Was checking out on Halloween just after 6PM and there was only ONE checker on duty. I don't like using the self checkout, especially since there is no discount for doing their job. When I asked why there was only one checker working, I was told a lot of them went home at 6. So why didn't they also have some start at 6 or 5:30? Not only are their employees unable to do their jobs, but now Walmart is stealing from me. My order for tea bags and cat food was supposed to be shipped. It arrived late, which is no surprise, but inside the box there was only the tea bags. I received a message saying that both were delivered, so I called an spoke with an associate. He said they were out of stock for the cat food and I would be issued a refund. Later I received a message saying that the package was sent and they would not issue a refund for the cat food I did not receive. This is the third time that I have had a bad experience with 'Walmart +. Twice with shipments I didn't receive and once they delivered my groceries to someone else. Worse service ever! I don't know why I keep going back to this Walmart auto center, they suck!!!!!! I dropped a tire for a repair (nail) that I took off the vehicle myself, since I bought all 4 tires there and the hazard insurance. I dropped it early in the morning, there was only one vehicle in a bay and theotjer bays were empty. The employee as very nice and he said there was no one in line and should have my tire ready in no time. I went in to the store to wait/shop and I did not get a call. I came back 3 hours later and the employee at the counter broght back my tire and wheel as if it was repaired. The nail was still in the tire !!!!! The employee apologized and said that tjey would get in it right away. 3 more hours and no call for it yet. Walmart sucks! I don't know why they can't get it straight. Every time I go to get service there, something happens. I would stay far away from thier car center, it is not worth your time and money. read more

Tire/automotive center was amazing!!! After a terrible experience at another local tire shop, my mom and I ended up here and we're completely amazed and satisfied with the excellent service. My mom was visiting from Phoenix and had a nail in her tire. It was a tire that had already been repaired, so we understood that it could not be repaired again because they were too close together. Bill and Jesus took care of her problem with no issues. My mom was able to buy one tire and safely return to Phoenix the following day! (Something that was NOT offered by the local tire shop! not the first time, I have waited for about 15 or 20 minutes in the automotive section for somebody to check me out. Nobody shows up even with me pushing the help needed button in sporting goods And somebody announcing it over the loudspeaker.The automotive section does not have needed button, but it seems it would not matter either way.One employee passed me and went out to the garage. He told me somebody will be right there which nobody showed up. I also am annoyed that they have people who work there they do not speak any English. I bought an ink cartridge at Walmart Supercenter on Nogales Hwy in Sahuarita AZ. When I tried to install it in my printer, I kept getting an error saying Cartridge cannot communicate with printer. This was the correct cartridge for my printer. When I tried to exchange it at Walmart, I was informed that it is not their problem. They were not going to do anything about it. All I wanted to do was exchange it, not ask for my money back. I need my printer to work so I had no choice but to buy another cartridge. In essence, I paid twice for one ink cartridge. This should not happen. All they would have to do is return the bad cartridge to whatever source they got it from for credit. In my opinion, anyone who buys an electronic item or supplies for an electronic item from that Walmart, should be prepared to lose their money. I do not recommend buying any electronic devices or supplies for those devices at this particular Walmart. read more

There was an item on sale with a yellow tag. I took it to checkout and the price didn't match. When I asked the employee who monitors self checkout she said she couldn't verify if the item was on sale or not. When I asked for someone to check, another lady came buy and asked if I took a picture otherwise she couldn't honor the price either. I don't understand why couldn't they go check since they're more than enough staff standing around monitoring. They no longer cashier, at least go price check! read more

