Every time I shop for a large grocery order, I enjoy the savings at Martin's. It is somewhat of a…read moredistance for me, so I don't shop there often (maybe one a month). The last time I shopped my order was over $250 and I saved $80. That more than made up for the gas my car used in the trip to the store. However, after viewing my receipt I found a purchase I didn't recognized. I looked up the abbreviation and discovered it was for firewood. Huh? I didn't purchase firewood which cost 8.79. And I didn't even get the firewood. Well, I guess that takes care of the cost of the gas used to get there. Then I thought I would look at the rest of the purchases on the receipt. I noticed that I paid full price for the salmon that was on clearance. That was another $6.03 extra I paid for. But never mind, I still saved. Just not as much as I thought and I learned a lesson. Always watch to screen when checking out. Or at least look over the receipt before leaving the parking lot. One last thing that I should mention. The cashier was top notch, on the ball. Excellent service.

The reason I need medicine is to make me feel better but I try to maintain a great attitude and treat people nice. Kindness is a great form of medicine. Cheer up a little and smile once in a while.

This one is near the hospitals in the area and you would assume that would mean a better experience, but it was anything but. Inside is a mess. I am not sure what this was prior to it being a Dollar General, but I am fairly sure it had to of been some type of grocery store. If it was indeed that they do not do much to update this place as it looks very rundown and not taken care of in the least. Finding my item and paying was the least of my worries here. I found what I needed, had a minimal wait at the registers, and was on my way. What I did not like was the fact that I felt like I was being watched the whole time I was here. Like I was being evaluated to see if I was worth robbing. I should have parked on the street, but I choose the small parking lot next to the building. I never wanted out of a place faster in my life.

It is the typical, bright, white setup that a majority of the newer model stores have come to show. Ample sized men's and children's sections which is always nice. Pricing can't be beat for the basics. Employees are upbeat and pleasant. Hopefully with this store opening here that will bring more stores. I'm not saying that this mall is short on stores, but the few empty storefronts that are there will hopefully be full.

In actuality, this is a catch all store. Leaning more towards a grocery store than anything else. Think Walmart before it became the Walmart you know today. I can remember making trips here with my family when I was younger. What I also remember is that this was one of the few places at that time that you could find the white and black labeled generic brand. You know the brand, the one that somehow tasted way better than the name brand, but you didn't want to admit that you had in your cupboards. The brand that you yearn for now. Sorry to tell you this, but they do not carry that anymore as I discovered that on my recent visit. If groceries are not your thing, I would say still give this store a chance. With the new update it appears that the space is larger and there is more merchandise to pick from including the furniture department. One of the nicest thing is that the doors at the front of the store actually work! The floors are even, the walls look clean and I really can't find a fault to this place that the company could be blamed for. With that being said, the only thing that is holding this place back is the fact that with Quaker State having their kitchen share a wall with this place makes for some interesting, hungry thoughts while shopping. Sometimes the smell is a little overpowering which could make for an unpleasant experience as well. Also the noise is still a factor that comes from nest door.

This Dollar Tree is one of the biggest I have been in. It is huge inside and filled with all our…read morefavorite dollar items that we love to take home but may not actually need. I especially like coming to this one because they have the full deal here right down to the cooler/freezer section. I in fact came here the other day to stock up on items for my work locker, got to have those snacks. Well organized, well stocked and always ready for whatever holiday comes next. It's a great location in a busy area. Unfortunately it is a target for cars to drive into. Yes, you did read that right. The most recent the vehicle made it about 2/3 of the way inside the store. Taking out a majority of the breakable items that people use to decorate with. As of right now, the front of the store has plywood and only the one door is in operation. All the shelves that were damaged are about to be replaced, so all the items that were on those shelves currently sit in shopping carts. Although there is no need to worry about future vehicular shopping as they have constructed barriers in the front of the store entry ways.

This gas station has changed names a few times, but it appears that GetGo is going to stick. In…read morethe past I believe it was a Citgo with a Subway shop inside. Now that you have Giant Eagle taking over, it's all the GetGo brand. Access to this particular location is a breeze if you are heading westbound on 22; however, heading east on 22, it is almost impossible to cross the highway to enter their property. So do be careful, or just go the extra feet up to the light and do a U-turn. I would say this is an easy in and out store, but with them just taking over the building and not remodeling or tearing down and building anew, it is set up a little differently.
