I started in the prescription pickup line as the third car. It was a long time getting to first position -I was in line for over 1/2 hour and at least 15 minutes in the first position before getting any communication. Over fifteen minutes, I rang the bell twice, knocked once, and finally opened the window and said hello! That brought two people who seemed to not believe anyone could possibly be waiting in the car line. And I was scolded for opening the window, but also told that the bell was not working. Please. CVS management, close the car lane if you cannot provide service. All told, I waited 45 minutes. And even though I informed the worker and pharmacist that there were three cars behind me, they immediately shut the window and walked away. I can't imagine how long the others had to wait. A young lady was also waiting on a line of customers at the front, so it seems they were adequately staffed today.

The downstairs portion is is where the pharmacy and medication is located. The upstairs portion is everything else that a CVS has to offer. Both sections have the ability to offer checkout...when that section is open. I came here on my first day to get drinks and snacks for my room. I entered through the Hub and made my way up the rickety steps. The steps that were open sometimes. See, I came back a few more time sand the steps had rope across and were barricaded. Making you have to take the slow elevator with other people since there was no other way to get up or down the stairs. My first visit here I had made my selections and headed towards the self checkouts. I kid you not, when I got to them, they actively started to shut them down. Forcing everyone to use the traditional registers. I wish the customer service here would have been better as well. I asked a question about the area and kind of got the 'don't bother me' vibe in the answer.

My mom recommended I come by here to get a sling and ripping a tendon in the gym. I opted for familiar Walgreens, and got a one-size-fits-all sling that most definitely did not fit my size. Drove over to Reagan's and soon as I walked in (you can see the entire layout of the door from the door), I was greeted by the staff. A very nice lady walked up and immediately asked if I needed assistance; I asked if they had any slings and she took me right to the aisle. I told her I was nervous about buying another sling (especially since they have a sign in the window that says No Returns due to COVID). She actually took it out the box, and helped me put it on and adjusted the straps for me. Now you know good and well NObody and CVS or Walgreens or RiteAid is going above and beyond like that. I told her I would buy it, and wore it right out the store after purchase. I've heard that they also rent medical equipment (wheelchairs, crutches) so that's also nice. Would definitely recommend.

I don't know her name but it is the older white woman. (This is not a crack at race, as I'm white to, I just don't know how else to explain her) This lady is so rude, At least to me. I have a liver disease and my husband works out of town and long hours so I'm often alone. I enjoy just browsing the aisles and the kindness I'm normally always shown. But today I left with my feelings hurt. I normally just use self checkout so I don't have to bother anyone but it wasn't taking cash today. I just got done doing laundry so I had so quarters left. She was my cashier. My total was $11 and some change. I explained to her that I had $6 on this card and I was going to pay the rest with quarters. (Silence) she said absolutely nothing. I swiped my card and of course it declined because I only had $6.. I explained it again (silence) but she had to rering everything for some reason. I explained it again and she said she couldn't do that. Strange, I've worked in customer service before and it can be done but I didn't say anything. I tried my Apple Pay that also only had $6 on it and surprisingly it went through. I told her I was going to pay the rest in quarters. I mean $4 and some change is not that serious but you would have thought I stole her puppy the way that she blew at me. (You know that blow you may do if you're aggravated at someone) I was confused but I remained kind. But then she wouldn't even take the quarters from me, she had me place them on the counter, I'm assuming so she didn't touch me. Same with the receipt. On the counter.. but still I thanked her and told her to have a good day. She hurt my feelings and made me feel like a walking disease. I've never felt so worthless in all my life. She is the only one that has ever been nasty towards me. I am a frequent flyer inn that store.
