I went to this Walmart today to pick up a few items, and I was kind of unimpressed with their fruits and vegetables. Everything seem to be wilted and old. The bananas look great, but the aisles were so cluttered with carts that needed to be stocked on the shelves and the people that picked orders for other customers, they don't get out of your way. If you don't get out of their way, they're gonna run you over. And today I ran across four of them and they didn't even speak English. I thought you were supposed to speak English here in America? If they can't speak English, are they legal. But I just found everything to be so crowded and not necessarily dirty, but there wasn't the sense of urgency to keep it clean and customer friendly. I had zero employees asked me if I needed help as I stood there looking around to find a particular item I needed. They just passed by me. Didn't even look at me. I think the Walmart people, management, need to retrain their associates. Teach him about customer service not just cheap foods and fake meats. read more

Placed $171 order for delivery, they delivered one item. The driver even placed a picture of the one item. Store is forcing me to accept the theft of their driver with my groceries and want to issue a refund that will take a week to get instead of immediately. Won't just redeliver my order. Kept me on chat for an hour and kept giving the same generated message responses. Been calling store for an hour and you just get told to call back due to high call volume. This is a scam. They shouldn't be able to send their employees to steal from you and you have to just look the other way. Don't pay for their membership! read more

Store is always a mess. The employees stocking block isles and the personal shoppers are so rude. I try to avoid this location at all cost.

I just was in Walmart grocery shopping and as I entered the store I saw a man walk into the store barefoot! When I reported this to a Manager, she said it happens all the time. I informed her that that was a health code violation she said nothing...I am reporting this to health department in Florida for investigation to occur. I wished I took a picture of this. read more

I frequent this Walmart store since it is very close to my house. Due to the storm surge warnings, I parked my vehicle overnight in a less used area of their parking lot. When I returned today, it was gone -- Walmart had it towed. The nice store greeter got me to someone, who then gave me the wrong phone number of the towing company. And the J&T Auto towing company was a nightmare to deal with; the guy had a bad attitude (and I'm polite). Anyway, I understand that Walmart doesn't want their parking lot to be a storage yard, but this was a special, temporary situation due to severe weather. Walmart certainly doesn't help out the community. Next week I'll be buying my TV from Best Buy or Amazon. read more

Customer service rarely answers the phones and then when they do finally answer after 17 minutes listening to the phone ring somebody will answer and if they are unable to help you they are so ignorant and uneducated they will hang up with you in frustration. I will agree 100%, was there tonight at 10:35 with 2 cart of groceries. I walked up and down and not 1 register was opened only self check out. I ask the girl at self check to get a manager of course no one comes over. Out of the corner of my eye a see 2 managers just standing around laughing and joking! I ask them to please open register to check me out and they told me sorry we are trying to get people out of here we're closing. I said well if you would open some registers we could do that. Mind you I have 2 carts fulls and they want me to self Check out. So I made sure I went super slow and made them wait for 35 minutes while I checked out. I am a driveway machine, for 50 plus years. Changed my own oil. At 78 can not anymore. WARNING, don't use this place. Dangerous to your autos well being. Understanding these are just auto mechanic wanna bee's they should be trained somewhat before working on your car. There appx. 2 weeks ago for oil change. This morning noticed oil spots on garage floor. Fairly new auto, this was wrong. Turns out, walmart auto person over filed by 1 quart. This can be detrimental to the engine. Also only replaced 4 of 10 screws holding up splash pan. BEWARE save yourself possible damage using unqualified people working on your car, just for convenience or to save 5 bucks. P.s. Suffering from extreme pain and dealing with a kidney stone for the ninth day. I had to go out and shop for food. Due to the low oxalate diet I am had to look up many things. This took a considerable amount of time. Big problem is air conditioning worsens the pain, it seems. By the time I was ready to depart the pain level was about 8 on a scale to ten. I went to cash out and I had left my payment forms in my dress wallet yesterday. I very kindly aaked the cashier NOT to put my things back. She said that I had cold items. Again I asked her not to put them back, as I wanted to go home get my card return.. 15 minutes tops. I returned and with a smile she said she had them all put back. So, it is with much frustration that I would now have to reshop everything. Rather than do that. I was going to opt to call Rosa a CUNT here on yelp but, the manager (Gabriel) at customer service did a recon of all my dry goods and sent an employee (Isaac) to get the rest of my goods. Yes I am quite pissed. Next time I know better and I am hiding my cart somewhere in the store. Two-stars for the rating stands. I can't raise the star-level based on back paddling. read more

