Self-serve scanning has improved things a little. They still need bilingual signs and enforcing express lane limits.

The manager clearly thinks customers enjoy the music as loud as himself, because the speakers in this Walmart blare at such a volume you can't hear yourself think. Then with the little attention grabbing Walmart radio noise comes on, it sends your nerves into shock. No other nearby Walmart is so loud. Even sensory free hours have those loud notifications. read more

Walmart has taken out all but 2 registers. Everything is self checkout. Takes forever to get out of there. Most of the employees are standing around doing nothing. And they want to check the receipt on the way out. No thank you! Either you trust me to do self checkout or you don't. Can't have it both ways. And if I'm bagging my own stuff you need to lower prices or start paying me. I'll start using curbside and not waste my time in the store. read more

Walmart grocery webpage is the most unorganized setup allowing for pick up verses delivery confusion. Next, they take your payment prior to making you aware that they don't deliver in your area. The agents are working from home and promise to correct mix ups but don't follow through resulting in them having my payment for groceries which I won't receive because they took it upon themselves to cancel my order. I am a senior citizen with no car nor groceries. As a result I will try Kroger in the future even though I have always shopped in store at Walmart. I am TOTALLY displeased! I ordered the cake and the bakery department the Walmart in Danville Kentucky on Saturday to be ready Monday. My husband went Monday to pick up the cake at around 5:30 p.m. and was looked at and told what cake? I was extremely angry as my son came from New Jersey to be here for his birthday and we had no cake thanks to this Walmart. Never ever again why order a cake from the store. read more

Called to ask if the tire repair shop was going to be open on December 24th and if so what time. Waited on hold then was hung up on. Called back and told them that and a younger sounding woman said she would ask her manager. 4 minutes later comes back to the phone and asks if I was the one wanting to know about the tire repair and said she forgot about me but the manager didn't know and I should call back tomorrow. I am 45 years old, my wife is 44.... I tried to buy beer and showed proper ID. My wife was with me and they DENIED me my ability to buy beer because I had my wife with me who wasn't carrying her purse. This is insulting and idiotic. Lost my business. read more

Gave 1 star because you cant give it Zero stars. Isles are blocked with stick & its stacked too high. Stockers pulling hand trucks and practically running over customers. Got home and quite a few items were missing. Called store and was put on hold for manager, after waiting 10 mins on hold I hung up. This would NEVER happen at Costco.
