This store was one of the most unpleasant shopping experiences I've had in a long time. It was so overcrowded that it felt chaotic, and at one point I honestly thought an argument might break out between customers. There simply weren't enough cashiers or employees on the floor to help people find what they needed, which only added to the frustration. The store itself was messy and disorganized, making it difficult to shop. If this hadn't been a necessary stop, I would have walked right back out. In fact, after this visit, we never returned during the rest of our stay in Orlando. Instead, we chose to shop at Publix, where the experience was far more pleasant. I know Publix is more expensive but I'd rather spend a little more and not fear for my life! I understand stores can get busy, especially around holidays, but this location felt completely overwhelmed. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it based on my experience. read more

I know I have been in this Walmart in the past, but I can now say with confidence that it is one of the worst Walmart's I have ventured into. The parking lot is always crowded, the store is completely overrun with vacationers stocking up on... stuff, and the place is basically a commerce disaster zone. I went in for a couple of simple food items. What I found was half-empty food shelves, as if it were hurricane season and a storm was approaching, except everyone had decided to forego the usual necessities that inexperienced storm preppers stock up on (why would you buy four gallons of milk when your power is going to go out?) and instead grabbed every single box of pretzels the store had in stock. The store seems to have severe troubles keeping shelves stocked... whether that means they do not have a night crew performing stocking duties or they simply cannot keep up, I don't know. What I do know is that from now on, when I am visiting this area, I am going to plan ahead and do my shopping somewhere else. read more

When I'm on vacation and need some personal necessities, I can always count on Walmart. Whoa! This location was as huge as a football field. I need an aerial shot to show the store's overall size. Not only was it a typical supercenter, but it also has beach wear and Disney souvenirs for visitors. I had to walk around to locate the health & beauty aisle, which was on the far left of the store. The store carried Palmer's cocoa butter products, including the new Tahitian Vanilla Body Lotion, at a fair price. Once I found what I needed, I had a bit of a wait at checkout. No matter which checkout line you stood in, they each had a line...even self-checkout -- it was mad crazy inside. read more

I have never seen or visited any Walmart store that was as crowded as this during my recent visit. This store was PACKED!!!! You would have thought they were giving away merchandise, as no matter which aisle you turned into, there were at least five to seven people in each row. It was that crowded. This store is huge and was overly stocked, which is to be expected given how much merchandise is sold. The problem was that, despite how crowded the store was during my visit, employees had pallets and merchandise on the floor while restocking shelves. With this much demand, when is the right time to keep shelves fully stocked? I don't know if there is a right time, but I do know that all these boxes were causing a great deal of foot traffic and a hazardous environment. Aside from the crowd issue, employees were as friendly as possible, and the store was very clean. Parking can definitely be a challenge, as I had to circle three times to find a spot. read more

This is the Walmart very close to disneys animal kingdom and you can tell because it's Disney tourists all day every day. The parking lot is not as big as most Walmarts so be careful. They carry a ton of souvenirs and Disney clothing. There is also a gas station. read more

I know I needed to restock on somebody lotion and body wash. This Walmart is very busy 24 seven; I feel like all the locals and tourists go to this Walmart specifically off of 192. It is very chaotic inside and there are always a lot of people. If you don't like a place to be really busy I personally don't recommend this Walmart however the beauty section always pops off. They have really good at lotions that have Shea butter and are only $4.50. I then picked up some muscle soap packets for $.98 a piece. Next I grabbed some new body wash in the scent Dunkin' Donuts Collab vinalla frosting And I grabbed a collab the body scrub in scent lemon cookie. For my total I only paid around $30 which is honestly not bad for the native products and body scrub that I got. Overall this Walmart still gets a 10 out of 10 because it has a lot of really good products. read more

