I try to avoid shopping here as much as possible. But we are a small town so ventures in are unavoidable sometimes. It is just impossible to ever find help here that actually want to help you and when you do find them it seems like I am interrupting them and you get the rolled eyes and such. There are a few associates I will seek out that are very genuine and that I appreciate. Not really fond of the produce in this store, better selections in other stores. read more

The online pick up is a disaster. Customer service was snide when they told me I had to go to the back of the store to pick up my package. The package was there but the computer didn't work. They had to get a manager to come over ride and couldn't make that work either. What should've been a easy less time consuming process took 30 minutes. Do not use them for online pick up. read more

If you can't keep up with the demands of your customers then please hire employees that can do the jobs at hand. Recently went into this store after traveling from Rhode Island, and I can honestly say this store is a mess and employees are so busy discussing their weekend that they can't offer any assistance! Clothes all over the places, and the electronics department is beyond competence! "What is the difference between the $50 portable battery and the $10 portable battery by the cash register? This Walmart has a parking lot full of customers and it decides to just close in the middle of a Saturday afternoon. Who does that? Then the manager gives a feeble reason - we're protecting the community. We're going to clean and stock up and be ready for business on Monday. No business just ups and closes in the middle of the day without warning or reason. The least he could have done is told me the truth. I wont be there Monday or ever. read more

Been to many Walmart I would say this is the best Walmart, cleanest and very organized. Things are where supposed to be easy to find. Staffs are very knowledgeable about things are. Auto center is a plus! Been here many times to get tires and oil changes, price are unbeatable. Only downside is that they said "when your car is ready we will call you" been there many times never call. Until it's time for them to close down auto center department. read more

Like another reviewer said, "it's Walmart," having said that, they still are maintaining their unfavorable reputation due to their employees. Today they had a "watch type person" stationed at the entrance to the garden center instead of a cashier where there is a designated spot. I asked him what/where was the cashier? He said inside with an inference that I should know. I went inside to find 11 people inline to be helped by one cashier when there are 2 registers. I asked the same watchdog about getting some help as the cashier seemed oblivious to the line and this person looked at the line then at me and acted like he needed to hurry back to his stool! I am doubtful that management reads or even cares about their Yelp rating because y'all have gotten so if - too big! Just a piece of advice to management and your training staff: train your employees where things are in your store! I rarely shop Walmart AZ because of poor service, prices are cheaper elsewhere (yes, I know about price matching but frankly, too time consuming to go through the process), poor employee treatment and starting to lack on selection! But mainly, I like to go to a store where I can ask employee where an item is and they don't waive their hand to the entire store to tell me "I'm not sure somewhere over there". This is not the first time, by far. In fact, I've even assisted many customers myself by providing directions to the correct aisle that has the items they are looking for! read more

This is a large Walmart with tons of stuff. It is one of the only Walmarts in the Tucson area that has some motorcycle supplies. When ever I need oil for my motorcycle this is the place I go. The staff is friendly, there is ample parking and it is easy in and out off of Nogales Hwy or I-19. read more

All of these people that work here have such attitudes, they all hate thier jobs, I avoid, I would rather spend more some where else, and maybe if Walmart paid them more, they would be nicer, but I think these kind of people are just not going to ever be happy, and that's why they work at Walmart!! read more

A review on the car care center on this Walmart on Nogales Hwy. After several estimates I chose this location for new tires. I went in they made the estimate and I ordered my tires which I needed badly. It took them 4 days to have the tires come in 1 they had in, 2 they needed to order. I kept calling to see if they had arrived, the young lady who answered would say no they're not in yet we'll call you. The last day I called the manager put me on hold for about 10 min and said there in. Never did I get a call to let me know they were there. I was very frustrated! I went to the other business where I got an estimate, within the x day I had my new tires mounted shame on you Walmart!!!! read more

What can I say, its walmart. They have decent prices and generally have the things I need. The biggest problems they have would be the employees. A few times I went and just had an awful experience due to the workers. They were rude and just didn't care. If you are going here and dont know whay you need, find out first. read more

The Wal-Mart Tire and Lube Center has a new asst manager who's making some positive changes. They're FINALLY hiring more staff to cut down on wait times. I was helped today by Seth, a very personable mechanic, and a great face for the company. I was ready to give up on this *formerly* poorly managed department, but people like him may keep me coming back. There's still room for improvement - time will tell if Wal-Mart continues on the right track. read more

I used to dislike this Walmart, but after visiting pretty much all of the others Supercenters in Tucson, I am incredibly grateful that this is the one closest to me. The lines here never get too long, the parking is good, and it's very clean. The employees are very nice and helpful for the most part. There are some who are not so polite, but that's to be expected with any retail store. My main gripe with this place is that they're often out of the things I need. I typically prefer to shop at Safeway, but Walmart is definitely cheaper and they do have a bigger selection. read more

We live nearby and shop here frequently because of the low prices and wide assortment of products. Customer service is very hit and miss but we put up with it because of the above. Stopped at the deli to pick up luncheon meat but gave up after 5 minutes. There were no other customers and two attendants who kept their heads down and totally ignored us.
