A picture of the clearance sticker

I purchased a coloring book online for $8.00. When it arrived there was a $3.00 sticker on the cover. I called customer service to see if I could get a refund for the difference. I was told no, that the price online is the items price. I then asked to speak with a supervisor. When the supervisor answered she restated the same thing and told me there was nothing that could be done. I again, tried to explain that the price on the book was only $3.00 and that if I attempted to remove the sticker the book would be destroyed. Keep in mind, the other book did not have a sticker and I paid less than $8.00 for it. The supervisor again said there was nothing that could be done. I asked for a refund and was told one would be started but it never was. I went to my local Walmart, explained the same issue and was given a refund for the difference along with an apology for the inconvenience. With that being said, the customer service department online/ over the phone has really gone downhill. I hope the Walmart corporation finds better employees to deal with their customers online/over the phone, then what they currently have. Again, thank you Glen Burnie Chesapeake Center Walmart for exemplifying great customer service. You listen to my issue, made a logical decision and apologized for the inconvenience.

Walmart and AT&T , electronic department, Glen Burnie, MD 21060 Never buy a phone and change phone carriers with these two companies! I signed up for the Unlimited Max plan, which requires a new single line, purchase of a new device and in-store activation - $50 per month, unlimited data, 10GB mobile hotspot, 100 GB cloud storage. Customer service at AT&T informed me that they do not have this plan!!!!! After countless hours of calling and talking to a SIX customer service representatives from AT&T, I did not receive what I paid for. This is complete fraud! I personally went back to Walmart electronics department and a young lady informed me it's out of their hands and to contact AT&T customer service. I went to a AT&T store and I was informed they never heard of this deal. In the end, I was con and robbed. I did not receive any help from Walmart geek squad, they failed to return my phone calls. My first AT&T billed was $112, but it was changed to $72. Walmart & AT&T should be investigated. Today, I am on some different phone plan, with no hotspot data and no cloud storage. I do not know what my next bill will be because taxes and other fees will apply. There's even a fee to deactivate my phone. Customer assistance from AT&T did not know or will not tell me the fee costs! This is horrible! I should have stand with T-Mobile!!! Dearly noted, when I purchased the phone, OSL, personnel Youly was excellent. He spent well over a hour helping me to buy a new phone with AT&T, unfortunately, these two companies are not on the same page.

The store is not sanitary while it has a full Supercenter the staff is not helpful. Meat scales haven't been cleaned or wiped all day !!

This Walmart has undergone a complete resurfacing and several changes in layout. It has recently been expanded into a new Walmart Supercenter. I was very excited about this, as the store is just minutes away from our home. Also, it's not nearly as crowded as the Quarterfield Rd Walmart, so I prefer to shop here. However, within just a week or two of the grocery section opening, I found myself staring at moldy strawberries and expired meats. Perhaps it's TOO stocked for the little traffic the store receives? I don't know, but I am definitely a Target fan in the Target vs. Walmart debate, and this experience has only reinforced my reasons why. Unfortunately, I won't be going back unless I'm really in need of something. I really wanted to like this store better since it had been redone, but unfortunately, that didn't happen.

I'm typically not a huge fan of Walmart because it's usually packed, unorganized and too much going on for me.

I order my groceries from Amazon so naturally, I wanted to checkout the store. Let me tell you, technology is amazing! The cart is a scale! Well, you do have the option to use a 'normal' cart or the computerized cart if you're a Prime member. But yeah, the cart asks you to add your bags first so it can take that weight into consideration. Then, as you add items such as fruits or veggies that require a weight to determine cost, the cart does it all for you. And, it's accurate. crazy! What's also pretty cool is the cart knows where you are in the store. As you shop the screen brings up items from the aisle you're in. Just scan the item, place it in your cart, and keep on shopping. If you attempt to remove something from your cart, it KNOWS! It's ack you if & what you removed. Also, there's several 'Last Call' sections throughout the store where items are reduced. I got some beef from the Last Call meat section. Unlike some grocery stores where meat is on clearance, this beef looked fresh! Reduced from $23 to $14. Perfect for beef stew as the weather gets colder. Then, when you're done shopping you just ride out through the dash cart lane and you're done! I love it. The store was very clean! And of course there were several shoppers preparing groceries for those who order on-line (like myself). I've always noticed the prices ARE better at Amazon, which is why I shop there. I can usually find whatever it is I'm looking for and more. If you haven't given it a try, check it out.

