When I discovered a crucial piece missing from a purchased product --an essential item needed for an upcoming baby, as shown clearly on the box--the staff were neither helpful nor compassionate. Instead of resolving the issue in-store, they shifted the blame to the manufacturer and refused to take ownership. The situation escalated when a manager dismissed the employee I was speaking with, refused to hear me out, literally looked past me, and began assisting the next customer. It was a glaring example of someone inappropriately wielding their authority. I am incredibly frustrated. This experience has completely eroded my trust in this store. I plan to share this widely--not just through online reviews, but within my community. This interaction gave me the clear impression that Target does not stand behind the products they sell, regardless of how much you spend. It makes me hesitant to shop here again.

This spot is central so it's busy and frequented by the Greater Nashville Area salon owners and licensed cosmetologists. If you are not licensed there is a Sally beauty supply right next door so it's a helpful spot to visit if you have something to add to your kit that doesn't require you to be a professional.
