I think their prices seem a bit higher than I'd like to pay. $1.99/dozen for eggs. (Aldi sells the essentials for way less. I'm not ashamed to shop there for certain things.) I do buy meat at Food Lion. I got chicken drum sticks or 99 cents/lb. Their beer selection seems limited but unsure if it is because this store seems small. The staff was friendly. The last few times I've been in the store, I have not had a good experience. Today, I went in and had a pleasant interaction at Starbucks. Started my shopping knowing my main item would be in the tech area. I arrive and look around for someone to assist Me. I stood at the counter, walked around the area, called Target from my phone and could not get an answer. After about 20 minutes, I walked until I found an employee. She called on the walkie and someone finally showed up. He seemed irritated from the get go. I was as pleasant as I could be and told him what I was looking for. He opened the cabinet, handed me the package and rang me up. I was a little concerned and wanted to make sure the item was correct. So, I unpackaged and tested it and sure enough, it was the wrong Item. At this point, he was out of sight! Instead of continuing my shopping as I had planned, I ended up at customer service for a refund and took my business to Walmart. The experience was night and day as I was greeted and helped immediately with a smile and thank you! I went to the website to provide this review/ feedback and it kept rerouting me so that was another frustration. I hope my local Target can do better!

After I walked around some of the aisles there was a good amount of items for me to get what I wanted to purchase. The employees I saw were walking around looked like they were trying to put more merchandise on the shelves but they seemed over worked. In the end I was able to get what I needed. The cashier who checked me out was friendly and I paid and left the store. I will try this store again when they are not so busy.
