Had to be the worst Walmart anywhere! Tried calling the store as did customer service headquarters no help. They stated their phone was broke and had been with a work order in. Tried explaining about transferring calls it went on def ears said all phone assigned a number gave up. They even refused to talk to HQ on my phone even on speaker. Wasted 2 hours trying to g to buy a tv with a warranty that store said they didn't sell but online did at same price for 2 more years. This store needs to be closed. They're clueless read more

Older Wally World providing outstanding customer service. Yes employees actually help! Used the returns desk without issue. I have purchased from the deli and have not had any problems either. This is my local WalMart, and I'm in there quite a bit spending A LOT of $$$. Basically, it is well run, I've had good interactions with employees in the gardening, fishing and the pharmacy departments. The people that work in the deli department are SUPER OUTSTANDING, love them. The wait to cash out is usually not long, and most of the items I typically buy are in usually in stock, Like I stated above, it's a well run store. read more

Th is Walmart is one of the better ones I have visited across the county. The biggest benefit is they have gas pumps off of 231 that always have the cheapest gas. The parking lot is fairly congested at times. This location has many self checkout stands that make the process of getting in and out simple. read more

I ordered a Walmart delivery, was told it would be delayed 2 hours. Well, it was never delivered. Being disabled and being a Walmart+ customer you would have thought they would have delivered the items like stated, but instead they closed the delivery department for the night and never notified me. This is not the first time we have had issues. They have delivered to the wrong house twice even with specific instructions for the address, it's almost always late when delivered, they send the wrong items, if they even have it in stock and when you call the store for an update on a order you didn't receive, they are rude. I pay Walmart every month to utilize the delivery service because we are disabled, but we are on a fixed income and if they can't get their act together I should not have to pay them and turn around and pay someone else to go get it just so we will have. I will only shop there if extremely need something and will do my own check out, also they do not keep the deli meat slicer cleaned. I checked out via garden area (I did not bag my own stuff) last week and got home and was missing an item, was a bit upset because it was part of a bday gift for my granddaughter, (this has happend many times thats why I do self checkout) anyway I went back following week with my receipt and my tiny size 2 childs pants was not on there never ending list (which is insane train your people to not forget to give customer ALL there bags). I was told well so sorry we don't have on our list and I said so you are basically tell me I am out of luck? She responded yes. I used to spend at least 150.00 a week or more at Walmart, well no longer getting my money. Tullahoma Kroger and Publix will get all my business now for Groceries, much better service anyway. read more

Tire department was the worst ,4 people supposed to be working, only one car , had my trailer tire off ready for change and with over hour left could not get fixed . The employees seemed to be interested only in hiding. I called before going and the store call directory could not get no one on phone for over 15min so just went in to find 4 worthless employees hiding computers were already shut down as if were closed. Will definitely shop local and pay more next time for real service. If I was the store manager I would have fired whole department because would not have made a difference if no one was there. read more

This used to be a good store to shop in. But lately this store has gone downhill in a big way. For example...The produce depth is probably the worst run depth in the entire store. I went shopping there yesterday an noticed one container of sesame sticks was opened up and spilling on to the floor. I watched as the Dept manager walked by it three times and did nothing. I tried getting her attention but she was too busy talking with coworkers to notice me. This section looks really bad. It is always almost empty. Many times I have bought items from it and found out they we fed e expired. I know that one item has never made it back out because someone pulled all the labels and it never got stocked and when it did it was expired. That item has never been seen again on the section. The fruit and vegetables are always bare. They are always out on the floor, not sure why the place is always bare. This store is now one of the worst walmarts I have ever shopped at. read more

Not much can be said about this location because it is the ONLY place in town to shop. So any complaints about how they can't maintain stock on items, their inability to keep up with customer demands, and limited selection is nullified because there isn't anywhere else to GO! I will say though the staff for the majority is outstanding! Easy to talk to and they go out of their way to help you if they can. I would recommend a change in logistics management for this location though! read more

Walmart is the only big store in town. Things are not kept stocked!!! They are open 24 hours a day. The clerks are helpful but half the time what you need is out of stock....If you ask well have to wait when the truck comes and then we will know if it is on it. :-(.....It has gotten worse not better. If they are stocking it is during the busy time of the store not over night. With huge carts in the aisle or blocking the aisle. It needs better management. I am thinking of going to Tullahoma, Tn. or Meridianville, Al. For my shopping better shopping. read more

The Walmart in Fayetteville TN is big. Thats about all-a few years ago they remodeled the store. Which means they have less items to pick from. It appears that they took the three biggest selling items in any one category and thats all they sell. Coffee is one example-had a big selection of different brands and flavors but not anymore. Also the customer service is practically non-existent. If you ask a pea-on a question they just shrug their shoulders or say I don't know or whatever is on the truck. If you ask management they do/say the same thing except they use the word "corp" in whatever non-answer they are giving you. Another thing is the cash registers-why so many that by the way are never used-even on busy holidays. And at night after the one door is locked (and you can only come/out of one door-they have one cash register that you can check-out of and its in the middle-not by the door (the only door) that you can leave by no thought for the distance and effort of the customer. Sell the registers and put the benches in there place. Benches that use to sit around for tired elderly people (one is my mother 88yrs) to use-but after moving them repeatedly-they just did away with them or the employees use them out back. Another example of non-existent customer service. The attitude is screw the customer we can fit more shelves w/merchandise in here or this system is whats best for us-because were whats important. I try not to go into walmart as little as possible!! The so called deals have left the building when it comes to walmart-even the clearance isle is not worth the bother.