I went to three Walmart's today. The one on Commercial Way the one on Cortez and the one in Hudson. The one on Commercial Way total she were out of the paint and that's it. The one on Cortez we paged somebody five times to come help us in paint. Finally someone came and all she wanted to do was argue because I was impatient because of all the waiting. Not to mention she knew nothing about paint or how to help me. Instead she started to argue with me her name was Emy. She was an extremely rude employee. Went there at 11:00 PM to purchase a chain saw and groceries. Unbelievably, this huge store only had two (2) models of chain saw: neither of which I wanted. Furthermore, the store was an oven. They must not have had the AC running at all. I was sweating like crazy. Put the damn AC on. The back bathroom is sporting goods was definitely not clean. I used the family rest room it was better. I got some groceries and went to checkout. Ridiculously, there were only two cashiers checking people out. I noticed numerous store employees walking about instead of manning a station and ringing people out. This is not the first time that I have been to this store and experienced that. The outside of this Walmart appears to have been renovated, but it's still Walmart. The customer service is usually terrible (there are a few bright spots here and there), but the low prices keep people coming back and back. This location has self check-out, which does help lessen the wait times to check-out when people know how to use the machines properly. Overall, this isn't the worst Walmart in the area (better than the one in Spring Hill). read more

I went to Walmart Supercenter in Hudson and to purchase some fresh cut cold cuts when I arrived and gave them my order the associates will cutting the Colts hats with masks on but not covering their nose so I requested that they cover their nose which they did was no problem I went you to manager or the coke at the apartment and she said they are only required to have the mask on their face and I told her I thought that was very dangerous so when I got home I called the assistant manager who told me the same thing that the only required to have it on their face I think this is very very unsafe with your nose uncovered cover cutting Michael Cuts so I won't be going back I'm just giving everybody a heads up read more

So Walmart is the go to store for everything, hopefully, customer service is one of them. It's a Super center with many different departments. All of which have extensions, none of which were directed to an actual employee answering the phone, who could actually answer a question. It's difficult to maneuver your way around so much, so calling ahead saves time. Not this time. Given the run around for nearly 45 mints. Unacceptable. DON'T DO IT! I made the huge mistake of trusting Walmart with my car. I needed an oil change and had to get some things from the store so I figured I'd get it done while I shopped. How hard is it to mess up an oil change? I haven't had a problem with this car in years. Suddenly I take it for a simple oil change and now I can't drive it. It's spewing oil everywhere and smoking. Obviously it's a case of their word against mine, but had my car been brought in with the problem it has now then it would have been recorded or even brought to my attention prior to service. As expected, they can't or won't help me, they won't even refund the damn $20 I paid for them to apparently destroy my car. You're not worth a crap to them so you shouldn't expect good customer service at Walmart, that's a given. Even in the unlikely event they lost you as a customer, they have billions more so they couldn't care less. Don't make my mistake, spend the extra $10-20 even $30 more if needed and go to a reputable place when it comes to your vehicle. read more

I bought an item that cost about $60. I used if for a few months, then it was recalled due to a fire hazard. The local news, as well as a sign on the shelf where the item was located, said to return said item to Walmart for a FULL refund. I took it back, got in the ridiculously long customer service line, and tried to return it. The lady looked at it, went in the back for a minute as if to talk to someone, then came out and "offered" me $18 for it as if "full refund" was a negotiable amount. The marked price was still the same on the new lot that replaced the defective lot from which I had purchased the item, so there could be no confusion there. I can only speculate as to whether or not she hoped to pocket the difference, but it would not surprise me. read more

My husband and I went to Wal Mart yesterday to do some shopping, and I went back into the Electronics area to look at some phone gear. I got to the area and started looking and out if nowhere an associate came and started helping. I said to my self, wow, I am lucky!! We talked a bit about the products on display and I told the gentleman that I wanted this item. Then I turned to ask him about the SB cards and he was gone!!!! So I said , Hello? No response. I then went on to say hello to no avail. I knew when I entered the area there three associates talking to each at the register, and now there were NONE!!!! Finally I got someone to answer me, and I'm here to you right, this lady did NOT want to be there at all!! What do you need, she said. I was like REALLY? So I told her about the other associate and how he disappeared, she then tells me she was busy and was going to leave me too!! I looked at her and excuse me? She said that she was busy and I will be back in a minute, but wanted you to know. I then told that i was not stupid and knew what she was saying but she was being rude. She came back got me the SB card, tells me that I have to pay for it there. No problem I said, I had to call my husband in another department to come back. She took off with my card (to the register) I get in line and she starts talking to two associates and they all leave!! My husband gets there and we're still in line because the cashier and another customer were chatting for the last five minutes. Then four associates and a manager get in the area that we are in (register) and I say loud enough for all to hear, that the associate was so rude. Then an older associate says I'll help you ma'am. Then the really rude associate says Oh I have her item here, ma'am come to this register on the other side. I am livid!! The people at Wal-Mart have gotten their raises. Because of this, that does NOT give them the right to be so rude!! I too worked for Wal-Mart and I'm here to tell you, if I talked to ANY customer the way I was talked to yesterday someone would have been written up!! Also, after the Manager heard me say How RUDE they were being, he should have been man enough to ask me Is there ANYTHING that I can do ma'am?
