Didn't even think to leave a review, as I was just stopping in quick for some supplies. The store wasn't the cleanest, with products on the ground within the aisles. It is a high frequency store I'm sure being right next to AA aren, so this may be due to the customers more so than staff. The staff was very friendly, guiding me to where the cards were. They also helped me purchase stamps. They have a large variety of drinks and snacks like any CVS you'd expect. read more

The good it's convenient to where I live and the employee an are extremely nice and helpful. Not so good, the is usually one or two homeless people lingering around the store not fault of CVS but a little discouraging from me going inside most of the time. read more

Was able to get in and out quickly. The clerk greeted me upon entry and was very polite in checking out. IngVe a grow inward me, but only wanted to get two items, so it was quicker to go here. It wasn't very crowded and the clerk worked fast. read more

The roommate and I stopped by CVS to grab some essentials. Since this location was right by our friend's apartment, we stopped by on Monday, March 20th around 3:30pm. This CVS is your average size. We ended up getting water, sodas, red bulls, etc. I did browse around to look at their candy which was priced higher than the drugstores back home in SF. Almost $3 for a bag of Haribo gummies? No thank you! At home, they are regularly $2. $1 if on sale. I thought that was rather odd as I figured Dallas prices would be cheaper. Convenient as it was in between our hotel and our friend's place. If I didn't give up candy for a bit, I probably would have bought the pricey gummies. read more

So happy that this CVS opened! The ViP area is really starting to boom, but there still aren't enough stores close by to support the neighborhood. This pharmacy was added a few months ago, and I've been using it ever since it's opened. It's basically built and stocked like your normal CVS, which is a good thing. You can get your prescriptions, snacks, household items, and a limited amount of groceries in one visit. The best part about it is that you don't need to get your car out and travel to do it, just walk down the block. I'm going to continue to use this spot as long as I'm down here. The staff is cool, they have the items stocked that I need, but most of all the location is excellent. If you're down in Victory Park, don't forget about it...it's real convenient! read more

The best pharmacy!! Quick friendly and helpful. I would never write a review on CVS but I must say Chelsea should win employee of the year. She is always willing to answer questions, address concerns, helpful and polite. Usually pharmacy's give you headache...or you have to wait in line forever... they mess up the insurance... don't call doctor timely ect.... Not here! Awesomeness due to Chelsea!! It is worth skipping a drive through. Only bummer is Sunday pharmacy closes early or may be closed all together. In the CVS crazy overpriced! $8 for a of toothpaste! Really? read more

No long waits and all are helpful in finding a particular item. The pharmacy always reminds by email when medications are ready.

I like the store as it's very close to my apartment, but I am tempted to drive out of my way to go somewhere else. Initially the staff was very nice but now they haggle you every single time about getting a care pass even though I've told them no multiple times. They tend to have lengthy conversations with people in line so you have to wait longer. I do appreciate the friendliness, but usually when you go to a drugstore you're looking to grab something and just get in and out in a timely manner without being hassled. read more

The customer service here is horrendous. I've given it 3 tries and each time I returned I thought, its close, convenient and I only need one thing and bam! They get you right when you're trying to check out. EVERY TIME attitude. Eye rolling, sarcasm I even had one lady sitting at her little desk saw me waiting to check out and took a deep sigh and stood up walked slowly to check out to help me. They literally make you feel like your interrupting their break. There's no chance I'll return to this CVS not worth walking out feeling frustrated. read more

I am disgusted with this CVS location and their partnership with United Tows, LLC. My car was illegally towed or in other words STOLEN by the tow truck company. The CVS employees allowed this to happen to me while I was shopping in the store. On Tuesday evening I drove to CVS and when I pulled up I noticed a tow truck was already parked in the lot. I proceeded to park and enter the store. The whole time I was in the store I was talking on the phone. I spent approx. 10 min. In the store. When I walked out of the store upon check my car was GONE! I began to panic and asking other customers if they saw my car. Then a man told me he saw my vehicle being towed. I re-entered the store and immediately explained to the cashier that my car was just illegally towed. The cashier was so rude and told me that she authorized the tow of my car because the tow truck driver believed that my car was an "unauthorized vehicle" which was WRONG. She said they called on the loud speaker for the owner of my vehicle to come to the front but since i was on my phone I didn't even hear them!! She told me too bad I didn't hear them and handed me a towing notice and watched as I proceeded to cry with no way of transportation home. CVS was not helpful and found my situation to be amusing in my opinion. They made a mistake by towing a customer's car but told me it was my fault! As a result of the tow the only option for me to get home was to walk. I had to walk a mile back to my apartment at night and alone because CVS allowed my car to be towed illegally. I want to bring notice again to the fact that the tow driver was already in the parking lot before i arrived. Shouldn't he have been aware of who was already parked in the lot and who just parked? His story doesn't add up! What a scum bag! I feel like I was targeted!!! Since the tow truck was already in the parking lot before I parked then he should have noticed me park and walk into the store. There is NO justification for towing me. Today I had to pick up my illegally towed car and pay 200$. I am sick to my stomach knowing that CVS would allow a customer to be treated this way. I plan to speak to the manger tomorrow about the situation when he will apparently be in the store. To other CVS customers, I hope this never happens to you! I DO NOT recommend shopping here because your car and you are NOT SAFE!!! read more

We eagerly awaited the opening of this location which is walking distance from our condo. On our first visit we were greeted pleasantly by all associates in the store, and we transferred all our prescriptions to this CVS. The second time we visited the store, we were greeted by name in the pharmacy and served promptly but not preferentially. We have been pleased with every transaction in this location and can't imagine better service from a drug/convenience store. read more
