This place is at the corner of Shepherd and Nett, on the first floor. As expected of the area, there is no obvious parking for the business. You have to find some nearby street parking and walk over. I had a perm bracelet from another place that needed to be shortened. I sent an email inquiry to ask if they provide this service before going there (I've gone to another place where they refused to work on anything that wasn't purchased from them so I wanted to be sure before heading out of my way). The email reply confirmed that they do provide this and that it would be $15. I made an appointment online and selected what I needed done. The website showed that it would only be $10 for a single loop and that it required pre-payment. So I paid and headed to my appointment. When I arrived, I told them I was here to have my bracelet shortened and the lady working there told me it would cost $25. I explained that I made an appt and pre-paid it already. She replied that it was just the deposit, not the total cost of the service. It was not clear during the booking that it was a deposit only but fine (maybe it would have been obvious if I had selected something way more expensive and being charged $10 instead). This was fine since the deposit gets applied at the end anyway. I also explained that I have an email reply saying it would cost $15 so I don't know where the $25 came from. She hesitantly agreed that she would only charge me $15 instead. I paid for the $5 difference at the end of the appointment. The inconsistency in the pricing (with additional confusion on appt deposit) is frustrating. I like having a clear idea of what I'm paying without any surprises. The work itself was fine. She clipped off my bracelet, took the old loop off, clipped off the extra length and zapped a new loop on. I'm happy with the end result. read more

I've heard about permanent jewelry for a while now through online. I decided to get one and I had to find a place last minute. I gotta be honest, this wasn't my first choice when I made an appointment, and I was hesitant to come here because of reviews // lack of, but they are actually pretty reputable. I can't speak to the other accessories they had but we got permanent bracelets and they are still in good shape after 5 months. My boyfriend got silver, and I got gold in the same band. I do think silver looks a lot better than gold through time. My gold looks a little darker than the yellow gold it was since I got them. I do take pretty good care of them but I am pretty clumsy and I haven't had any issues with them. Prices vary depending on which band you get and how many charms, but it does and .. they're not cheap! Lol I'll be back for an update in a few months! On my visit to redeem my YEE Perk downstairs at Croff'd, I decided to look around and see if the store fronts I had visited on my last YEE were still present. Regretfully, no. The foot traffic at this place has tremendously dipped. However, there are still some phenomenal vendors here like the Pink Swan Shoppe, which caught my eye as I walked around talking to my Mom on the phone. The earrings pictured on review were actually the ones that caught my eye. These gorgeous angel wing earrings ended up being my niece's favorite color as her eyes lighted up opening her birthday gift. I was lucky to find these gems since it was an impromptu bday gathering, I hate to shop, and I already made plans to give cash and a card. However, something made me leave Croff'd and go upstairs to find these beauties! The young lady behind the counter was very patient and sweet- didn't sweat me for a sale. I passed by the first time and didn't think I should buy, but I got drawn to peruse the space, saw the earrings,and just knew my now teenage niece would adore them (but if she didn't I was glad to make them my Christmas present lol). I even went snowboarding in them and they didn't break off!! Highly recommend going for 14k solid gold chains, and make sure it's soldered. I stopped by with a friend last weekend and now they carry 14k solid gold charms. Although the selection is limited, I hope she brings 14k solid gold letters. The first day I went there the young lady was very attentive and helpful, I was able to get them resized right away. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of asking them to be too tight (totally my fault). So I went back a few days later to have them "re-resized". Yendy was the one who helped me the second time and was SO incredibly helpful. I was not sure what my options were at that point, and I did not want to have to lose the bracelets.
