This place is a total joke and there is someone there charging debit cards after in store purchases and now even after delivery of food. There so unwilling to look at issues everything is dispute it at your bank. In march 2025 someone in store tried whacking my debit card after i spent 600 on new tires. While I was in Fargo, I stopped at the Walmart on 13th St. The shelves were full and provided a variety of product. I found what I was looking for right away. However, the checkout was horrendous. I only had two items, and waited 15 minutes to get checked out. They don't have self checkout, thus the lines were long at all the checkour stations.. I asked for help three times but no one spoke English.. this was quite a frustrating experience. read more

Beware when purchasing 5 lb rolls of Ground Chuck as I have reason to believe through scientific evidence Wal-Mart is deceitfully packaging 2/3 ground chuck & 1/3 ground beef & selling the mixture as Ground Chuck including tax $24+ moreover Hornbachers ground Chuck is $3.99 lb so I will no longer be giving Wally World money for meat ever again. I used to spend a lot of time in this store. Since their remodel/upgrade I hate going into place. Products I used to rely on being in stock are no longer even sold there. It seems like there's a lot more stuff but much less of what I need. I wish it would go back to the way it used to be. read more

I had happily did my shopping with my mom , we were both on scooters yesterday and had parked them where the parking lot associate had told us to. A customer greeter ran out the door ran almost to the car ranting that we needed to bring the scooters back inside. That she didn't believe we were disabled enough to be using the carts and leaving for the cart attendant. We were parked in the handicapped section . This happened about 1:45 pm and she was older and wearing maroon pants.. she said if you can walk in you can walk out. She also has long white or platinum blonde hair and a limp. I tried several times to call management. No one picks up the phone . read more

Very easy drive up from the Radisson in Fargo to pickup some of the basics. Other large box stores nearby. Plenty of space, engaged staff, with lots of parking. Sure beat heading south through 3 miles of traffic lights. read more

Stop trying to sell only the large sizes of Purina Cat food and Folgers coffee. Do you think we cannot do math? the reason you want to sell the larger sizes is that the cost per ounce is HIGHER in them and most people would assume that the large sizes will be a lower cost per ounce or pound. We are not stupid. Also, too many workers doing nothing and not speaking clear English. I can never find anyone to help me in the fabric center (which you have reduced inventory in to the point that it is practically worthless) You do not stock items that we have bought for years, they are not on the shelves. it has become a most aggravating experience to go to this store so we will go to Aldi from now on. Let me preface this by saying I only shop at Walmart for groceries because they are the most reasonable. I go every single Sunday around the same time. Lately they have not been having the variety or the products that I'm looking for. I like the scan and go or self check outs because they are faster than the normal check outs. However there are downfalls. The store must be dealing with a large influx of shop lifting because the last 3 weeks I have had to show my receipt with is annoying because then I have to deal with Walmart people (hence why I like the scan and go or self check outs). The person always acts very high and mighty saying they can't find my Gatorade 8 pack. Yes Walmart, cuz I'm gonna get a shop lifting charge for a product that costs $4.98. read more

This low rating is mainly for the grocery delivery service. I signed up for the Walmart plus program so that I could regularly have my groceries delivered without a service fee. I'm three out of four occasions, the deliverer has either missed delivered or just driven away because he or she was too lazy to bring my groceries through the lobby and up to my door. I am on the second floor and they use the excuse that they could not get through the security even though they don't even bother to call me to confirm the code for entry. Sometimes you'll get the odd responsible driver and you'll get your goods, but it's spotty at best. Also, Walmart uses a sketchy third-party delivery service and the manager at the Dilworth store didn't even know who they were. So if you have a security code, who knows who you're giving it to. Very bad and a terrible experience and I guess I have to go back to the old way. Very disappointed. read more

Honestly freaking sucks, from walking in and checking out absolutely stupid, lack of customer appreciated, bad staff, terrible return people. All around BAD. Spend a little more for gas for anyone in Fargo's multi department stores. read more
