    Order from these folks at your own risk. Actually, don't order from them. Interesting, the email I received from them says "In-store returns are easy" Uh no. So here's the story. I purchased a set of 4 patio dining chairs and the chairs were so uncomfortable when they arrived, that I wanted to return them 1. Went to the first Walmart store to return and unloaded the chairs going into the store. The returns desk told me their machine had been broken for months and had no clue when it would be fixed. (Walmart on Westview and Beltway 8) 2. Went to the second Walmart store to return and unloaded the chairs going into the store. The returns desk told RUDELY - couldn't I see their systems were down? Obviously no I couldn't.(Walmart on Silber Road just north of I-10) 3. Called Walmart #3 on Yale and 1-10 and the phone rang for five more minutes with no one ever answering. 4 Called Walmart #4 on S Rice Blvd and the phone rang for five more minutes with no one ever answering. So I took the chairs home and decided to do an online return. Was on the phone for a TON of time and they finally told me they would send someone to pick them up and gave me $25 gift card for my trouble. At this point, I am 3 hours into the process and lord knows how much gas. I don't think $25 is much of a consolation prize. I waited a couple of days and NO one picked up the chairs. Called again. This person told me the first person had only done a return on two of the chairs but she was there to fix it. She scheduled the US Post Office to pick the chairs up. I said where is the shipping label. She said you don't need a shipping label just the bar code. The Postman looked suspicious also. Good to know I am not the only one worried about my $225 return. He took them on the truck and said they would probably be returned back to me. Today I called yet again and this time, thinking I would get better service if I asked to speak to a supervisor. Uh no. His response was where are the chairs? I said I sent them with the person you schedule to pick them up. He said how do I know? I said your agent scheduled them. He said I don't see anything in the system. Not sure how I can help. I said "dude, you have to be kidding me!". He said what did you call me? I said dude. I know dude has four letters but I don't consider that a four letter word. Finally he said he will have to check with the billing department. I write this story as a warning to NEVER order things from WalMart online. NEVER. God only knows where my chairs are but I took a picture of them being loaded on the Post Office vehicle.

    Wanted to buy a pet whale. Lots of them in America I hear. Big obesity problem. Came here. Didn't have any for sale. Should have gone to Whalemart. It's definitely not my favourite Walmart - but is there such thing as a favourite Walmart? I would hope not... It seems pretty new although I have no idea whether it is. It's a little hard to get to, close to 610 and 10, but with so many exits and junctions around here, finding a way on to the various freeways or off of them can be a little challenging. Like the Challenger. Nevertheless it's good to have it here. This location is in Spring Branch. Want to see my Spring Branch?

    The security is horrible! They follow everybody and anything! They are rude and judgmental. You cannot shop in Walmart in peace.

Not necessarily the coupon but I had a good experience on the clearance rack at the other Nordstrom Rack in Westchase. But there weren't any thing for me at this Galleria store. Then, I went to the shoe clearance racks but there weren't any clearance shoes. Ok. I found a couple of shoes with special tags on the regular priced racks. Ugh. So unorganized. Back in the summer, it was my first time here after shopped at Westchase Nordstrom Rack and really liked the merchandise. I found a shirt with price tag from Kohls. After I pointed it out to the dressing room attendant, she found a Nordstrom tag to put on there. Then upon check out, the cashier tried so hard to sell me the store credit card. I told her politely as I needed to pay off my current credit card debt before I would apply for their credit card. She said "I'll be watching you next time you come in. You're going to apply for the credit card." I stopped going there during the day.

Hamzah helped me behind the fragrance counters…read more He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient while letting me try several perfumes and even gave me his contact info for if I had questions after. I was introduced to Parfums de Marly. He recommended Valaya Exclusif, but I chose Delina La Rosee instead. After wearing it at home, I realized it wasn't the right scent for me. I still had the scent of the Valaya Exclusif on my other arm and liked how this settled on me! I should have listened to his recommendations. I returned the next day, and the exchange for Valaya Exclusif was quick and easy, even though I had opened the packaging.. Hamzah's recommendation ended up being what I was looking for. He made the whole experience feel welcoming instead of intimidating, and I will for sure be coming back to him for perfume shopping!

