My daughter went into the bathroom and none of the stalls were flushed. They had pee and poop in them. How disgusting is that??

I grew up in this tiny town long before there was a Walmart. I understand the convenience it creates but it crushed small business. I guess it's like parents seeing their kids go off to college. My little town is growing and I don't get to choose what it will be. The prices here are much lower than philly Walmarts. So sometimes when I'm up I will grab some essentials. Recently used their tire shop and it was easy to use and book on line. People were helpful and did it quick. The tires though were total crap. $50 deal and had two punctures in 4 weeks. This place is a joke. It's disgusting here, and every time I go here, they rearrange everything. The map on the app hasn't worked in weeks, and their employees are all clearly just here for a paycheck. I even had one tell me I don't know what it's like working in customer service. Actually, I do! I've worked and continue to work in customer service my entire career, but apparently, because I shop here, I don't know what it's like to be on the other side. Also, why do they mark down items and then not honor the prices??? Make it make sense. Good thing I will no longer be shopping here. PS: they put tilapia in their Great Valley marshmallows. Walmart Supercenter - Department Stores Near Me - East Greenville, Pennsylvania

It's the only box store besides going to quakertown or pottstown. The customer service is good.

The workers are rude and follow kids around just because they are shopping around and I guess they stereotype younger kids and think they have bad reputation for just trying to shop. I find this ridiculous because why can't kids just be kids without having to get talked to. As a mom of kids who had to experience they are now scared to go to Walmart without thinking they are going to get in trouble for being there. Do not go to this Walmart they will yell at kids for shopping! read more

Avoid tire lube express! I had a 12 o'clock appointment and was there by 12, no one at the counter. Waited about 10 minutes and asked someone out in the garage bays if someone could help me at the counter. Nice guy came in to help, but then another guy walking from the toy area came and took over. He said to me "this was a 12 o'clock appointment", I cheerfully said yeah I've been here since 12. Right to my face he says "you're a LIAR, I've been here the whole time". I asked for another manager to come, but that wasn't much of a help. I took my business elsewhere. read more

This pharmacy discriminates against people with mental illnesses. If your physician prescribes you anti-anxiety medications, watch out. For nearly 2 years my wife and I have had to put up with discrimination, public humiliation, and refusal to fill legitimate prescriptions. All that usually comes from Erik. We routinely get told the physician never sent in the prescription. Oddly, three other prescriptions are always sent in at the same time but it's only the anti-anxiety med that they "don't have". Until my physician provides proof it was sent in, then magically they find it in their system. Additionally, we get to put up with insinuations we are addicts or the physician is doing something unethical, all in front of other shoppers. I asked to speak to managers and the only names I can get are Reggie and Leona Kalaluka. And even though these two are the managers of the pharmacy and store, respectively, no one knows how to contact them or what hours they work. I'm wondering if Erik and Reggie will be more responsive once complaints are filed against their pharmacy licenses and investigators from Harrisburg show up at the store? Maybe Leona will become available once a discrimination complaint is filed against the store? If you or anyone you care about suffers from anxiety or any other mental illness, please, do NOT shop at the East Greenville Walmart. They actively discriminate against people suffering from mental illness and have repeatedly shamed us and refused to fill legal prescriptions. read more

Hey walmart! Get a backbone! Update: I got a call from the store manager. No apology. No acknowledgement of any kind of problem. No anything. Walmart does not care about the community. -- I am a regular customer at this location. I go in 2-3 times a week. Tonight, two young women are walking around without masks talking on the phone. How they got in is beyond me. There were 2 employees manning the entrance. I told these girls to put on masks. I got the finger. I told them again because people are dying. I got a "f*ck you!" I told an associate. He stared at me blankly. I told a manager. He looked at me like I have a problem and said he could not do anything. This has happened more times than I can count. Walmart has lost another customer. Other supermarkets in the area will not let violators in in the first place. And if they do not keep their masks on, the management escorts them out. Hey walmart! Wal-Mart's are not all created equal, if you've been to more then one you already know this. I come here very often and it took a long time to get to this point. Sadly I am officially done with this store. Every time i go there shelves are BARE, not just they ran out of this or that, i mean everyday, every product imaginable. The produce department was literally almost completely empty yesterday, trying to buy spring water requires hope and a prayer and if your going for wild bird food, good luck. It took over two month for them to restock an everyday cooking ingredient I needed. Its so bad that i feel like I've won the lottery when they actually have what i am shopping for, pathetic, yes i know. First, I was told it was a warehouse change that caused this issue but the other local Walmarts are fine. Water, bread, paper towels, meat, produce, the list goes on and on. Then I was told that this was one of the top selling stores in the area yet the managers will not order more product to keep up with demand, which after years of going here I absolutely believe. I went in there everyday for a week for everyday products and every item was empty, A WEEK for ANY kind of paper towels, paper plates, toilet paper, seriously!. This day in age there isn't an inventory system that tells them when running low? Of course there is, they JUST DON'T CARE. Also They stop selling bird seed after summer because it's "seasonal" yet no other store does that, none of them. It's a clean store, the employees are very friendly (except 1 in the garden dept, if you wanna meet the most miserable woman you've ever seen, stop on by) I have had numerous positive interactions with them. Their managers do not care and corporate doesn't care that this store sucks. Go there in the summer and you'll find the entrance literally filled with spiders and spotted lantern flies, yup literally crawling up the walls above your head. Look I know nobody can control the lantern flies outside but they got to a point where there were literally dropping on you're head in the lobby someone CAN control that, at least try. When there's huge spiders making huge webs right next to the door that's a choice to ignore it. I literally got pelted in the head end of summer by hundreds of them that were crawling inside of their building. You spend the money to build a giant, pointless online pickup machine for those people to damn lazy to go into a store and pickup things the normal way yet you can't stock your shelves, does that make any sense?, EVERYONE complains about your lack of inventory I've literally had conversations with hundreds of people bitching about the same things but NOTHING CHANGES. My Mom and I enjoy coming here to this Walmart from Souderton, which is about a half hour away. To us, it is worth the trip. The store is located in a nice area past Green Lane, it's a very scenic area. The parking lot is a great size, and on a Breezy day you can smell the chocolate factory next door which is a nice bonus for all you chocolate lovers.The store itself is neat, we never encountered any problems here. Overall it's a great experience coming up to this Walmart. read more

