I've been stressed and worried about finding work elsewhere. Compared to the quality of Brooks Brothers clothing, nothing I had came close. I called and made sure Eric was working, came on over and he was absolutely awesome at helping me out. I told him my needs and my lack of knowledge in the professional business apparel world. He made sure to point out specials/promos they had, gave me excellent advice and comparisons on selections, styles, colors. This was also my first time shopping at any Brooks Brothers. He was kind enough to stay a little past his scheduled time to finish the transaction and take care of me. I came in not confident, stressed, worried about looking good for the interview I had the next day. I left feeling confident and a lot less stressed knowing I had high quality and really good looking professional clothing. During the visit he had to help some other customers and gave them the same level of customer service. Highly highly recommend to anyone needing quality and professional clothing coupled with excellent customer service that is personable.

Their policies on price matching are a bit crazy, but I understand it's a store policy and not an employee thing, so I don't make a fuss. I save more money at target than the regular grocery store. Occasionally long check out lines, but since they installed self check out lanes, it makes shopping much faster.

The location is downtown, and it's clearly a building with history. But I have to say this establishment was very clean and spacious and nicely displayed. Staff were friendly and helpful. A lot has changed from over 25 years ago and we had some giggles and oh my gods! I saw a lot of things I did not know existed. I noticed that the name Lions Den was on a lot of the merchandise and I asked if this was a chain. I was told there are over 50 in the U.S. they even have a rewards club card...lol. I thought the items were pricy but like I said, I have nothing to compare to. Now a days everything seems expensive.

One of the employees approached us and whispered that laughing and speaking loudly can be kink shaming to those around you and that another customer was giving us a dirty look. This comment made us feel ashamed to be openly discussing the item we wanted to buy. After this employee very quietly whispered that, they then proceeded to speak at normal volume and ask if we had any questions... this gave us a very poor experience. We were not paying attention to any of the other customers in the store, and we had no intention of kink shaming anyone at all.
