I absolutely hate the no price tag, It takes up time and is very upsetting and inconvenient. Also they have taken away so many of the items I would usually buy, and replaced with more expensive items. Bad move. I used to like the convenience of shopping in one store for groceries and other items I needed. However I will no longer be shopping at Walmart, but will go to other grocery stores and shops for the other items that I need. Shopping online is sounding more appealing than shopping at your store. the only walmart that is close to me, the only thing out here. Invasion or privacy and phone grabs. I hope this gets your attention. The price tags are all gone, you now have to use their app to get a price. Keep in mind a few years back we have the phone grabbers. There are some that are watching kids not their phones to check prices. Some older people dont even know how to use apps or have phones. And some workers dont like to be bothered when asked to see how much an item is. Apps get hacked all the time then once you scan the items for the price you now have tons to spam hitting your phone. Not to even mention how your clothing department is now looking like Target the prices on everything gone up and no wonder some people have to steal. You taken cloths that the older people likes to wear the moddest clothing for them you taking them away you hardly dont have any plus size clothing anymore. People dont like to use data on phone apps to get a price check or use free wifi just to do so and get hacked. runs down batteries all that. What are you thinking? So when the phone grabbers start back up its not Walmarts fault and they wont replace the phone that was stolen. If there was another store, you would lose your people for sure. read more

Called tire center, 15 minutes trying to get someone to answer, was transferred to customer service, transferred back to tire center, no answer, back to customer service- i commented if no one can answer the phone then i would have to call another tire store. Her reply-OK! And she hung up. I despise Wal-Mart-should never have wasted my time calling them. read more

DO NOT take your nice wheels to the Dickson Tennessee Walmart to have tires mounted. The machine there will severely damage the coating on the wheels and the claims department WILL REFUSE to compensate you stating you have no proof that the damage wasn't already present on your wheels. Please seek a competent tire installer and save yourself from despair! read more

Today I went to Walmart in Dickson Tennessee to get some paint...I was hoping to find the color I needed without needing help but I found the basic color but one said it needed something mixed in it I went to counter where the sign above it said paint and hardware. A short heavy set lady with dark blue disco eyeshadow seen me over there standing but obviously the conversation she was having with a man employee was far more important then my paint...so I ask her if I could get some help she said someone was coming but 15 to 20 minutes I just bought a gal of antique white ..useless she is useless and just Down right hateful . .next time I'll go to Lowes ..it might cost more but at least you'll get waited on .. read more

We have trusted Walmart's for a long time. We know they aren't the best grocery stores, but they usually get by. This place does have pretty much everything, but some stuff has lacking quality. The produce is a great example. Most of the produce is not fresh, but is still edible. The thing that brings this place down the most is the COVID restrictions. There are basically none! Most people were wearing masks, but the store doesn't even supply hand-sanitizer! That is the FIRST time I have ever seen that since the start of COVID! I know that many people are vaccinated, but not giving out hand-sanitizer is not going to help at all! read more

Wow! The three reviews for this place make it sound like a Third World bazaar, but I really don't think it's nearly that bad. In fact, the always crowded parking lot would testify to the fact they are doing many things right. I come here when I am in Dickson; at home in Nashville I use the one on Charlotte Pike. I seldom buy food here, but I will say that the fried chicken back at the deli counter is great. Employee turnover is high, I think, as I do deal with inexperienced employees more that I should. I try to remember that we all had a first day on a new job and so try to cut 'em a little slack. A problem that seems to be universal at Walmarts is the wheels on the buggies; they stick, they clump along, they suddenly turn and send me off course - you get the idea and if you've been to a Walmart you've experienced it. But, if you need it, they probably have it. If they don't, you likely don't need it, you just want it. read more

I bought tires with a road hazard warranty at the Dickson Walmart in late December 2018 for my wife's car. Monday morning my wife was driving on 40 East towards Nashville and one of the tires blew up, luckily she was able to pull over without losing control due to her car's safety features. I called Walmart this morning to see if they could replace the tire and after about ten minutes of me reciting my phone number they were able to confirm my road hazard warranty. I was told to bring the tire and wheel through the store to the tire department since they were closed except for emergency repair. I was surprised that they wanted me to carry a shredded tire through the store. I brought the tire in and after a few minutes they said that the wear on the tire was likely the cause of failure and they wouldn't replace it. The tire still has tread and it blew out, I'd call it a catastrophic failure. I'll add a picture. Don't shop at Walmart. read more

SHOP AT KROGER!- This Walmart has Terrible service. Terrible labeling, unknowledgeable employees and cashiers. The person that was taking me BACk to what I needed, after standing in line with an uneducated cashier. (Uneducated in the ways of wal mart) bolted as soon as a near by fellow shopper, piped in and said she was familiar with what items I needed for my Coupon/voucher. I had a fussy baby by this point and I didn't know what I was looking for. I wanted a specific item. Any store should Label shelves correctly so items can properly be purchased without making customers feel unworthy or as if they are a nuisance. My circumstances are not anyone's business and the coupon used is state regulated and should be taught to all employees, especially cashiers and anyone managing customers and customers service. Offering to help me grab what I needed would have been a huge help since obviously I had a small baby with me. If the shelves would have been labeled correctly the first time, I would have only had to deal with the uneducated cashier trying to know how to type what she needed to into the cash register. I really dislike how I have spent so much other money with this business. I plan to shop at Kroger for everything and cash in my little bit of wal mart money from the app I was using. I don't even mind if Kroger is farther away. read more

id like to say I'm very disappointed in Walmart and how they treat their customers i went last Wednesday and bout over three hundred dollars worth of stuff and my son needed a pair of steel toe boots and i bought him a pair since they fit him fine i didn't think to keep the receipt well tonight i almost had to cut them off of him to get the boots to come off and since i didn't have my receipt or the box they could not help me even tho i told them the exact time i was there and the camera even proved i bought these boots i cant believe Walmart takes advantage of people and their hard earned money its not right and because they did me wrong i will no longer shop at walmart read more