After checking their site, I saw a pair of shoes in the sizes I wanted to try available here, so I made the effort to drive on over. I knew what department to head to after seeing a directory and once I approached the area, I saw a woman behind the counter talking to a younger guy (late teens, early 20's) about non-work related stuff (concert tickets). I wasn't aware if he worked there or not but it took me a moment to get her attention. Once I did, she kind of looked me over and went to check stock in the back. She brought out a couple pairs, different colors, in one size although I requested two different sizes. She practically argued with me, saying these would fit, they run large, etc. so I shut it and just tried them on since I really wanted the shoes. I will say she was right, and they fit perfectly (I was running around all day so I wanted to wait after I was active for an accurate fit). She somewhat relaxed and I decided to look at a couple other styles of shoes of the same brand. She then asked if she could ring me up and I let her know I was going to continue shopping and if she could hold them for me. This is where her attitude changed back to the negative. Right then, I decided I was definitely not buying them from her. Shame since other associates seemed to return from break at this time who I feel I would have been pleasant to shop with but at this point, it was too late. Thankfully I found the shoes at another company where the service was on-point, and even though they don't make commission there, I was glad to give another business a sale. Even in a place such as Texas, Nordstrom still manages to fail in customer service (regardless of the department).

My dad also lived in Houston and we'd often do shopping or eating at the mall. My daughter (who is now 30) loved (& still does) skating at the ice rink during the holidays. As part of the promotion, I was supposed to receive a complimentary Ralph Lauren backpack with the men's fragrance, but the sales associate forgot to include it in my bag. When I got home and realized it was missing, I immediately called the store. I tried the fragrance department multiple times, but the phone rang endlessly with no answer. I then called the customer service counter around 9:30p.m., just before closing. The associate told me, "I'm the only one here, I can't leave my counter, and I can't help you." I asked to speak with a manager, and instead of helping, she responded, "What for?" before placing me on hold. No one ever answered, so I hung up. When I called back, I explained that this was unacceptable customer service. Her response shocked me: "Well, I'm off tomorrow, so there's no point complaining about me either." She then put me on hold again, and once again, no one answered. I called a third time and asked, "Do you have any integrity to treat a customer this way?" Her reply was, "I'm off tomorrow, so talking to a manager won't help you either." I was completely stunned by the disrespect, lack of accountability, and dismissive attitude. The missing promotional gift is one issue, but the way I was treated is far more concerning. I will be returning to the store tomorrow to speak with management in person. Macy's should be embarrassed that employees believe it's acceptable to treat paying customers this way. This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in the company.

I asked a male employee where I could find plus size apparel and was immediately directed to 3rd floor NW corner. Then I asked the clerk in that area for suits section and was shown what was available. The store didn't have a lot classic suits in stock there but they told me they could order for me or see if other stores had items. The clerk was super helpful and understood exactly that I needed a dark suit versus the light suits they had available there. I was also directed to the dress section, which had very nice conservative Calvin Klein dresses of which I purchased two. The clerk even reminded me of the 3 way mirror so I could get a good look and she was super helpful giving me her opinion when I asked about a dress. Unlike Macy's, which told me the plus size clothes was all over the women's section. I also bought spanx and was very happy with the service from the clerk in lingerie section. I had to buy an entire outfit so I also went to shoes section and was asked by various clerks if I needed assistance. I was greeted by a clerk who also spoke to me in Spanish and helped me look for the conservative classic pumps I needed. Finally I stopped at makeup particularly Lancôme and was immediately helped--Sónica was so sweet telling me I had a great complexion. I also asked for Mac makeup and she helped me look for my item and told me I could come in for a facial and foundation match. I will for sure be heading back when I have more time so I can have an updated makeup refresh. This experience at the Lancome counter was so much better than a previous poor experience years ago! Overall my shopping experience was great. The store was organized and the staff at every department were super helpful! I did spend quite a lot of money but I had a short amount of time to shop for a particular polished look (job interview) and everyone made it super efficient and were absolutely helpful! I will absolutely be going back to shop!

They are non existent when you need help unless your in the Fragrences area then it's just pure harassment to buy and you can forget about returns. I had a hard time trying to return a brand new kids dress the very next day after I bought it ! Still new with tags and everything just didn't like the color and ordered the same dress in a different color .
