Trosa is located on Peters Creek Hwy in the Food Lion strip center at the Clemmonsville exit. It's easy to get to and there's plenty of parking which I love. Right inside the door is their whole furniture section, they have tons of tables, chairs, dressers , etc. they even have a whole section of office specific furniture. The prices are very reasonable. This would be a furniture flippers paradise. Towards the back they have shelves of everything from pillows to whole sets of dishes, sports equipment and the most medical mobility equipment I've ever seen anywhere. I'd say, if you are in need of a walker, a bath seat or portable toilet for someone look here because they probably have it at a fraction of the cost it would be to purchase new or rent. The clothing is grouped all together but they aren't keeping it organized as well as it needs to be. All different sizes were mixed in together and I quickly got frustrated and gave up. Both of us had found an item in the kitchen area we wanted so we headed to check out. The workers were very friendly as well. I'll definitely be checking out Trosa regularly in the future. Trosa supports substance abuse treatment. If you want to donate to them, they offer pick up for larger items or you can bring your items to their donation drop off around the back of the store. It started when I couldn't find the Frenchs Onions on aisle 8. Her body language already tensing up as she had to walk to aisle 8 herself to retrieve them. Upon her return she went on to tell me how I didn't go far enough down the aisle as her face is raging and screaming agitation. She then continues, passive aggressively of course, in the most condescending voice ever, like I was stupid, to let her finish with the food first. It wasn't what she said, it was how she said it. She was aggravated with how much stuff I had. Are the cash registers/scanner counters too small for large orders? Yes, absolutely. Did I overload the counter with too many things? It's very possible that I did, yes. My sincere apologies, but I have never in my life been treated with such disdain by someone who was supposed to be a customer representative for the company.
