After being told it was stocked daily 3 days ago I was later informed that it was not & they barely received anything & that I would need to check back in a few days to see if I would be one of the 1 to 2 patients out of multiple customers needing this medication who would actually receive it. Because it was "over prescribed" & they had a nationwide shortage. I've now learned this is only a CVS issue & have transferred my prescription to Walgreens without issues. To the male pharmacist that decided to inject his personal opinions & bias into my medical situation & distribution of a medication my highly educated medical professional prescribed to me... you are disgusting & have absolutely no business interacting with the public let alone having any control over what medication patients are receiving from the business you are employed by. CVS you're just trash.

She wouldn't even try to take Amy steps beyond her 'oh, well' attitude. This is literally life and death and she couldn't be bothered calling, checking, etc. Other issues involve no communication and promising medication and not delivering. "They had a delay" can only be used so many times. I left CVS over this stuff in the past, and now I'm reminded of why.

I just swapped my prescription over here from Walgreens. My doctor writes my prescription for three…read moremonths at a time but my insurance only covers it if it is filled one month at a time. Walgreens would not let me fill it one month at a time. Walmart had no issue with doing this. Instead of paying $60+ at Walgreens since they couldn't fulfill it one month at a time, my insurance now covers it 100% and I pay $0.00 since Walmart was so nice and can do it one month at a time. Sticking here for my prescriptions!

(pretty close to it, anyways) Store was CLEAN, fresh smelling and shelves well stocked. I found all 3 items in under 3 minutes. Walking up to the register, I grabbed a case of water and some snacks as well. Good marketing placement of these items! Walgreens saved me a later trip! While checking out, the very friendly clerk asked me if I found everything and I said yes plus some. She laughed and noted she always does that, too. Then as she was checking me out, mentioned if I got 1 more of each of the snack items, they would be free, so back I went and grabbed them. Pretty cool, and thank you Walgreens!
