It is the typical, bright, white setup that a majority of the newer model stores have come to show. Ample sized men's and children's sections which is always nice. Pricing can't be beat for the basics. Employees are upbeat and pleasant. Hopefully with this store opening here that will bring more stores. I'm not saying that this mall is short on stores, but the few empty storefronts that are there will hopefully be full.

They said no its against policy. Ok fair enough while after driving 40 mins there. I arrived there and was told one person bought all 30 of them and i asked dont you have a policy against selling more then so many of a limited product to a single person. He responded with there is but we will sale them regardless if they sold it to one person or multiple. So needless to say they dont have to follow policy for somethings but will on others. I don't often have to make returns to Amazon but when I do, I was hoping the process would be easy. I also was thinking how nice I can return my Amazon products to Kohl's and maybe take a look around a real store and buy something for Christmas. Instead of being treated like a guest, I was practically dismissed by one of the most insensitive and disingenuous retail worker imaginable! The lady behind the customer service counter had her back turned for practically two minutes before she acknowledged me grudgingly said, may I help you? In a tone indicator, her attitude was not to help me at all. I put my package on the counter and said I would like to return this please and she said well you're not gonna do that here! That's a UPS tag. We don't do that here. I said well what if I take the tag off it's only loosely Taped. She said if you want to return to Kohl's you need a Kohl's tag. You will have to go home and re-print one out. I'm thinking, oh my mistake, but she did not offer a solution that could've kept me as a customer in her store. This lady's in her 50s with long blonde turning grey hair and glasses and Suffers from an superiority complex She made a mistake by taking a job at a place where she has contempt for working with the public She wasn't busy, there were no customers behind me but she did not offer to print a new tag out for me so that I could shop at Kohl's. She even laughed at my error. I don't need you and your disgraceful customer service, Kohls YOU need me and customers like me who are willing to go out of their way to visit your store! YOU need to treat customers in a respectful Courteous, helpful manner! If you want to keep your doors, open another year, you need to reevaluate your staff immediately or there will be a for lease sign on your front doors soon!

Maybe you should set times for everyone to get a break and who will take over for the person going on break. I really didn't like hearing the name calling and other things said about different employees.
