I shopped at the Walmart on nelson Rd. around noon on September 4th. I used my Visa for a purchase of a little for $31.41 and within a few minutes my card was hacked for $166.00. My WesCom Credit Union froze my card. There is something going on the name Cody was on the receipt. my Brother-in-law had the same thing happen to him at the same store. I tried for three days, September 6th, 10th and 11th to call the store at 337 477-3786-RING NO ANSWER. This very frustrating when I got back to Inglewood, Ca. The girl in the money center with the septum Piercing treated me like a criminal about my identification. I have one name on birth certificate so thats how they print it. I was trying to SEND money and the girl and two older ladies one with a short grey fade and the other with a redish brownish rollerset at the money center treated me very bad looking me up and down not even bothering to scan the ID. Horrible horrible horrible pick up and customer service experience. Just save yourself the headache of trying to shop for groceries efficiently and avoid this pick up experience at all costs. I knew I was going to arrive about 30 min after my time window to pick up groceries so I called to let them know - they kindly replied that was no problem. I arrive and call the number on the sign since checking in on the app was no longer an option. No answer. Call again, no answer AND the mailbox is full. I walk up to the pick up door and no one is in sight. I go into the actual grocery store and had to hunt down a random employee to find out why pick up was not responding. Apparently they decided to close early for the night. So now that I have wasted an entire hour of my life for incompetence equivalent to a body looking for a brain, I will not be returning to this Walmart for pick up. Every time I go in this store the service is terrible I was in cosmetic's today and I waited about a hour and a half just for someone to come back there after asking several works if the could call someone back the to unlock the makeup and then when they finally get back there the locks don't work so how is anybody supposed to get anything out of there if the locks don't work. Avoid the automotive center at all costs. I brought my car to get two new tires put on. One was to replace a bad tire. Instead of taking off the bad tire, they moved it to the front and jacked up my alignment. They took one of my good tires off instead. After we got home, my husband tried to put the right tire on the car and discovered they left all my lug nuts loose. My husband took them off with his fingers. This is a whole new level of ineptitude. We could have had a serious accident. Avoid! read more

This is a large Walmart that sucks when you are trying to check out. The will have one checker for 20 items or less and one checker at the regular aisle. The rest are self service and then you have all these empty check out aisles. Will not be coming back. read more

They will decline your car for no reason if they feel like not working, but if your car does make it into the garage they half fast the job. any oil change $50 oil change to a $20 oil change the only thing they do is change your oil and oil filter. Every oil change includes vacuuming,checking lights ,washing the windshield , checking windshield wiper blades ,filling/checking fluids checking the air filter checking the tires differential fluid, crank case, greasers if you have greasers, if it's not a pitstop oil change which is $20 . They skip that all!! If you deal with a employee named Dan be aware either he will decline your car for no good reason or half ass the job. The Service writer doesn't even lift up your car hood to check the type of oil that's required for your car, if there is a service writer but either way nobody opens the hood. My car takes 5-20 and I have seen them put 5-30 in there because that's what the computer said you should always go off with what the car says. I'm smart enough to know that's not going to destroy my engine but still. The cashier inside is also very rude! Nope. I would not go to this Walmart at all!! Because you are getting ripped off of your money!!! EVERYONE should be treated with respect and as a human. This is what these people signed up to do was change oil and tires and instead they are treating every customer like shit! I am a frequent shopper at this Wal-Mart. Within the past weeks I have seen a HUGE improvement in EVERY department. It feels good to walk in a clean store, you guys have really stepped it up as a whole team. Whatever it is you all did to change, guys, keep it up! It is noticed. Here's the big one. Your appearance! WOW! You are all polished up. It also makes a big impact on my day when the employee asks me if they can assist me in finding what I need and really mean it. Heck, I was looking for simple Cream Cheese and the associate ask if he could help. That was super awesome. KUDDOS to the cashiers for your Great customer service. This is worst Walmart ever! Money Services is ill equipped to handle the numbers of people requiring their services on Thursdays...the line was a mile long yesterday and only one clerk. Several customers asked the clerk to call for backup, I asked for management and the clerk said she had already called for mgmt..a woman walked by, not even looking towards money services and kept walking! The clerk hollered out a name and the woman back tracked. She was the manager!! How dare she walk by and not even acknowledge the clerk who had called her. I asked her to call mgmt and she replied, "i am mgmt"! I told the mgr there was poor planning for this service..she made up an excuse about someone being at lunch!! This occurs every Thursday! You can't even bother complaining to the management, because well, Leadership starts at the top and there are NO LEADERS there. Managers could gives a rats behind that they have a job to do, they could care less that people are standing in line 20 deep at 545 ANY NIGHT of the week, and all we want to do is GET OUR CRAP AND GET out but we can't because its takes 45 MINUTES to get through the only line that is moving, self check out. Today was THE LAST straw. I wanted to reload my Walmart card to get gas, got it loaded, went to get gas and OF COURSE it didn't work. I go to the window and CATHY swiped it 7 times, made me swipe just the same amount to tell me it doesn't work...I showed her my receipt and she said "well WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO, IT DON'T WORK, WE AINT AFFILIATED WITH WALMART SO USE ANOTHER PAYMENT"...That was THE WHOLE reason for getting the card was to get the discount...ARGH..THE MANAGERS SUCK.
