This Walmart is great. Today I got the oil changed on my van. This was my 1st time having any vehicle work done at a Walmart and I must say it was a great experience. Steph was my technician and she was super nice. She gave me all the oil change change options, knew what she was talking about, set me up in the Walmart system quick and painless, and she got me in and out quickly for a great price. It was a cool experience being able to shop while your car gets worked on. This Walmart has everything so there was plenty of things to look at. Of course I ended up spending some money while there. But truth be told sometimes I feel like Walmart is going to call security when I walk out the door because the deals are so good and cheap on some items I feel like I'm stealing from them. I didn't take many pics but I really enjoyed myself. I will definitely be back to the auto care center as well as rest of this store. The location is great, the staff is friendly and they have plenty of nice things at incredible prices. Walmart You Rock!!! Thanks for the 5 Star Service. read more

Still not impressed with several departments here and some employees are very, very strange Most are okay.. Friendly, too. But, I've experienced run-ins with a few strange people that work there. One, recently, wouldn't stop following me around. A lady followed me for over 20 minutes while I was shopping for dresses. She made me feel uncomfortable. She followed me as I shopped and told me her entire life story of how her Dad used to abuse her for acting like "kids these days. And kids these days get away with too much, a beating would straighten these kids up and that's what they need." so, she said. As for me, being an advocate against child abuse, the lady freaked me out. I was literally scared of her. I quickly left that department to escape the odd story tellings of her own acceptance of her father's abuse. Maybe Wal-Mart should offer their employees therapeutic services? Later on, I made sure she was gone and it was safe to go back to complete my shopping. Sux that I had to do that and never go back to Wal-Mart at night due to that incident. Overall, my favorite and the most impressive spot is still the Women's clothing - if I'm not followed or harassed by employees. For the past year, I have been finding lower priced summer dresses, cute ones and good items in clearance. It saves me from having to spend more on Amazon or Fashion Nova. I bought several dresses today for a little trip. I did like the style and fit, perfect for the weather lately. read more

Time stamp, tueday november 23, 2021... I'm sure there's a video This is for the auto center... and it includes the other air centers in the area... the region lacks customer service and desired work ethic in the corporate sense!!! These guys are lazy and have bad attitudes... I pulled up to the lube line with a vehicle in the first stall, so I pulled to the second one where nobody was in line:.. one guy looks at me and walks away, another car pulls up in the first lane behind the vehicle getting work... the main technician starts taking the other vehicle first, doesn't speak to me, just motions to get behind the other car That's when I realized these guys don't want to run both lanes because the pig gets messy... they don't want to clean... Interpretation: Their ability to make money and do less is more important than my ability to keep them employed:.. unless they think nobody has the nerve to write them up or confront them DO I NEED TO DO THAT? read more

Well this was a fun experience; walked around the whole place just to be stared at and a lot of people bumped into me calling me "trash". I decided to go to the bathroom, I went into the big stall since that was the only one available at the time. Right as I sat down, two little boys crawled until my stall and set their backs to the wall. I asked them nicely to get out because it was rude. But they said no, I wasn't their mom. But before I could say anything a worker heard me and literally yelled at them in another language. They ran out and when I got out they were gone. That's got to be the worst experience I ever had at a Walmart. At least there's one worker that is nice. read more

Walmart Supercenter - a car parked in front of the store - Department Stores Near Me - Kingsville, Texas

We were shopping around and we left our cart for about 5-8 minutes or so and we come back and it's gone. So we go crazy looking for it, thinking somebody took it. So we ask if someone took it, they said no at first. Then we ask when we get a brand new cart filled with the same exact stuff that we have gotten before. It turns out they did take it, claiming it was there for over 15 minute. And it was such a hassle cause we were in a hurry too. read more

