Came to this CVS multiple times during our trip. It is clean and organized. All aisles are labeled, so it is easy to find the items. Multiple associates work in the store to restock the aisles and also helping customers with checkout. The store has all the stuff that we usually find in any CVS. But this store also had lots of Disney products like dolls, head bands, accessories and several other Disney labeled merchandise. A lot of the products had deals and discounts. They also sell wine at this store. During the first trip, we got bugs repellent spray, water bottles and snacks. Made another trip to get body wash and candies. Both times In used the self checkout, didn't have to wait in line. read more

It's a drugstore...what else can one say? At least in THIS area one doesn't find the dregs of society as it's too expensive a neighborhood. Queen Bee needed to stop here for a few items and she didn't like the fact they there are NO cashiers in the place...TOTALLY self serve checkout. I always use Cvs instead of the other brands however this branch's policies are apparently different than others. There is no warning label or any other notes about pets on the entrance and I am pretty sure that all cvs's welcome dogs, as I'm always going with my small poodle. The guy who seems like the manager (but not acts like one) took us out because they only accept service animals! No way you can do that rude guy. I will not come to this store again because of the attitude. You can not do that unless you put a warning! read more

We ran in and outta here with no problems. We bought water and some snacks. There was no need for any additional help from customer service associates. The cashier was friendly and helped us with some directions and food suggestions. The store was clean and neat. The aisles and signs were all clearly marked. There was plenty of parking. Some really nice drugstores down here in Florida. Guess all the seniors in the area need their drugs anytime as it's open 24/7 with a drive through pharmacy! Big, bright, clean, and even a decent wine selection on hand. Courteous staff and funny how many of them down here are originally from the NY area. Also, with the booze selection here it's perfect for when grabbing a bottle of vino to go along with that oxycontin or xanax! Time to party! read more

This cvs store is essentially a tourist convenience store. I had a prescription I wanted the pharmacy to fill on a Sunday and they told me the pharmacy was closed on the weekends. Now, mind you, this is a store that is supposed to be more pharmacy than convenience... Otherwise, it's a clean and well decorated cvs. read more

Isn't it funny how vacations make you feel anything but relaxed. The stress of time limits, check in & out, long lines, & exhaustion are enough to make me want to stay home and never use any PTO. That's where I was this morning. I forgot eye makeup remover and currently look like a beat up raccoon after three days of residual mascara. I ran into this CVS & Bill one of the cashier/ customer service people greeted me with such a friendly disposition it made me take pause at the door. I then found my items and went to the register. Another lane opened so I didn't get to speak to Bill. He was so genuine while speaking to each person he helped and smiled through each transaction and people ignored his questions and were too in their own heads probably facing their own vacation troubles. His happiness was contagious, while not completely un jaded I definitely feel better and have deeds of hope building beneath my stress. Thank you Bill, may your extraordinary guest service be rewarded with a GIANT raise and promotion. For his weary traveler you changed my day. read more

Quick google search for nearest pharmacies says this is open every day. I get my urgent prescriptions sent there on a Friday night, with intent to pick them up in the morning. Apparently the pharmacy is closed weekends. What kind of pharmacy is closed THE WHOLE WEEKEND?! CVS never fails. After a long day at EPCOT my wife was in need of some medication, CVS to the rescue. Open 24 hours. She located what she needed and we went to check out. An employee noticed that the check out line was being delayed by a foreign tourist having some American currency issues. She opened up a register to keep the line moving and the customers on their way. This is known as customer service. CVS...keep it up. read more

Definitely a touristy CVS, but when you're on vacation that's a bonus. I went to this location to get some essential items for my kids. They need so many things when on any type of trip, the car is jam packed and I don't like to pack it full of things I can pick up where I'm going so I can save space. This plan didn't work out to perfection, as this was an emergent trip after my wife realized we were close to being out of diapers. CVS has amazing prices on their diapers and often has sales on top of that. I was in luck as all baby products were on sale when I went. I left with one of two tubed of zinc, and when I went back to get the other tube for 50% off, it was no problem at all. I can't stand when there is a need to argue some matter at a store, so this was definitely a much better experience without having to go through hoops just to get a discount on baby rash paste. CVS had everything I needed. Everyone was helpful. read more

I visit this CVS out of pure convenience since I live right by it but its definitely not a great location to visit if you're a local. They only ever have one or two cashiers at the front of the store and there's ALWAYS a line to check out. A location in such a heavy traffic area should have more staffing in my opinion. Also, this location's pharmacy is only until 7pm and doesn't open on weekends. Therefore, I have to send my prescriptions to the CVS on the corner of Central Florida Parkway and International Drive since they are open on weekends and later in the evening. So in conclusion, this CVS isn't that convenient at all. Avoid if possible. read more

I love the CVS in Florida. They're huge and clean and neat. The staff seem to be friendly like others but one of the perks is parking. I had to come in and make a quick return on something because the price ran up incorrectly at another place but didn't notice it until later. The transaction wasn't very quick but it seem only because the girl doing the transaction seem to be new at it. She returned both items then re-rang the second item with the mark down. This place needs to restock their items quicker and get some more trained employees here. I gave the cashier a cvs coupon and she didn't know what to do since the system rejected it. I asked for the manager and she seemed clueless as well. There's not enough staff as well to get rid of the long lines. read more

I have never really been a fan of CVS until an employee named Abed changed my mind at this location today! His customer care is honestly second to none!!! There's a mistake on the price but he honored it to me without any hesitation!! I was also told at check that if I am not satisfied with any of my CVS brand products, they will gladly refund me for the item. He said to me "your satisfaction is our top priority!" WOW CVS you need to keep this employee around for a longggggggggg time. read more

This pharmacy went to shit. To start off the two female pharmacists were being complete douche bags as neither one would like to walk their lazy ass over to the register to ring me up. One being of Russian decent who actually acknowledged me, the other was some red headed hag who was clearly doing nothing but sitting there and we made eye contact so she knew i was there. Then i walk over to the front to be rung up by what seems to be a drag queen on his night off. Giving me a sassy look while playing with his gross press on nails. Seriously Where do they find these people? With long lines, incompetent cashiers, little to no customer service. On a positive note the only real service i received there was from a middle eastern dude who i believe was the head pharmacist at the time about 2 months ago not sure if hes still there. read more

Incredible service at the Pharmacy in-store with lady who took extra time and effort to make call to decipher my prescription coverage when my insurance card did not provide information. She was extraordinary and very adept. Thank you very much. I have never had this caliber of service at this store's pharmacy before and was using another store because of it. this is one of the nicest CVS's I've ever been in. this store is huge. it's right next to a ton of hotels and sea world. they have alcohol, luggage, shirts, souvenirs and more available for purchase. they even had free samples at the door. the sample included shaving cream, vitamins and some skin care products. the staff was friendly and the store was clean. this CVS was fantastic read more

Good store to shop at, they have a good stock and even some fruits in a cooler if u are on vacation and need a quick snack.
