I have recently been looking for new fiber supplements, as the old ones I have been using are no longer working for me (I'm 67 years young, LOL!) My hubby, Gilbert, has also been needing some stool softener-he is 5 years older than me after all! (I love me a silver fox;) LOL!) Anywho, we were in town a couple weeks back, and there was a lovely young lady (at least I think it was a lady) who was of such great help to us! She was incredibly informative, cracked a couple of jokes, and even opened up a register for us! Perhaps her name was Celia, or Aimee... I can't seem to remember! This Walmart is horrible, the produce is moldy. The customer service guy/ supervisor was making me uncomfortable at the self check out because he kneeled his leg on top of the register when I needed assistance, I asked him if if could remove it from there and instead he switched the leg he chooses to lay on top of the area . His whole entire middle part was on my groceries. So inappropriate . So I stepped back instead of insisting he moved it down. I continued to ask for help to clarify which items could be redeemed with the external vendor card (wic) and they were of no service. I ended up leaving the groceries there because he insisted no one could help me there at the store. I hope learns professionalisum with customers because a sexual harassment claim isn't far from his career. read more

This Walmart only has self checkout. If you have a cart full of groceries guess what? You now work at Walmart and have to scan your entire cart full of things. Oh and you get to bag them yourself too. And don't forget you have to provide proof that you paid for all your things to the person at the door checking receipts -who watched you struggle the entire time. I'll never shop here again if I can avoid it. I refuse to put more money in this corporation's pocket by doing everything myself so they can save money on Labor costs. If you insist I do all the work don't come at me asking for proof I actually paid. I don't work there. It's not my job. Oh and they doing all of that with a pissed off toddler screaming the whole time. This experience was absolutely horrible. I don't mind the OPTION for self checkout because sometimes it's faster if you have a couple things, it's when they take the option away and force you to contribute to this whole scheme. It's very sad to find a big store with very few registers open. They are only 4 or 5 registers open vs 20 registers. Employees are not so friendly. They look upset beginning with the store manager. They do not habe paper bags and when you ask for them, they look at you like a weird person. When you need help and an emplouee is called, they take forever to come to see what you need. They can be better if they have training. It seems you are doing them a favor going to them. They should learn from HEB Trenton manager who is always making rounds, greeting every customer and checking everything is on it's place, oh but always with a big smile no with big faces like Wal-Mart employees. read more

Went to return it but Walmart doesn't take returns on air mattresses. went to exchange for another one and they didn't have one of equal or greater value, Edinburg McColl store basically said to keep it they couldn't help us. Rarely anyone at any specific department, they are always floating around somewhere random around the store so it's hard to get someone for help with anything at any one of the departments. In addition to this, they do not answer the phone for any questions you may have, so they might as well remove their phone number from the internet. If you want to get in contact with an associate through the phone, you won't. Instead you'll be waiting for 5 minutes while the phone dials and they automatically decline your call. Aside from this you MIGHT find what you need in person if the isle you're visiting isn't ravaged or unkempt like majority of the aisles. read more

Mostly everything sold at Walmart is cheaper than anywhere else. And if it's not, you can bring the competitor's ad and they will match the price. I don't believe that it sucks the souls or brains from people, I'm pretty sure that the people who shop there were already like that before they entered the store.... HEB is more expensive and the management at Target is just plain rude, so I'll stick to my Walmart. Sure, I might get stuck next to a cart full of babies with boogers all over their faces screaming while their mom is stuffing a candy bar in their mouth, but it saves me a buck or two. I wish the checkout lines were shorter and the employees were more helpful, but what do you expect, it's a Walmart, after all. read more

This Walmart location refused to accept my LEGITIMATE Arizona state drivers license as a form of Identification due to the fact that I'm not from this area. The night manager on 3/05/2017 (Jesus) claims my perfect condition license was tampered with after he took it and walked away with it for 15 minutes. I've used this same ID to gain access to military bases in the states of California, Texas, Oklahoma, Kentucky, and North Carolina. I've used it with police/court house interactions. It's been accepted by border patrol in a U.S. federal building where I currently work. But NOOOOO, Jesus must have wayyyyyyy better judgment than those federally employed persons. Basically it boils down to me experiencing an unfair treatment due to prejudiceness. Other Walmart locations have accepted with no question. Honestly the racist stubborn of the night manager was uncalled for and wrong I cannot forgive Walmart for this as it is unacceptable to base business off of skin color. I will not be returning to this location and will advise every person I know to also boycott this location. Shame on you night manager Jesus of 3/05/2017. read more

Wow! This walmart is horrible! The fruit and veggies suck! They sell expired things and the cashiers along with the management are completely useless. The cashiers are rude and lack people skills. Dont they teach them how to bag groceries? I try and stay away from walmart and try and shop at HEB most of the time but when I need to go to walmart I dread it every time. It never fails that I get a horrible customer service experience! Let's not forget the money center either! Be prepared to stand in line at least 20 minutes. The CMS are aware of it and still they decide not to help out the cashier at the money center, and just stand around and chit chat! Walmart shame on you! They have so much money yet they fail to execute great customer service! read more