Based on my most recent experiece, they could use more cashiers and better service in the Lawn and Garden Center, that is... someone on the cash register all the time, but instead have someone counting heads (to comply with covid guidelines) or so was told. They could easily install (electronic) counters for that. Looks like they are going to lose more business unless they make some much needed changes. read more

No one answers the phone at this store. Called and selected option 4 to speak to an associate. Phone rang 20 times... no answer. Called back and selected option 2 to speak to someone in electronics. Again, no answer. I'm beginning to see why this store is rated so poorly. I'll look elsewhere. read more

This store absolutely sucks! One cashier open and then people are forced to use self scan. Self scan is not efficient. A customer service manager always has to come by and help customers. The store is always out of stock on blueberry waffles, plastic storage containers, Scott toilet paper and the list goes on. Why can Pottstown and Bechtelsville Walmart keep large box of Great Valley Blueberry waffles but you're store can't? How about looking in to this problem that has gone on for YEARS. read more

As far as Walmart's are concerned, this was is OK. In general I'm not a huge fan of Walmart's, and we only stop at this one when we are in the area or looking for something that our nearby Walmart's are out of. This location offers groceries and has all the other usual departments like a garden center, electronics, clothing, home goods, pharmacy, photo center, etc. Overall, it does have an older look and feel to the place. Sometimes I choose to sit in the car and smell the nearby chocolate factory while my wife goes in a shops! read more

Always check your food. Everything is always expired. If you need help in any department, don't bother looking for anyone. They hide from customers. Just call the store and let them know how long you've been waiting and they will hopefully eventually send someone over with an attitude. read more

Walmart Optical at East Greenville - triple A+ Walmart everywhere else C- I have nothing but good things to say about the optical department. Staff, doctors, product, pricing, etc. The best. I get a pair of glasses at my opticians - 400+ dollars minus every penny of insurance they can squeeze out. In other words, the same frames at walmart are a fraction of the price from your local opticians so they can get your insurance dollars. Walmart has no nonsense pricing, a good product, and super nice folks to help you out. Why can't all of medical issues be like this? They do take insurance, but for me it's easier to get the first frame at my insurance driven provider, and to to Walmart for a couple of cash frames for variety. The store....Well we all know Walmart is a poor employer. Not too many employees saves money, right? So there is no one around to ask questions, registers are short staffed (how can 15 registers have only 2 open!), and low paid, low respected people are generally not happy. So why do I go there? Prices of course. I can pick up everything from light bulbs to ice cream and they have an interesting variety of foods I don't see at my usual grocery store. So if you can stand the wait in line, the often surly dispositions, and the inconvenience of not getting a question answered (nobody knows the product line anyway), then go to Walmart, get in, get out and save a few bucks. But I sure hate to line Walmart's pockets while the staff suffers deplorable pay and conditions. Wake up Walmart, and respect your staff! We shoppers want them happy, insured, and feeling valued. The Walmart employees have been doing an amazing job during this hard time our country is experiencing. They are working around the clock, well organized, and showing how much they care about customer safety. I have been using the grocery pick up service and everyone has been friendly and focused on safely delivering groceries to my car. Today I had Doug deliver to my car with a friendly greeting and loved chatting with my daughter as he loaded my groceries in the back. Thank you Doug! read more

This Walmart really is one of the better ones in the area. The store is clean and organized, the parking is excellent and their prices are always good. While it's smaller than some of the nearby stores, it really does have a full selection of items. Walmart's, in general, aren't on the top of my list, but this store more than makes up for their usual reputation. read more

Avoid Auto/Tire service they couldn't install a replacement headlight blub! Needed a special part! My husband did the last one btw he's not a mechanic. Also asked me to leave with my hood not latched. They broke the latch!!! read more