There was plenty of parking on the lot. Upon entering the store, you can choose a traditional grocery cart or you can use the Dash cart if you are a Amazon Prime member and electronically input your information in the display located on the handle of the cart, put your items in the cart, and they will automatically scan the item and the price displayed on the screen on the cart. The ambiance was as any other grocery store. The staff were pleasant and ready to assist. If you are a Prime member, make sure you scan any QR codes for discounts located at the customer service counter. I usually come here only to return items to Amazon, but was told I need to check the store out. I came and perused the store and yes, there were items that were priced 30-50% lower than traditional grocery stores. They have a bakery, deli counter with hot pizza available for takeout. They have the traditional areas of a grocery store: produce, meat, frozen food, seafood, aisles of canned, dry, personal care and home/ laundry. They even have the Amazon brand of a variety of items comparable to grocery chain's in-house brands. They have self- checkout options as well. All in all, a nice option to your traditional grocery store.

Aldi is one of 4 grocery stores I frequent and when I Googled Aldi, I found one very close to the Lowe's. It was pretty slow at the time I arrived (fairly early morning) which was perfect. This particular Aldi was familiar as they all are. I was quickly able to navigate the [fairly] clean aisles to find the items I needed. The ciabatta buns I bought this day were the freshest ones I've had from Aldi. I did self checkout. I didn't interact with a soul my visit, but I'm ok with that.

I forgot that you needed a quarter to get a cart, but no big deal, I can hold the couple of items I may grab. I also took in a reusable bag to carry my stuff out. I grabbed a few snacks that looked okay. The produce was awful and moldy. The meat was grey and questionable. I decided to leave and at the check out, the cashier loaded my items into a cart he had. I pulled the cart aside to the side table so I could load my items into my bag and the person behind me didn't have to wait. The cashier yelled at me to bring the cart back and that it wasn't my quarter. I told him I will bring it back to him. This place is laughable. Take your quarter.

And then she started to hold it against us, even though she would always say, "get whatever you want." So when Costco came out proclaiming that they were going to keep their DEI practices in place, Jeremy and I got our own membership. DEI represents groups that are historically underrepresented or marginalized, including those based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, religion, national origin, and veteran status. So, to me, any corporation who wants to be against looking out for any of those people can suck it. We usually shop at the Costco on Pulaski Highway in Baltimore County, but we were trying to fill some time before an appointment and decided to tuck in here to get a super cool Lego Japanese maple tree set for a friend for xmas. I like that if I find a product at one Costco it's probably going to be available at all Costcos. And while we weren't there for groceries, I also like buying my meats at Costco. We can make those big packages stretch for months sometimes and there's something comforting about knowing you have something for dinner for a while and don't have to give a lot of thought to it. I do recommend breaking down your meat into appropriate serving sizes before you freeze them. You can get one of those vacuum sealers to keep things from getting freezer burn, but a plastic zip bag will do in a pinch. One of the bad things about Costco is that they don't accept all forms of payment. They'll accept food stamps (they sell milk) but some credit cards won't be accepted. Also, because there's a membership fee (I think its like $50-60), Costco isn't an option for everybody, and I don't really like that kind of elitist nonsense. I feel like the people who can't afford the membership would be the type of people who would benefit the most from buying in bulk to save money. I like Costco. I wish I could share the experience with everyone, not just the middle class...
