this review is in regards to the pharmacy (rx). i visited this location yesterday 06.11.24, to pickup my rx from the pharmacy, i must say it was very busy, i guess its that time of season for rx refills etc. i was waiting for some time for there were three other customers at the counter getting their rxs and consultations. the main doctor, im assuming thats who he was, being that he was the only one wearing a white coat, and everyone else was in scrubs only, he looked up and saw how busy it was and how long the line was becoming, and so he quickly stopped what he was doing and walked up to an available open register, and asked who was next that he could help, and that was myself. after he asked my information, he quickly found my rxs and rang me up on the register then consulted me with the rxs, take with food, one rx in the morning the other at night. very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. thank you, will have my rxs sent here from now on, rather than other places. as far as the main walmart, i wish they would change their hours back to 24 hours, i really enjoyed shopping late late at night or very very early in the morning, when no one is there shopping, so i can shop in peace, and not have to worry bout the everyday hustle and bustle shopping that occurs during limited day and evening hours. read more

I received a new riding lawnmower on 7/10/2025. After operating for about 15 min., the engine started leaking oil...a lot. Walmart has an advertised 90 day free return policy and it is still on their web page. on 7/11, I requested and received a return bar code with instructions to return to any store and get full refund. I loaded up the large mower on my trailer and took it to the Atascocita store for my refund, as instructed. I went to customer service and presented my bar code and requested my refund. Mr. Sofi, the manager, REFUSED to honor the authorized return. He says the mower was too large and the bar code return was worthless. The store manager confirmed. I returned home and called customer service. unable to talk to actual person. the recording told me that W/M WILL NOT HONOR the return window...because it is a mower. I was tricked into spending $2448.46. The reason I purchased at w/m was because of their written promised to HONOR returns. In short, they told me to get lost. I will NEVER order groceries for delivery from Walmart again!! I had an order of over $200 with tip to be delivered between 1 & 3 PM today (01/23) to prepared for freeze. First they told me the delivery would be late (with no communication from shopper about my items). Then I got a text saying my groceries were delivered with a picture of them at the front door. Problem: it wasn't my door or my address. I spent a couple of hours trying to get a live voice on the phone as the automated service was no help. No answer at online extension...no answer at operator....no answer at customer service or Human Resources! I finally got an answer at the 1-800 number. They couldn't reorder for delivery and a refund will take 7-10 days which is of NO help to me as now I can't afford to buy again right now and I have no groceries ahead of the freeze! I guess you can say that Walmart is starting to grow on me! I came here during the week of Christmas (4 days before) just after noon to find some gifts for my nieces. I had already ordered online a few weeks ago and found out last week that two of the items I ordered were not big enough for the kids. I returned the items to another store Saturday, but I wanted to make one last attempt to find something for them to open on Christmas Day. The parking lot wasn't extremely packed, but I decided to park on the Christmas Décor side (Plants and Gardens) to avoid too much traffic. I was greeted when I entered and went straight to the toy section thanks to the signage. Like me, there were several patrons looking for the right toys for their loved ones. Some shelves were sparse and empty, but there was still a pretty good selection of items overall. I didn't find exactly what I was looking for, but it was good enough to play with for a few days for the money. Since I didn't have but three items, the express lanes were my oyster! I waited less than five minutes to get checked out and was gone--gone so fast I left a bag! As I was rushing to get to the bathroom, the cashier screamed "MAAM, MAAAAAAM!" really loud and got my attention to get my bags. I would have discovered my misfortune when I left the store to place the bags in my trunk, but I much preferred to hear the lady scream at me in a crowd than to walk back into WalMart during the Christmas season. With a few close fender benders with reckless shoppers trying to rush out of the store, I didn't leave with a headache after my visit, but don't think I'm converting to being a WallyWorld Woman in the near future. I opted to do store pickup because of Covid. From start to finish (me pulling into a designated pickup spot, to someone bringing me my order), it took a little under 30 minutes. YES-you read that right! 30 minutes to pick up 2 items! What's crazy is that I then went directly to Target to do a drive up pickup for a couple orders I had placed there as well. Yesterday I went to this Walmart, which I go to nearly on a daily basis & I had the most embarrassing and heartbreaking experience of my life. I went through self check out with nearly $400 worth of items, I got to the end of my purchase only to have a rude employee named KATHY tell me that I did not ring up all of my items or the "machine" didn't. She was very rude. Because I know I'm not a thief, and because I heard every beep of the machine and saw EVERY item register, I knew this was a LIE so BEFORE she canceled my transaction and paraded me embarrassingly across the front of the store with all of my already bagged items like a thief, I wrote down the total. After enduring all of my items being re-rang up on the other side of the store the total was EXACTLY the same down to the penny! I was so hurt, embarrassed and violated that I nearly cried. To see people shaking their head as they starred & snickered was excruciating. I sought out management to complain only to find that they were completely nonchalant and even seemingly justified the scrutiny that I received for absolutely no reason. As a person who has spent thousands of dollars with Walmart & Sam's club I am appalled. It is time for a stand to be taken. The poor & all too common sub par performance of these employees in these stores need to stop! The discrimination & persecution needs to stop! I try to give the tire and lube center so many chances but have given up on my last visit for a rotation. Be prepared to do some heavy shopping because the mechanics here are extremely slow. I feel like every time I glance at them, they're messing off and not even working on the cars. An oil change or rotation should not take an hour with only 1 car ahead of me. Not to mention, my last oil change went south. They left my car dripping oil. And surprise! They barely tightened the oil filter. Unprofessional! Cashier working on #12, I think her name was Jennifer, was very rude! They had containers going for $1.50 on the app and claimed she couldn't honor it due to a different color lid. Literally THE COLOR OF THE LID. There is a great amount of clothing selections for men,women, and children. Tons of regular house hold items. Was not able to find the grass bags for mowing the lawn. But they have a GREAT selection of kitchenware and accessories! Love that Pioneer Woman! They have a vision center, bank, a reliant energy center, and hair salon. I ordered a part for my wife's bicycle online and told that they didn't have it at my go-to Walmart (Porter, TX) so I had to go to Atascocita and get it. It's amazing how service can be so different in two different stores that are only ten miles apart. The girl that waited on me in the "pickup" area in the front had a hard time finding the back area where you pick up stuff that never made it to the front. I ordered on a Saturday, told it would be ready on a Sunday, went on a Monday, and it still wasn't upfront? I watched her slowly go to the back but only after she got on her phone first. Twenty - thirty minutes later I went to look for her or better yet I went to the lay-a-way area to pick my own item. Meanwhile, a man came up to my wife and asked her what she was waiting on and found out the girl who was pretending to help us had gone to lunch. This guy was nice and got our item and we left.