Stopped here just to fill up because the price is much cheaper than the surrounding area. There is a convenience store attached to the gas station. This is a Walmart Supercenter so there is everything you could possibly need. All the regular Walmart items plus a full supermarket. So just to be clear, this updated review is strictly because of my experience with the service department. I came in the other day about an oil change, but didn't have a couple of hours to kill and after talking to the service advisor, I decided to come back early one morning so I could be one of the first in line. Yesterday I had time and was up in the morning so I got everything together and drove up there to wait for service to open. I discovered in the past with Wal-Mart it's best to show up at least a half hour before they open if you wanna get out quickly. Reset my car and Red For a bit knowing that the service department open at 7 AM. As it got closer more vehicle started showing up and lighting up behind me. Right around 7 o'clock I realized there were several people standing around in the service part of the store, drinking coffee and talking. At about 10 after seven a quarter one of them went in the garage and started opening the doors. A lady came around to the vehicles to tell us that they were just waiting for the service writers to arrive so they could get everything started. Apparently showing up for work on time is in a requirement here. About 10 minutes later a gentleman came out with an iPad. I walked down the line saying good morning to everyone and checking to see if anyone had an appointment. apparently one vehicle did as they move them into the other lane and took care of them first thankfully this was someone getting tires and not an oil change. It was just after 7:30 before anyone want to take care of me having been there for quite a while already. I wasn't too thrilled and since it was already a half hour beyond when they should've been opened for me this was pretty unacceptable business practices. They wrote me up and tried to sell me a bunch of services that I didn't want or need and some that I have just had taken care of through the dealership. I was told I would receive a text message when my vehicle was ready. I'm used to this as I've dealt with it before when an oil change your tires at a Walmart. I was told it would be 45 minutes or maybe half an hour till my vehicle would be ready. I went to walk around the store to do a little shopping. I kept my phone handy the entire time waiting for any type of a message about what was going on with my vehicle. You receive a message right after they get you set up and another one when they take the vehicle in. After wandering through the store for a bit and not finding anything to purchase, I went to go back to service to wait for my vehicle when I got the service I could see my vehicle parked across from the bases and the gentleman who wrote me up was by the registers he was working on something. After a couple of minutes, he went to leave and realized I was standing there and told me one of the others would be able to take care of me in a couple of minutes. I stood patiently and waited. A gentleman came out of the service area and asked if I was being taken care of yet and I said no I didn't immediately realize it was just another customer. I didn't see a couple of other Wal-Mart employees around in about while waiting, but nobody attempted to assist it anyway. I need the gentleman who had been standing there and left came back in and take care of those of us waiting in line. He first asked if he could help me and I mentioned that my vehicle was sitting right outside and pointed at it he remembered who I was and put my paperwork together. I paid my bill and when I went to leave, I saw that it was already after 8:30 in the morning. So even though I showed up early to get my oil changed done quickly I still didn't get out of the service area till an hour and a half after they should have opened. On top of that I never received any text messages while in the store, but this morning, I did receive one showing that my car was there for service. I'm wondering if I will not receive the one saying that it's in service and ready for me to pick up. I took one star away for the poor quality of how the service department is being run and the only reason I didn't take two stars away is because employees were still friendly and courteous, and I did receive the service I went in for, and everything appears to have been done correctly. Next time I need an oil change, I will not be going back to this Walmart. Until they clean things up, I can't recommend it for anyone. read more

If you're a local do not bother going to this Walmart its only purpose is serve tourist. The majority of the store is made of cheap tourist souvenirs. They treat you like a criminal as they waste your time looking over your receipt making sure you're not stealing a cheap beach towel. I've visited this Walmart a few times, and each time I asked employees for help, they told me they didn't speak English. On my last visit I asked two different employees and got the same response. I was surprised and disappointed because customers should be able to get assistance in a major retail store. First off I must place a warning that this is the busiest store I have EVER been in! Also the largest Walmart store I have ever been in. So when you go you have to be prepared for pushy internationals. If you've ever traveled you will understand my comment, about people being in your personal space. Although that part is super irritating, it's not the stores fault. People are there because you can literally get anything and I mean anything you need. Since it's close to Disney they have almost a whole department store sized set of rows dedicated to Mickey and friends stuff you can buy. Forgot your vacation equipment beach towels, sand toys, cooler you can find it here. It's like the place to buy anything you forgot. In addition to having all your vacation needs, it has a surplus of food/grocery options. I have never, seen so many types of cereal for sale in a single store. Additionally at the front of the store are custom graphic tshirts. So you want to be cooler than the average matching family, they got you covered. Made a pit stop at this walmarg to get some food essentials for the trip. Though this walmart was big there were many carts full of items beeded to be places on the shelfs. This made it hard to walk around with the cart as it blocked half the isles. There were some items not placed correctly or through on the ground. I did also make a pit stop at their deli to see what hot foods they had. Unsure of what was which I asked the employee and they offered a sample of each item i had asked about. That was very noce of them and helpful in deciding what i wanted. Going towards the cash register was pretty quick. I did bot have to wait long. read more

This place was busting at the seams last night! We arrived at night and didnt have any idea how close this was to Disney World and surrounding attractions, but this location would explain the busyness. Supercenter is an understatement for this location. There was of course disney apparel as far as the eye could see. There was also a Wayback Burger and Airbrush Tshirt Shop inside the Walmart. Parking is vast and packed, but we were able to get a great spot adjacent to the entrance. People are in and out relatively fast. Lot of folks checking out were there for some quick items like drinks, or an article or two of clothing. All the checkouts seemed open and they were cart to cart. People will invariably bump into you, so bring your patience. read more