You'll be transferred from one person to the next to the next to the next and you will NEVER be connected to the correct department. Self Checkout in Green Valley, AZ Wal Mart. I usually do my grocery shopping there once a week and use self check out, the only really available option. This week I go to the check out and the women watching over the self checkouts where I am stands about 3 feet away from me the entire time watching me scan every item, she walks by my cart several times looking very intently at the contents. I left 2 12 packs of canned soda, 2 6 packs of bottle soda and an 80 count of paper plates in the cart. When I had scanned and bagged all the small items I then scanned the items in the cart using handheld scanner. As I was waiting for my receipt to print she came up and told me I didn't scan the 2 6 packs of soda. I said I did and would show her the receipt. She was looking at her Wal Mart phone and just before me showing her the receipt she said, oh now I see it, no sorry, no my bad. The impression I had was that from the moment I got to the check out she thought I was going to steal something. Not sure if I was profiled or what, but I am not a happy camper. You accuse somebody of something you better be right. I feel very uncomfortable being scrutinized from the moment I get to the check out to the minute my receipt prints. I spend quite a bit of money in that store which helps pay her salary. I am not forced to shop at that Wal Mart, I have a good salary and have other options, unfortunately others do not and must tolerate the abuse. I know in the future if I am in self check out I will have increased anxiety, this is w3hat you want for your customers? Not sure if this is a poor Management issue or what, but I would think cooperate needs to look into this store. You are going to lose good customers over things like this. The store has undergone a lot of changes in the last few months, and not for the better. The alcohol section is much bigger, which is appropriate because a person would have to be drunk to shop there. Many other sections have been moved too, and things were very difficult to find. But the reason for the one star rating is the complete lack of checkers. The store is almost entirely self checkout, and I don't use those. I don't work there, and humans need jobs. The fact that I had to ask for a human to check me out is insulting. I get so tired of Walmart getting rid of checkers and then complaining about theft. This is a very slow auto service center. People come here because their auto work can be completed while they shop. That is a convenient aspect but we shopped for an hour, waited in line for and picked up a prescription and still nothing done....Very nice manager but very slow service. This review probably pertains more to Walmart.com than the auto center itself but it should be useful to others. On July 6th I ordered and paid online for a tire to be installed at the auto center. The appointment was for July 13th. I received both email and text reminders and I showed up on time at 7 a.m.--only to learn that the tire was never delivered to the auto center. I cancelled the order. I will check in a few days to see if the credit has been issued. The lesson here is to call and confirm delivery of the merchandise before going to your appointment. read more

Do NOT buy tires from WALMART!!!I ordered tires online and had them installed in November 2020. Because I ordered them online, they offered me their road hazard protection for all of the tires for $10 each. In addition, I purchased lifetime rotation for each tire for $14 each. On Monday, April 11,2021, I got a screw in the driver's side rear tire, so I took the car in for a repair. Upon arrival, the tech told me that he could not repair the tire, and because I purchased the tires online I would have to re-order a new tire and pay full price. I asked what the road hazard protection did, and he stated that because they were purchased online the road hazard protection did not cover replacing the tire unless the tread depth was less than 25% worn. I proceeded to order the tire and had to wait until Wednesday for it to come in. On Wednesday, I received notice that the tire had arrived, and when I showed up the tech (not the same from Monday) told me that they were short staffed and that I would not be able to be helped. I ended up speaking with the interim manager, and he got me in. 3 hours later I got me tire replaced, and I was told to call the store back the next day to aak about getting my refund for the tire. Are you kidding me??? Walmart you suck!!! I have to call whenever I get a chance and hopefully I will get refunded for my new tire that I had to buy because the road hazard protection is a sham and does not cover sh!t. read more

For a Walmart its a decent place. Prices are very good and they generally have most products in stock. We find the staff friendly and alot more pleasant than the staff at Frys, We find it convenient to have so many items under the same roof. I see all the complaints about the manager but we have always been treated well. During the height of Covid they acted responsibly which isnt always the case in Arizona. read more

