course, you can never go wrong with the food court if you're in the mood for guilty unhealthy eats on the cheap. I went directly home with them and was ready to dig in however this is where the disappointment came to be. I started eating them and I was chewing on shells (don't judge me, I dress mine and them on a saltine vs throwing them back). Then I noticed that there were larger broken shell pieces amongst the oysters. These also didn't taste as fresh as the others I've had. Will I be back? Yes, as the service is top notch, I'll just check my oysters before leaving next time. They also have so many other great offers - from their pizza bar, sushi, hot bar, Mediterranean bar, as well as just food in general.

The vibe of the store is laid back and approachable. It is not pretentious even though prices are on the high side. This store is well laid out and easy to navigate. I like their underlying philosophy towards food. There are tons of organic products that I like. Unlike the Kroger by us, this Whole Foods seems to have lots of employees available to assist. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I am not sold on the idea of having open prepared food (essentially a buffet) and open pizzas. It seems to me flies could get on the food because the pizza and buffet is unmonitored. Or, some malevolent person could sneeze on the food or even add something bad to it.