We discovered this Walmart on our vacation to Disney. Our Air B&B rental was a half mile from here, so we were in here on numerous occasions. This store was insane on the evenings we visited, so I suggest making a list before visiting in order to avoid unnecessary wandering since it's so CROWDED. This isn't a place you want to meander around if it's packed. This is a newer Walmart and kept up nicely. There is also a gas station adjacent to the store property. This store sells a lot of Disney merchandise at more reasonable prices, so this is a perfect spot to pick up a t-shirt for the park or more affordable souvenirs. They even sell some Harry Potter paraphernalia. Ponchos are also reasonably priced, so it might be worth grabbing a few here if rain is in the forecast. They sell Minnie ear head bands for $6!!! These babies will cost you $25+ at the parks, so that's just one example of a good deal you can find here. I saw racks and racks of sunscreen. Lots of items like pool toys and other swim goods. This was one of the nicer Walmarts I have been in, minus the throngs of crowds. read more

But the last time 11/09/24 I got there at 830 am and was waiting for someone one to come over and I got upset at 915 when no one came . finally at 920 he walks up and ask if I have an appointment . It's the first day open, it was just the way we expected, organized, clean, colorful, prices as usual, I really liked the layout inside, the position is better compared to other stores, employee everywhere talking, working, making sure things are safe and convenient. In the way out a pitstop at the gas station was so convenient loved it. As local only 10 minutes away we are looking forward to make more regular visits! We had 7 people coming to the area on vacation. 2 days prior I placed a pickup order at this store planning to stop after the airport and pick up the groceries for the week. That morning I got a text asking about substitutions, which I answered. Then 2 hours before my pickup time I got a message that the order had been cancelled by the fraud avoidance team. Over a 90 minute timeframe I tried calling the store. I would alternate between option 0- customer service and 4- online orders. My calls were never answered. I called electronics, who transferred me to the service desk, and it was never answered. I called the pharmacy and spoke to a wonderful woman who tried for 20 minutes to get a manager to assist but no one answered her either. She then gave me a direct dial number to Online Orders, which I tried twice but was never answered. At 10pm I was in the store shopping the order I placed 2 days prior. I talked to Michael the team lead who just gave me the phone number the pharmacy woman had given me prior. When I showed him the call log of unanswered calls he simply said "Sorry about that." This leads me to believe that this level of service is considered the norm and is tolerated at this store. I later called corporate and was told that the fraud cancellation was an automated process and that the system likely saw that I was placing an order in a different area than I live. Not that it should matter but I am a Walmart member, I pay to have an account with them. No phone call, no confirmation, just a flat cancellation. They said I could wait 4-5 hours then reorder my order. They had no other resolution. I was unkind to the person that I talked to and will alter call to cancel my membership. I would avoid this store and I can no longer recommend the Walmart membership. read more

Wow this is a nutty store!!!! It was sooo incredibly crowded. The restroom was filthy and smelled badly. The store had stuff everywhere and not where it was supposed to be. I went shopping on my day one in the Disney World and Orlando area.Here is walkable from my hotel Red Lion.It was around 11pm at night.It seemed that here might be a safe area. Boy this is a newer Walmart vet convenient to all the tourists. I went once to stock up on groceries. They had the standard Walmart fare but I noticed a lot of Florida type of items too. Prices are great. The bad is parking and trying to check out. This has to be one of the busiest Walmart's I have ever seen. I went again to get a few items and gave up as the checkout lines looked to be too long to go through. They do carry an extensive array of Disney themed items here too though. I would recommend only going on off peak days and times otherwise be prepared to wait and spend a fair amount of time getting through the store. read more

Worst Walmart I've ever been in. The employees themselves wear their masks completely below their noses. Had one get behind me in the checkout line and only maintained 2 feet distance, even as we are standing on their own floor markings asking to keep 6 feet distance. Huge Walmart located near many resorts & hotels so it is BUSY BUSY. The parking lot is kind of tight and also inside the store, the aisles are tight also. I appreciate the fact many of the employees speak more than one language so they can help a wide variety of customers that are visiting Orlando. It's also nice they have a separate alcohol area that is accessible outside. Gas station is also included! read more

This Walmart is close to the resort that we typically stay in Orlando, so it's convenient if we need to go grab something. It's also a full grocery so if you need to grab some groceries for your stay it's nice to be able to do that as well. However this place gets super duper crowded!!! The lines are no joke. But given the amount of volume this store gets, they do keep it rather clean which is impressive. I recommend coming earlier in the morning to grab what you need as that is when it's less crowded. Given that it's Orlando, they are even crowded in the late evenings! read more