I had a 1pm appointment to get new tires. I pulled up about 10min early. was grumpily greeted by an employee. Left my car and went into walmart. 2pm no call that my car was done so I walked back to check and nobody even started working on my car. 3pm again went to the tire department and still nobody has started. I complained to the inside employee and started walking around again. at 3;20 I got a text that my car was started. She said no this is bent I said it formed to my wallet and it always words I think this reader is messed up she said I just need to straighten your card. I said no use this card, but heard a "Snap". The items were not in stock, however Elma went above and beyond by providing the option to have her manage get in touch with me when they do become available. She took down my name, number and gave a rough time when the manage might call. Now, I've done this before at different walmarts.. & have had it go both ways. Good and bad. So, I cant say how it will pan out this time. But I have to give praise to Elma for at least doing what she could. Rather than pushing me off with a "no, we dont have it". read more

Cashiers are extra nice, probably bc all of the super cranky Minnesota people...and I thought calizuela people were rude...but staff here are very well equipped to deal with the Karen's of the world.... This review is a serious attempt to be objectively honest and to simply state the realty of what exists in this facility. It is literally one of the very worst and poorly managed bisinesses I have ever interfaced in 78 years of life. For starters, it is as filthy as it can possibly be. The employees there are at once unknowing, unaware and uncaring with no incentive to improve. Located in a neighborhood where easily 75% of their customer base is over 65 and have a high incidence of handicapped shoppers, Wal-Mart offers a scooter program to assist those who need it. I don't know how many scooters they have but I do know that few of them ever work, and even when they do work they don't operate well, nor are they reliable. When any employee is asked about the scooters they will all give you the same answer - "shoulder shrug". I've been to Wal-Mart stores across the country, and as I said, honest to god, this one must needs be the very bottom of the pile. Its just awful on evey single point of consideration. read more

These people's problem here at this Walmart and most others is that they have so many customers and make so much money that they think they can afford to treat people like garbage and make them wait half the day to checkout. Several of the cashiers are elderly and while i think its great to employ them maybe find another place for them to work besides checkout. A few weeks ago I went to this location and was next in line with several hundred dollars worth of groceries on the conveyor belt ready to be checked out. The cashier Kathleen was taking absolutely forever chatting with the customer in front of me that she was checking out while my groceries sat melting. When it finally seemed it would end this customer pulled out some kind of a personal check and wanted it cashed partially and applied to her balance partially and added to another account. I'm sorry I didn't realize I was at a bank. It seemed clear that this was some kind of a scam which this particular cashier was not smart enough to figure out. Of course she made several mistakes during this transaction causing me to have to wait for over 40 minutes next in line. Finally a manager came and informed everyone in line it would be several more minutes to straighten out never once offering to open another register to accommodate alerting customers or apologizing for the delay. Finally I had enough and informed them I would be leaving and they could put the groceries away that had by then been sitting for close to an hour. The incompetent manager whose name I did not get proceeded to chase me out the door berating me for being impatient. Frys is worth the little bit of extra money you have to pay in order to be treated like a human being and check out within a reasonable amount of time. read more

We stopped at the auto center due to low tire pressure warning. 2 hrs to repair a flat??? Seriously?? My husband has managed several tire centers and just from watching him repair a flat I could have done myself. There were a minimum of three employees with nothing to do, standing around. The guy who "worked " on our flat spent a lot of time just standing around. We watched three oil changes completed in the time this guy took to repair "a" flat tire. I will NEVER bring our vehicle here for work again. None of the employees worked with a sense of urgency to get their job done. The customer is waiting for crying out loud. I had a very painful experience at Walmart auto center today. I arrived there at 11 to drop my car off. I told the technician that the passenger side front tire had a leak and I wanted it changed even told him which type of tire I wanted. I knew it was going to take a while because I had two people ahead of me so I took the time to go shopping in Walmart. During that time they called me so I rushed back because I thought the car was done. I was then informed that the technician said all 4 of my tires looked brand new and why did I want to change them. I then told the young lady at the front Carolina that the passenger front side tire has a leak and I wanted a new tire. It was already 1230pm then I waited for approximately one more hrs. I was informed the car was finished and waited until 230 for my keys 30 minutes after signing my paperwork. The tire was changed 100 dollars later and 1 tire total time elapsed 4hrs for one tire and that didn't seem that busy. read more