One star is even to generous for them. This is the worst Walmart in existence. I have had sooo many horrible experience coming here. Incident 1: came here to buy shampoo, as I was looking for the right shampoo I had one of the workers follow me through out the whole time in the store. How do I know, I caught the lady peeking in at me at the end of the each aisle. It wasn't until I confronted her she stopped. Incident 2: came here to get an oil change and when I left the fluid sprayer for my windshield wipers was broken. Snapped right off. And then when I asked them to fix it they refused until a lot of back and forth they agreed to fix it. Incident 3: I went shopping with my white friends (I'm black btw) and when it was time to leave the lady at the door ask to see my receipt only and thoroughly checked my bags and not theirs. It was humiliating. Incident 4: I came to get only 2 tires changed. I only had one car in front of me because I asked. The wait was about an hour. I did all my groceries shopping which took about an hour. And came to go pick up my car. When I came to the clerk to pay he said they just pulled in my car that it would be a few minutes so I waited 40 minutes. I go back up to pick up my car because it was clearly not in the garage. When I go to the clerk he says he is waiting on the keys. 5 minutes go by and then the guy comes in hands the clerk a set of keys and says he is going to work on my car now. About 2 hr later!!! They worked on EVERY other car but mines. And then they were unapologetic about the situation the guy just laughed and walked off. It's very sad that this is the ONLY Walmart in Kingsville because this place is the absolute worst. I have never ever been treated in such a way besides here. read more

I ordered tires on line and was notified that they were ready to be picked up. I went to the store and was told by the service manager that they had been cancelled. The tires were in the storage room with my information on them. i had a work order done and I waited three hours and my tires were not installed. The people installing the tires were running around texting and making calls. My vehicle was place in a service bay and for three hours nothing was done. The store might need to replace these workers with better employees to include managers. even the managers walk around like what day is this? read more

So yach, pretty much there is nothing in Kingsville, so one would go to HEB or Wal Mart Supercenter and that's just the thing that I've done, Wal Mart and HEB. Wal Mart is a Wal Mart is a Wal Mart. I do not agree with Wal Mart but it seems to serve the surrounding and the people of Kingsville well. I am sure it provides some job, don't know if any business closed because of it tho. read more

Somewhat clean, vegetable produce usually isn't good. They don't seem to restock as often as they should. Other than that has items needed.

I'm giving this store 5*. Specifically the Auto department. It wasn't even me (although my experience was fine), but a customer in front of me had a battery return and something in the return policy was weird. The register attendant called over Taylor, the auto department manager and attempted to get clarification. Since it still wasn't clear Taylor just said 'let's do what's right for the customer' and authorized it. Nice work Taylor. You're a stand-up dude. read more

Auto services is the worst ever!! On a long trip, needed the tire fixed. They just added air, 2 miles out the tire went flat again.

The Auto Service was very very horrible, because after a long trip one of my tires was flat and I went to get a tire change. I was literally the very first one there and there was 4 people after me. I noticed the workers were helping the other people that were after me leave first and I was still there while the person attending me took 2 hours on a tire change. Every time I was looking at the car the guy attending me was going slower and he was telling me that he was supposedly following the procedure, even though he was helping a lady after me and didn't follow the procedure. read more

Ò8most terrible experience ever. I had several items from the clearance rack and they wouldn't scan (self) I called the attendant over she removed one item that was priced wrong. We scanned lots of other things,then a clearance item name 75 cents wouldn't scan it called her back over and she knows insisted we (hubby and i) remover every thing from our bagang when we asked why she said sore policy " i this kind u pUT things I there that u didn't scan" so I replied : so your saying were stealing she said " Yes as she scale wed out receipt of the machine and loooked at everything we paid for ,it asked her if she thought we were bad thieves cuz we have tatoos..she again said yes.once she saw all our things were scared she just walked off. I had a third item to scan but didn't dare as it was not working either ... I paid and told customer storewho acknowledgeď that it wanset store policy and apolimited for hèr employee .. I went to the auto service department in Kingsville Texas to get a battery and had to get them to install it. No other customers were there and it took 10 minutes for them to start and when the guy was to start on my car another lady pulled up (he knew her) thought he was going to take care of her first. The guy that wrote up my repair ticket took care of the tire and the guy changed my battery. Took 30 minutes just to get a battery installed read more

My husband and I were heading back to Dallas, TX after visiting family in Brownsville, TX. On our way back on Sunday, we got a flat tire right before the check point in Armstrong, TX. So, we put the spare tire on and drove over 30 miles to the nearest tire store which happened to be the Walmart in Kingsville, TX. Prior to getting their I called to inform them that we were on our way and that we were going to barley get their around 6pm. Jose the service manager said don't worry and that he was going to wait for us. We got their 2 minutes before they closed. Jose and the technician that night went above and beyond and just made our night so much better. They were very professional and gave us wonderful customer service. For the auto shop to be closing and those 2 employees still willing and happy to assist us, I was over joyed. They saved our night. read more
