Walmart will always be Walmart . Workers walk right pass and don't speak or ask if you need help. Stockers leave carts in the middle of the isle and you can't even get around them. Just rude. At least the self check out lady was nice to me. read more

Yeah I know a lot of people beef about Walmart and a lot of people of Walmart and I just use Walmart to get what I need when I need it especially in these smaller towns we're finding a Walmart means you can find a lot of things that just might be a little more difficult or expensive to find around town. This Walmart had great fresh flowers and incredible vegetables and fruits and a bakery. Well I took a little bit of something from each of those areas and moved on and was quite happy. Service is good. Restrooms are clean. And there's a nice bench to sit on as you collect up everything before you leave. I have never been treated so horribly at a store. An associate came up to me and confronted me. She very angrily started snapping and yelling at me. Instead of being professional she was just the opposite. I have respiratory health issues and breathing with a mask on is almost impossible for me. I tried to explain this to her and she yelled that if she could wear one with her issue then I could keep one on. Thankfully the store was closing so I told her the store is closing shortly so I will just leave. I used to shop there all the time but no more. I'm not spending any money where the employees don't understand the concept of good customer service. read more

I went in to get a tube for a bubble stone in aquatics. I was absolutely disgusted!! I first found a dead Betta siting in nasty brown water it has obviously been sitting there dead for some time. I started looking into the tanks and was extremely saddened in every single Tank there were multiple dead fish!!! I started looking at the tanks filters often where dead fish end up there were 9 10 dead fish in each tank on the bottom clogging the filter!! When leaving a dead fish in the tank it can cause serious health risks to the other fish! The dead fish need to be pulled mornings threw out the day AND AT NIGHT! Walmart doesn't care for the fish and what happens to them! The fish should be treated like they are living animals not just a product! Go to Petco the aquatic specialist actually knows how to take care of fish and does it properly! Shame on Walmart! read more

I was in need of an oil change but was limited on time. Knowing the auto center opened at 7:00 am I was there at 6:50 and was in front of the service door first in line. I had been told by numerous staff there that was the procedure to get the oil changed. When the service tech came out to get my information ect. he told me I would have at least an hour wait to which I responded "what do you mean ? I am the first in line. He responded saying those behind me had been to the counter and even though they were actually behind me in line they were going to service them first as they had gone to the service counter before actual opening time. Furious I asked to speak to a manager and was told because they didn't have enough techs at the time to deal with every thing so she made the call to take an order line inside. Inconsistent policy and customer service has lead to my decision to take ALL of my business elsewhere. Not just a few things now and then I mean EVERYTHING EVERY TIME I GO SHOPPING. If I could give a negative star rating I would as this iosn't the only time I've had B.S. customer service with Hastings Walmart. read more
